We loved our stay! The front desk was super friendly, my kids loved playing pickleball and basketball. Breakfast was the best ever had with lots of fresh fruit!!

I think the only negative item that we experienced was that the treadmill in the fitness room was out of order. But, these things are bound to happen from time to time.

This Staybridge does an excellent job with their breakfast and their early week social hour. They have a great small gym, a pool table outdoor spaces. My room was marvelous! Great stay

Overall, this was a nice place to stay. They had an amazing breakfast, the room was fairly clean, but we booked this hotel specifically for the pool and hot tub and it was closed most of the time we were there. Then when they did open the pool, they would not extend their pool hours to accommodate us using it.

We thought we were paying for a pool and a hot tib. Neither was working. No notice. Nada. We had made our reservation two months in advance. Bummer. The room was okay. Some of the staff were decent. We will not be back.

Perfect for extended stay with kids (ours were ages10-13). Hot & cold breakfast options really kick-started our busy days of visiting family. Although, do not stay for the pool- it is tiny! Go to Splash Montana (the public pool in town) for your water fun. Basketball court was a very nice bonus for keeping kids entertained while adults relax. Entire staff was friendly/pleasant. Room was clean (with a couple of small things overlooked by housekeeping, but nothing major). Would recommend, would stay again.

The breakfast was good and refilled regularly. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The pool was tiny; the photos were a bit deceptive.

This has to be one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The breakfast staff - Kayla, Peggy and Anna were excellent keeping everything stocked & clean and being friendly to everyone. I used the business center several days, and it was very clean and available. The always available coffee and drinks were a welcome addition. Although I didn't use it, I appreciated the free washer & dryer

Breakfast and staff were incredible!! Room was clean and exactly what we hoped for. Hot tub was closed which was a bummer because their website said it was open. The pool is small, that was the only downfall.

The furniture in the living room was torn and ripped at every seam. It was worse than anything you would find in a second hand store. It was trash. The hotel should be embarrassed.

The conditions that my room was in, specifically the bathroom shower/tub, were incredibly unsanitary and beyond unpleasant. We reported (to the front desk) that the shower/tub were not draining; the front desk clerk apologized, but did not seem overly concerned with our complaint. I had to remove the excessive, awful, disgusting, massive clump of hair, and bacteria-ridden slime/sludge with my own fingers since it was completely clogging the drain and causing brown & dirty water to back up into the tub. I can honestly say that this was one of the most unsanitary experiences that I have ever had at any accommodations which l've stayed at. Kindly, I would like to be contacted regarding this experience, please.

The main problem with this property was the smell of cigarette smoke. Our room had clearly been smoked in recently. The smell worsened as you used the exhaust fans. Employees smoking outside then going back to work carried the smell with them into the lobby and into the elevator. I did have positive interactions with the staff,all seemed polite but the hotbox odor from their break time was not pleasant.

The quality and cleanliness of the rooms are some of the best I have seen on the road. All items provided in the kitchen met our basic needs; toiletry quality was excellent; and size of the rooms (particularly as we were traveling with our dog) was very helpful. Breakfast was great and it was also helpful to have a small grassy area at the back of the building to walk our dog along during our stay.

Very clean and spacious room; staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the social hour (complimentary food/dessert). The hotel has a good location as well.

So spotless, great beds, wonderful staff

The coffee pot was still dirty when we checked into our room. There was no hot water in the morning because they had filled the hot tub, so we all had to leave without a shower which was a huge disappointment. The breakfast bar attendants were awesome and very friendly.

Big rooms, with kitchen and kitchenette - seems like an apartment was converted to hotel. Breakfast was awesome - so many options. Loved it. There were some unpleasant odors around elevators, possibly from pets. These odors need to be managed, otherwise will turn away guests like me next time.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff were awesome, and the price is good.

Overall, the room was what we expected. Breakfast buffet was typical and hot. Only complaint was the the shower was backed up and filled whenever you took a shower.

Service was good and the hotel is nice. However, the walls are THIN. It was tough to sleep through all the music, talking, doors slamming closed and water running g through the pipes in the walls.

Walls are thin we heard people upstairs and next door talking or jumping up and down but overall good stay with lots of room for our family of four.

Such bad wifi the streaming didn’t work - very nosey - low water pressure and bad shower head - carpet not clean - EXTREMELY expensive for the type of room and offerings and I know as a business traveler on a weekly basis.

Excellent room with two beds and baths with kitchen/living room in middle to break up a family traveling together with two dogs. Very accommodating staff and decent breakfast in the morning. Great location walking distance to restaurants.

Room is clean and spacious, staffs are very friendly, my family enjoy the breakfast and stay here!

AC did not work so was replaced by a portable unit making terrible noise.

Absolutely LOVED our stay!! Decorations and furniture were modern; bed was extremely comfortable and we loved the feeling of privacy!!

The hotel is like all the other cookie cutter hotel chains. It was as expected. Greeted when you walk in, clean, continental breakfast with the terrible eggs, small pool (very small), friendly staff and usual hotel smell. We were there for a rugby tournament and the location was centralized with restaurants and convenient stores within close proximity. This is a hotel you choose to meet your basic needs, with the expectation it will be clean, simple, friendly and nothing more. So 5 stars for meeting my expectations. Now I would like share with you a 5 min, 1 star event right before checkout. My son and some other rugby players were staying at the hotel next door. They were getting ready to head back to Colorado in the team van. I quickly paused my breakfast to go next door to say bye and hug him before the 13 hour drive. Suddenly a lady with her colleague having a cigarette break in their car (parked in front of the windows where guest sit to eats) yells out to me, excuse me, miss, excuse me (very loudly in the parking lot) are you a guest here? Are you staying here? I just want to make sure you are not sneaking into our hotel for a free breakfast. Who does that? Employees smoking cigarettes randomly yelling at customers in parking lot about steeling a free meal. I spent 400 a night x 3 for a 2 star hotel (overpriced due to supply/demand) with a free breakfast (same continental breakfast other chains offer) . What was her goal, expected outcome, next step. Im dumb founded.

We initially had booked a VRBO to stay in while in town for a few days. That host had to cancel and we booked at the Staybridge last minute. We were pleasantly surprised and honestly felt like it was an upgrade from the VRBO and about $200 cheaper than what we would have paid. We were pleasantly surprised at the social hour, which hosted free food and dessert. The staff was more than accommodating when we needed extra towels, extra bedding for the couch bed and help with a rowdy next-door neighbor. Would highly recommend staying here while in town. This area is near multiple restaurants and very quick access to the freeway.

The staff was so friendly and professional. Take advantage of their airport shuttle if you need it.

We accidentally left two coats in closet....when I called they instantly knew about it and shipped them to us!

Delicious food. Topped of with cheese cake for dessert. Free soda on tap. Needed ice and it was given already bagged. Comfy bed. Only complaint took a trip down to load the car. Ran back up to check the room for last minute things we may have forgotten and housekeeping was already in the room before we even turned in the keys and it was barely 9am. Thought that was strange.

Thought the staff was very helpful and very professional. And the downstairs breakfast area was very nice for eating.

We got there very early and the sweet woman at the front desk got us into our room right away. We appreciated it so much!

Property was very clean. Pool room is small and can get crowded easily but it was nice to chat with others. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Probably one of the best Continental breakfast buffets we have ever had. The breakfast area has a fountain soda machine! I have never seen this ever! The location is amazing with lots of restaurants around in walking distance. Staff was very friendly at check in and at check out. I even left my tooth brush there and the hotel called me to see if I wanted to come back for it. That was a first for us! I would recommend this property 100% to anyone.

Close to any shopping you might want to do. Closer to the highway for quick on and off stays.

Breakfast menu included several hot dishes each day, but they were heavy on meat. Fantastic coffee bar. We did not use the in-room kitchen for meal preparation. It seemed reasonably equipped but could use more glasses and silverware.

Amazing team! Best breakfast buffet I ever have had at a hotel. Don’t get me started on the complimentary dinner, best spaghetti I have had in a long while. Customer service at every level was amazing! 10 out of 10 on all aspects

A cheerful friendly crew make this a very welcoming hotel. Complimentary hot food and drink early evening was a real bonus. And breakfast was good too!
