I felt bad for the staff, they were scrambling because the card maker for the doors got fried in a power surge. They were very busy letting visitors into their rooms which made them frazzled at times. The room was clean I was disappointed with coffee and a packet if oatmeal and a packaged muffin. This is not what I consider a continental breakfast.

Went to check in and they didn’t have any rooms cleaned to be rented and the front desk lady was extremely rude the elevator was broken the vending machines were almost empty and you couldn’t walk out the door of the room they gave me without smelling weed there was what locked like someone threw a soda on the ceiling and it had been there for a long time and I had to wait an hour and a half to get my room even though I had booked in advance and the bed was so uncomfortable I couldn’t even get a nights rest I will not ever be rent a room from this extended stay ever again

The parking was poor - last minute since the other hotel overbooked and charged way too much for such a poorly maintained- no amenities in the room - bed was extremely hard- poor thin pillows and scatchy bedding - breakfast was just grab and go bags of granola bars. Parking lot was small

As I walked into the hotel, someone was outside, smoking in a non smoking area. It turned out that it was the front desk person. I couldn't get a key to my room because the key machine.

The hotel was clean and a decent and cheap place to stay. The only downfall was that we made reservations over a month ago and when we got there they only had 3 rooms left on the top floor and their elevator didn’t work. Other than that nice place to stay.

There is only one entrance in/out so you had to park on the other side of the hotel to get in. Other access doors were for emergency use only and not accessible. I didn’t feel safe walking around the hotel to get in. The machine that makes your cards for your room was broken so the front desk person had to let you in your room. They were so busy opening doors for everyone so you had to wait. I felt like I was being detained and under lock and key. I came for business and the internet was not working and when I called I was told there was nothing they could do because of the weather. I contacted someone at hotels.com because I wanted a refund and I was told I had to take it up with the front desk…..the people that were never there because they were unlocking everyone’s door. I will NEVER stay here again or recommend this hotel branch! And your customer service is very poor

The keycard maker was broken, so staff had to run a round letting guests into their rooms for 2 days. What a nightmare for them! It quadrupled their work, but they didn't complain and were more than happy to help. Jose was amazing. He gave us a discount on the room for our troubles and did everything he could to ensure we had a great stay.

Bed bugs. Hotel was grungy, elevator broke down with us in it right after checking in, my husband went to lay down and after 5 min saw bugs crawling around in the bed, we took the sheets off and found so much more including hair, toenails and blood stains. The place has not been cleaned in a very long time. Very disappointed with the management here. When we reported the issue they did not seem surprised and the assistant manger just said oh sorry about that, I need to go back to sleep but they did offer to put us in another room. Haha sorry not here. Worst experience ever

Check in was easy, room was clean (Bathtub could've used a nice scrub), kitchen items were available upon request. Coffee only available during 'grab and go' breakfast time. If you want beverages after your breakfast break, come prepared. Didn't see a coffee machine available (but didn't really look too hard). TV was easy to manage. Air conditioner/heater worked well. Hand soap was horrible. Definitely bring your own. Dried my hands out very badly. Overall, will return for future visits.

We have stayed at this location before. We had some issues the first time. We decided to give it another try, because it is the closest place to my sister’s place. One of my biggest pet peeves is garbage,! I don’t understand why the garage cans were overflowing and cigarette butts all over the ground.the garbage was like that for 2 days. The cigarette butts stayed! I noticed that the staff sat around chatting with each other. As a business owner, I felt they should have been cleaning up the trash and cigarette butts out front of the entrance.

When we arrived our room was not available, was down graded to a queen size bed. Not a real big deal…. But still. Had a kitchen suite with nothing available went an asked and was given one set of dishes and a pot. Not face cloths available. Room cleanliness overall was maybe a 5 out of 10. Overall was disappointing, I would not recommend staying here.

Lots of issues with the wifi this time. Not sure why it kept dropping. Also I was watching tv and the channel went blank, no signal of course just at the end of the show. That's never happened before. Room had a weird old funky smell that wasn't pleasant.

We were disturbed by loud hammering/pounding at 11pm. It was a Tuesday and we had to be up at 330am to make our way to the airport for our flight that left at 545am. We were very upset to be woken up from sleep. Will not recommend to anyone and will take our business elsewhere in the future.

Heard the train most of the night on both nights. Breakfast area only had coffee or tea, was stated to be between 6am -930am. We checked out at 630am and there was no one at the desk and we waited and tried the phone available to get someone but no one arrived

I visited Great Falls for the first time to perform alongside the symphony last week. Convenient because the downtown is there 2-3 minutes drive away. Hotel says there's a view of riverfront, however, you'd be seeing more of the parking lot (so just buy regular). It's non-smoking but you'd still smell some near the entrance of hotel. Property condition seems to be okay: there was a fire-alarm that went off at midnight for roughly 10-15 minutes, and I was told that there was something to do with watertank (?). Staff Jenn was extremely helpful and kind to swap me from one room with an odd smell. Not a very easy parking if you arrive later in the evening. Overall quiet and the walk around hotel is beautiful with the river on one side. I would certainly come back here again if I have staff like Jenn and a clean room.

Jenn at the front desk was wonderful. She addressed my concerns, always greeted me with a smile, and offered helpful suggestions. Eric was professional, remained calm under pressure (there was a water leak in another room; he kept the hotel informed and it was fixed quickly). A big plus to us was the green space in the back of the hotel that went down to the Missouri River. Picnic tables, benches, playground, great to walk your dog, and you could even get in the river.
Jenn at the front desk was wonderful. She addressed my concerns, always greeted me with a smile, and offered helpful suggestions. Eric was professional, remained calm under pressure (there was a water leak in another room; he kept the hotel informed and it was fixed quickly). A big plus to us was the green space in the back of the hotel that went down to the Missouri River. Picnic tables, benches, playground, great to walk your dog, and you could even get in the river.

Front desk staff was too busy outside smoking to check us in. There was another guest also waiting. The service here has gone downhill. I used to stay here all the time and the staff was always so helpful and friendly. There are also guests who like to park on the lines taking up 2 spots. Rude! Just because you're from Texas and have a big truck, doesn't give you the right to park like that. Go back to Texas. I don't think I'll stay here again.

We arrived after 11 hours of driving to be told by the desk clerk that Expedia cancelled our reservation (which was made in March). She could not tell us where we had been relocated nor would she let us use Wifi since we weren't registered guests. We were given a 1 800 number for Expedia customer care. Those agents were wonderful. It turns out it was the hotel that cancelled us, not Expedia, because they were oversold. They told us they had no alternate accomodations for us. Also couldn't tell us why they picked us to cancel the MORNING of our arrival, even though we booked 3 months ago. We spent an hour on the phone with Judy, from Expedia (excellent agent) during which our hotel miraculously found us a room. We finally got to a room about 90 minutes after this all started. We were not called, emailed or sent a text about the cancellation. The desk clerk was apologetic but completely unhelpful. The hotel should have found us an alternate and told us before our 7pm arrival. We received 2 bottles of water as compensatio . I will not book with this chain in future.

The lady at the lobby, was smoking right out front at the doors. That was kind of gross and on a hotel informational sheet. It clearly states guests have to be 6-12 ft away from the entrance. She clearly was not. The room was a nice size. The bathroom was dirty in spots. The toilet paper was not on its rack. It makes me wonder what else was missed. The blanket ij the room was thin. It was cold in the room. I was not going to call at 3 am. So we just put a sweater on. The bed was one of the worst ever due to one mattress , that was on a steel frame. Awful sleep. It was so hard. The mattress was soft. We could feel the frame. The morning staff was nice. The breakfast was muffins, oatmeal and a cereal bar. Nothing healthy at all. It did not specify this in the ad. It said breakfast. I was hoping for an apple or banana. Not packaged grab and go.

Great location by a park if you're traveling with 4 legged friends. Park has a walking path that also works for those not fortunate enough to be traveling with pets. Quiet location minutes from downtown by car. I highly recommend Tracy's for breakfast, the wait is worth it.

The hotel is right on the Missouri river with a park right outside our room. It made walking the dog easy and convenient.

The hotel was nice enough, waited 10 minutes to check in as no one was at the front so I phoned the hotel and was told I would have to wait 10 or 15 minutes as he was working on a maintenance issue. We went for supper and came about an hour later and checked in with no problem. The hotel is in a quiet office neighborhood by the river and the trail system. There are some nice restaurants within 5 - 10 minutes walking distance. Unfortunately we arrived late and left early so we didn’t get a good opportunity to explore the hotel or Great Falls. I would stay here again.

Loved you could walk along the river on a beautiful path through a park to get to restaurants. Their computer system was down so we couldn’t get checked in til after we came back from dinner. Just a grab and go breakfast.

Check in was easy, room was clean (Bathtub could've used a nice scrub), kitchen items were available upon request. Coffee only available during 'grab and go' breakfast time. If you want beverages after your breakfast break, come prepared. Didn't see a coffee machine available (but didn't really look too hard). TV was easy to manage. Air conditioner/heater worked well. Hand soap was horrible. Definitely bring your own. Dried my hands out very badly. Overall, will return for future visits.

Overall stay was very good. The only issue I saw was they their grab and go breakfast… the last 4 days I was there, there was nothing to grab.

The hotel was good for us. However, management needs to change their statement of "breakfast included" as what was provided is definitely not a "breakfast. Two coffee carafes, some tea bags are definitely NOT a breakfast. There might have been some muffins, but we left quite early and there was nothing then? "Breakfast Included" is very miss leading.

The hotel was good no complaints except we were told by a front desk worker at check in there was a grab and go breakfast but when we came to eat breakfast there were just packs of oatmeal. We weren’t expecting a nice sit down breakfast, just some fruit and muffins or something similar. I would stay here again.

This hotel has false advertising. We booked so we could grab breakfast and then head out. When we got downstairs in morning were told no breakfast. The clerk was totally rude and unprofessional. No breakfast and terrible staff

The hotel front desk clerk called the police on me for being too loud and the police said I had a warrant and took me to jail. I lost all of my possessions in the hotel room which the hotel did not return.
