Our stay was great. It was my hubby and I , and our 4 kids. We got a two queen bed suite w/ sleep sofa and it was great. The hotel was clean, desk assistants were super friendly, pool was clean and small, gym room was an added convenience, our room was spotless and smelled fresh, and the room was just perfect for our quick trip.

Stay was fine. They charge you for parking and don't tell you. You're in a tiny suburban with nothing around, not in a city, so not sure why it costs to park in their empty lot. Won't stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay. Staff was great. We were unable to use the firepit that was outside and the bar/restaurant sign stated that they were open until 10pm. When I came in each night at 8 everything was dark. But these were extras and the room/hotel were great and again the staff was awesome.

We haven’t stayed at a hotel in recent memory that doesn’t have coffee, tea, or at least hot water to make some in the lobby for guests in the morning. This property has a “bistro“ that is heavily advertised in the properties presentation to the public, but my wife and I stood at the counter for 10 minutes at 9 o’clock in the morning trying to buy a $3.79 cup of coffee But nobody showed up. When we left the hotel a little while later to get breakfast somewhere else there was still nobody behind the counter! Might as well shut it down!

The hotel itself was beautiful and well taken care of with great amenities to choose from. I was disappointed that coffee wasn't offered as a free amenity at all times. Elliot was the gentleman in the bistro that was extremely helpful and had amazing customer service we enjoyed good food and drinks.

Service was terrible. Nobody came to clean the room. No help when there was a spill in the room. I was handed a bottle of "Lysol," asked to clean it myself and that there are "no housekeeping services from 3p-7a!" Property is old furniture torn and no fan in bathroom. No shower door to stop water from flowing into bathroom.

This hotel is RIGHT on a busy, noisy road. Our room was on the 2nd floor facing the busy, noisy road but we heard ABSOLUTELY NO outside noise from our room. It was quiet all night and even inside the hotel all was quiet thru the night!! Staff were ALL friendly, pleasant and very helpful!

The hotel was good, but some of the staff was horrible and lied to us. We were attending a family wedding and they overbooked. Several of our family's reservations were canceled and we weren't notified. They stated they didn't have our contact info which was a lie. Some of the reservations were made months in advance.

The front desk staff and the bistro staff were all very friendly and helpful but I was disappointed that there wasn't more meal service available. I think this is suited to business travellers or people who have their own cars. It was convenient so someone I was visiting and picked me up but it was really isolated otherwise.

I chose this property because of it's proximity to the hospital I was having surgery at. The rooms were nice. Everything was clean and the bathrooms were very nice. I would definitely stay here again!

My stay at Courtyard By Marriott was enjoyable. The entire stay, staff, and hotel were top notch. The only thing I did not like is the fact that there was no self serve coffee in the lobby nor was thre any type of continental breakfast. You had to pay for everything. This kind of soured my overall experience at the hotel.

The hotel was very nice and the so was the room. My only complaint is that were no included options for food such as a continental breakfast, so having to wake up early and choose to either buy pricier food at the hotel or wait and buy food elsewhere kinda stinks. But overall we had a really great stay, we booked last minute and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Check in and check out were easy and quick, and the whole place was very clean and well styled.

Everything is great about the property. The few things that need to be called out however are that there is no lotion in bathroom (rest are present) and there is no breakfast buffet but you have a place where you can buy breakfast
