Great place to stay. Didn’t like the room so close to the elevator. I heard the ding of the elevator through the walls. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. The washer and dryer was $2.50 each and took a card. Pool room was super hot. People upstairs were so loud I thought it was thunder.

Penny the lady at the front desk was the best!! Hotel was very clean and the beds where super comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best we have ever had in our travels and the grandkids loved the pool. This place is at the top of our list!!!

The hotel staff was extremely friendly! They were so happy to help and I never felt as if I was a burden to them. You couls tell they emjoyed their job! The breakfast was excellent every morning, the room was clean, and we enjoyed our stay immensely. The pool was a hit with our kids and we were so happy to be here for 4 nights!

We enjoyed our stay at this Holiday Inn. The staff was extremely friendly. Our room and the rest of the hotel was very clean and the breakfast was delicious and convenient. Our only complaint was that the pool was so heavily chlorinated that our kids’ eyes and throats were irritated from it. After one swim, they didn’t even want to go back to the pool because of that. Other than that, a nice stay!

The hotel front desk staff were very helpful. I had two concerns: the rugs in the elevators need to be cleaned. Although the front desk personnel were very helpful I suggest there be a dress code bc they are the first people customers encounter. That dress customs include grooming.

This was the most functional layout of any hotel room we've ever stayed in. There were plenty of places to hang towels and toiletry bags in the bathroom. There was also a platform that was big enough for two large suitcases.

My only complaint was the air conditioner in our room. It would not cool the room even when changing the thermostat setting. It also was excessively loud. The room condition was fine as were other areas in the hotel.

Beautiful hotel, clean, quiet, safe. We were frustrated with the WiFi. It worked during the daytime but at night couldn’t stay connected. Frustrating because nighttime was when we mostly in our room. Good staff and shared when we left for their technical team.

The STAFF, they work together to make my stay pleasant and comfortable. I travel for work and stay here whenever possible. Great breakfast. Window coverings really darken the room for day time sleeping. I usually work nights. Stay here you will be pleased.

The breakfast was your basic continental breakfast with eggs sausage bacon pastry’s bagels. The staff was very helpful especially Kelly at the front desk, she helped me with my IHG membership and how to earn extra points.

Excellent property. Staff was amazing! Helpful and friendly. Breakfast service was outstanding. Property was spotless. The only drawback is the location is slightly far out for access to the city. However, it is easy to get to and for relaxation, privacy or business you can’t ask for better!

This hotel was super clean! Had nice size bathrooms. Was modern. Had Dove full size shampoo conditioner and soap in rooms and liquid hand soap too! The breakfast was awesome with lots of great hot items including turkey sausage and omelets! The manager walked around each morning greeting customers at breakfast and checking in. She took plates people finished off the table like in a restaurant to get them out of the way! She was friendly positive and kind. The other staff were friendly and warm.

It was everything good until the end when i did the check out the hotel charge me 167 dollars when i noticed I called and the employee told me they can’t do nothing that I have to contact Expedía. Explain the employee that it was a prepaid reservation and I was paying with a different credit card and she was charging me to the card that I put for security. She never understood and hang the phone on me. Waiting foe expedia to gime me any answer about it.

I came in to stay at the St Peters Missouri Holiday inn express. The room itself was pleasant, the breakfast was exceptional however, my room was on the first floor and the people above me stayed up past 2:00 a.m. making noise and I was unable to sleep. I had driven 4 and 1/2 hours to arrive for a family funeral service and needed rest before I had to take the four and a half hour drive back home. Needless to say I got no sleep, which made for a late departure home and an unsafe journey due to lack of sleep. My advice to hotels are to have a quiet hours posted so guests can receive a healthy nights rest.
