I will not stay ok this property again. Because breakfast was empty. They put Coffee in bathroom. Gym was closed. Wather found was not working. Water bottle was in gym and door was locked. No tooth past. Stains on sofa and furnitures. It was not a quality inn.

Check in was easy. The clerks were nice. But there were big rolls of carpet in the lobby. The air was hot and sticky. The smoking area outside was terrible and felt unsafe, I think there were homeless people hanging around. Our room was ok, the air did not cool our room. Our door was jacked up, from struggling to get it open to forcing it to close. I would not recommend a family with children to stay here or a female traveling alone. But I guess you get what you pay for. Very sketchy area, hard to get to.

The stay was horrible they are doing renovations it should be shut down for renovations but is still up and running. The first room carpet was soaked with water. The second room was ok but for 109$ it was not worth it more like a 50-60$ stay

The front lobby was renovated and very nice. However, the actual buildings where the rooms were located looked like section 8 housing. It was old and rundown. The halls were not lighted. The room was gross. It was supposed to be nonsmoking but you could see the cigarette burns in the toilet seat. There was a sticky stain on the floor and old hair on the carpet.

The lady at the front desk talked on her cell phone throughout the check in. Keys didn’t work so had to go back to the desk. Remote had no batteries. Coffee machine did not work. Shower curtain was coming off the wall so we had to hold the curtain closed while in the shower. Tub would not drain with an open plug so I was ankle deep in water. I’m not sure when the halls were last vacuumed (2012?) and the elevator is full of trash. The parking lot is almost empty so it’s not like they are overwhelmed with guests here.

On the Hotels.com site, we reserved a room that was supposed to be handicap accessible with a roll in shower -- with two double beds. They don't have such a room at the hotel. They gave us mini-suite to make up for it, but I had to go out & buy a toilet piece that would work for a handicapped person. They say they have internet, but it is so weak that you can't get it in the room. They say they have a fitness center -- all I needed was a treadmill -- and it took quite a while to get it work. Even though it ended up working -- it was so dirty - as was the rest of the Fitness center, including the old water cooler with two empty jugs. No water available! The general condition of the hotel was poor... BUT the people working there are really nice... I appreciated that. But the name of the hotel is Quality -- and this hotel was not a good quality... Extremely disappointed, and probably won't stay at another Quality Inn again.

Sheets was dirty in first room, second room smelled like dust, air conditioner did not cool the second room I was moved to and it was dirty also. Do not recommend this motel.

The room had a moldy smell. The air didn't cool the room. The peep hole on the main door was cracked. The bathroom was missing tile, filty, mirror rusted, toilet seat was not on properly and came off, the bathroom door was smashed in, would not close because it was not on the henges properly and the knobs were rusted and not on properly. The tub had rust and grim inside of it. The bathroom looked nothing like the pictures that was booked. No real lighting in the room. Nothing was properly whipped down. The bed wasn't connected properly. The floor didn't seem like it was swept or mopped. Crumbs on the the stand that held the tv.

Upon arrival we were greeted by a very rude desk person who freaked out because we had a boat, says she didn't know where we could put it even though the parking lot was empty, the outside of the hotel was unkempt, the room was dirty, there was dirt and dead bugs on the floor, a piece of trim was pulled off, there was hair in the sink, hair in the tub, the toilet was not cleaned, the sink was unfinished and was clogged, there was paint on the curtains, dirt on the shower curtain, the tub drain was broken, the sink fixtures had been painted with silver paint. The luggage rack and hand bar in the bathroom were all rusted out and nasty. I would not recommend or stay here again. For $80, it was not QUALITY at all.

Had 7 star rating so thought it would be a good coice, however it was awful. Room had old food in floor, used washcloth in shower, shower running, mold in bathroom and fixtures in bad shape and need repairs. One bed creaked with every move and sunken.

Carpet extremely dirty. Bathroom tiles missing and broken. Toilet seat was for a round toilet when in fact stool was oval. Table could not be used because legs fell off. Laundry room out of order. Ran out of food for breakfast, even coffee. Topped off with killing large roach in the room.

I would never stay at this location again. The building has not been maintained properly. The room had a smell, there were holes in the fitted sheets. The area around the air conditioner and curtains was dusty and moldy. My sister and I refused to take a bath in the dirty bathroom and wore our shoes into the bathroom. The paint in the bathroom was peeling off the walls and had chips and cracks. The bottom of the bathroom was gross. I should have known what i was getting into when the price was so cheap. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. This was just a quick, unplanned, overnight stay for us so I can’t really comment on the area. It was very quiet so we slept well for 8 hours so we could safely continue our journey. Overall, I would stay here again if I was in the area.

To start off, the address on the property was incorrect. When I put it in my gps, it took me to planet fitness. I called the number listed, the staff answered and immediately hung up. I called 6 more times, no one answered. I finally just clicked "get directions" on my reservations and it took me to the area, but the 6511 address listed is incorrect. The whole hotel smelled disgusting. The sink in the hotel room was barely attached. The shower head was horrible. No water pressure, barely worked. Overall it was not a pleasant stay.

I had a great stay. The day female attendant made my stay pleasant and engaged me in conversation. The room was very homy and comfortable. Very spacious. Breakfast was great and was a convenient location for the event i had to attend. I would definitely go back. The young lady gave me suggestions and recommendations for good places to eat and visit.

There was no one at the front desk for check-in. I had to find someone to call the front desk clerk to check me in. The room was clean and pleasant. The next morning there was no coffee available. I had to find someone to make coffee at 8:00 a during breakfast. The service at this hotel was very disappointing.

It was a good overnight stay. Just a lot of people traveling. Very loud, but that happens. I had to go somewhere else for breakfast because all the food was gone at 8:30, and the hotel didn’t make anymore. Everyone in line ahead of me packed their plates. I scraped a spoonful of eggs out of the pan. No cereal, no more fruit or yogurt. It was all gone.

Pleasantly surprised with this hotel considering the bargain i got the room at! Kind staff at front desk even at 11pm when we checked in. Nice included breakfast options 6am to 9am, and they have a mini fridge and miceowave in the room. Would definitely stay again if we're in Mississippi again.
