Me and my granddaughter got stuck in the elevator, no one responded to the alarm. After 2 minutes we were able to pry the elevator door open, the floor of course was uneven. After we got out and reported it to the front desk, the clerk said she knew and that maintenance was working on it. I told her it would be nice if i knew because i certainly would have taken the stairs, she looked confused and apologized stated that she would post that it was out of order. This is totally unacceptable.

First arrived. Waited at desk mulitiple minutes to check in no one was in the area. Hollared out Hello a few times no one came. Seen a bell at the desk rang it once waited a couple minutes rang it again. Still nothing could hear music blaring in the back. Finally went to car and got my cell to call the desk. Took a couple minutes for lady to come to the front and answer the phones. It was a few minutes after 8 pm when we arrived. She wasnt very friendly. Seemed like we disturbed something. Pool was dark green. Kids was disappointed. Breakfast consists of cereal and bagels. Checking out even the lady wasnt very welcoming.

The hotel was clean, rooms were very nice and comfortable. The fitness center was not available, which is something i like to use on vacation. Otherwise, I would recommend for an economical stay.

The breakfast was nice the rooms were clean and up to date the pool was nice and clean. Some remodeling was being so the gym was closed but we just used the stairs to make up for it

Our stay was great overall. The morning of the 24th we woke to no water for showers. After calling front desk they stated that they failed to advise of water outage prior to our check in. Other than than that it was a good stay.

It's okay for one night, I would not recommend it for multiple nights, unfortunately not the best experience. Front desk staff were never around and barely any help, our room never got checked, I ran out of toilet paper, asked for it to be replenished, housekeeping staff didn't bother (I had to take a roll from the restrooms by the lobby since they never cared), people above me were noisy stomping and running around, bed foundation squeaked and I found it was broken, and the pool I wanted to try it out but could not dare with how dirty it was.

Horrible ! My room was infested with roaches. I tried getting a refund and was only offered to be refunded the incidental. When I checked out they said I would receive an email with the information and it should give me the full refund, however I am still waiting for the email. If I don’t receive the email or the refund I will be escalating this.

We used the Hilton app for check in Md noticed the hotel we will be there at 5pm. But when we arrived at 5:30pm, the front desk staff notice us that the room was still cleaning up. So we agreed to change to another room. But that room smelled so horrible that like surrounding by muds. The staff was great that they helped us to change to another room. That room was smell ok. When I tried to put my water into fridge. There was a roach ran away from the fridge. And getting later and later. There was over dozens of roach in the room! And the toilet cannot be flushed. It was so horrible.

Check in was quick and easy. Room was nice and clean plus quiet. There is no coffee maker, or microwave, but there is a refrigerator. Bathroom was clean and spacious. Free breakfast it not much there. Bagels, muffins, cereal, and fruit. Overall a nice stay for a good price.

We had issues with our room. There were ants and cockroaches. The room was not thoroughly clean. Several of the outlets were not working. There was no bedding provided for the pull out couch and on our second day there we had to go down and get more towels, because the maid service did not leave clean towels.

Newly remodeled and beds are super comfortable, but saw roach in hallway and again by breakfast area (thankfully saw it before I grabbed anything to eat). Need to hire a pest control company to come in and take care of issue. One in hallway could have been a fluke, something that snuck in, but once we saw in breakfast area as well you know there's some infestation at least in common areas.

The room was very spacious..had 3 kids with us..they accomodated with plenty of towels..refills of soap and shampoo. Family trip to see the Holiday Lights.. and we were all able to have breakfast and be on our way for the day rips. Tourist places were at close proximity. The same for restaurants. The amenities of an indoor pool was extra specail for the kids.

the top sheet on the bed was a queen sheet on a king size bed, the air conditioner was so noisy that we had to turn it off, the shower drained onto the floor of the bathroom and that drain didn't work

Hard to find and get to you have to go through the BP. Beds comfy. But no real desk chair for the desk it was like a tall stool. Not good if you’re working at the desk. NO INSULATION BETWEEN ROOMS. Sooooo loud, if someone’s phone just dings you hear it. The doors all slam shut!!! If you treasure quiet sleep good luck. Only breakfast was cereal and bagels and juice

I was traveling with a young child. I called the hotel the day before check-in to inquire about a crib. I was told to call back, needed to check with the manager. I called back and was told yes. When I arrived I was told no. That I must have called a third party. I showed them my phone, called the number, and it went right to the front desk. Got a song and dance from the front desk staff, making excuses. After walking all day, we had to drive 15 minutes to target and back to purchase a pack and play. I was very disappointed that they wasted my time and money. The room did not have a microwave or a coffee pot. There is no outlet between the beds to plug a phone charger into. The breakfast was bagels and peanut butter. I chose different stays for the rest of my trip north.

Checkin was a breeze. The staff was very courteous. Coffee and tea were available 24 hours a day. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was stocked with plenty of towels and washclothes. The rooms were clean and smelled nice. Only minor issue was some hair in the shower. I was not impressed with breakfast at all. No protein was offered and it was very limited choices. Other than that, the stay was great and I would stay there again.

Seems to be a new hotel, Staff was very kind and professional. Lot of construction since it was right off the interstate, so sometimes tricky to get in and out. Even as close as it was to I95, it was quiet. Very clean and comfortable.

For the most part, it was OK however, the first morning we were there we went to have breakfast, and they were apparently out of food. They had none and everybody was upset. It was a packed hotel, and nobody could give answers as to why they didn’t have any food or any explanations or anything
