Bed was comfortable pillows were great room was very clean nice air conditioning when we got in the room overall great stay. Quiet. Also full breakfast was good. Would stay again. Pool looked clean and inviting but no time to swim this trip.

There was no elevator which only posed a problem at check in but found out there was a better place to park for access to a room they switched us to for accommodation purposes. They were very helpful and friendly.

This venue was rather unimpressive. It was a little hard to get into the parking lot. It has a weird shaped entrance and not easily identifiable. Although it was very convenient to all of Branson, I most likely will not return.

Poor customer service. No available room at check in. No elevator to accommodate handicapped. Did not stay after long drive & unable to get a room upon arrival. Had afternoon show tickets. Messed up our schedule. Unpleasant experience for senior citizens. Won’t recommend.

Inside the room, was nicely decorated, love the floorings. What I did not like was how the floors felt stickey, and the inside of the hotel felt incomplete. I think they were were doing contruction inisde possibly.

Extremely nice staff at check in, housekeeping, and breakfast lady. The rooms are very clean and have laminate flooring and not carpeted. Excellent a/c in room. Very safe area and 2 blocks from main road attractions. Would definitely stay here again. Was very busy yet quiet at night.

Though the hotel is in a great location, staff was friendly, and the hotel was quiet, the room was dirty. It seemed the bedding hadn’t been changed after the last guests left. Which was disappointing, I found hairs between the blankets and the sheet when I pulled them back to go bed on our first night. I chose to sleep on top of the blankets with the throw I brought for our long drive. There was also a musty smell to the room that aggravated my asthma and I had to ise my inhaler more than normal (which is usually emergency based) The light sockets in the room were broken, I did my best to keep them blocked from my 1.5 year old. Housekeeping didn’t come to our room on Saturday, I was hoping they would and change everything out. On Sunday they knocked on the door at 8am to come through. We did choose to check out on Sunday even though we were booked through Monday, mostly due to having breathing issues. Our stay wasn’t bad, as I said above everyone was kind and friendly and the location is great. Very close to everything we wanted to do which was awesome.

Property is not as pictured. Outdated and nasty. Checked the beds upon arrival and found dark colored specks in both and a scab in 1. Smell of the room was terrible.

For the price I did not expect excellence. The room had potential but when entering the smell was awful like a dirty wet moldy mop. I should have asked for a different room which is my fault. I only stayed for 2 nights so I thought I could handle it with room spray. Upon seeing the nasty smears from the dirty cloths used to wipe walls and floor I went and got bleach wipes and proceeded to clean whole room, sprayed disinfectant spray and even bought a cheap oil diffuser to make it bearable. The bed was decent and the room would have been nice had the smell not over rode all that. Doors to rooms are loud so you can hear every time the rooms near you enter/leave the room. The little interaction I had with staff was decent. I don’t normally like to leave bad reviews but I hope the owner takes note and does a better job at ensuring clean mops are used to clean rooms.

Staff was friendly and very accommodating when the first room I was assigned was found not to have been cleaned. The floor of the second room I was assigned was very slippery. I felt very unsafe attempting to walk on it but I spent very time in the room. The breakfast was ok. The hotel in general is very dated. The lamp only had one outlet for cell phone charging and there were three of us. The wall outlets were so loose they would not hold the chargers.

Shower is really small and had holes that were patched up. Also hair behind the bathroom door on the wall with dirt. Had to move the microwave to plug it in to use. No issues with the room otherwise. Great service for housekeeping and breakfast. Check in/out simple. Friendly staff

It's ok for what it easy. It's cheap and convenient. The shower had no water pressure and the front desk associate didn't help rectify the situation. The rooms are not soundproof as advertised so it can get pretty noisy when busy. Doubt I'll stay again.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. The hotel appeared to be older inside as it could use more updating. It was very close to the entertainment but not right on the noisy strip. My biggest complaint would be the bed was not comfortable and the walls were super thin. We could hear every conversation, water running and tv from the rooms around us.

Staff was friendly, room and common areas were all very clean. Breakfast was hot but overall selection was not as great as other stays. However, the shower was the smallest I have ever seen and there was not a light above it. We were just going to Branson for two days and had other sites and shows to see. The hotel did not have extended hours coffee bar and snacks as a lot in the area do. If you want to save a little on lodging, but do not want to compromise "cleanliness" then this could be your place.

Felicia is WONDERFUL!! Keeps breakfast going at the same time she’s checking people out. Very friendly and genuinely cares about the people she is serving! Booked through Expedia and entered my children as well as their ages. This was also reflected on my confirmation but was charged extra when we got there because he said “Expedia hasn’t updated their rates”. Then he acted like he was doing me a favor and only charging for one child instead of two! He was friendly and accommodating with requests otherwise.

Check in was ran by a teenage kid. We was placed on the top floor with a group of High School kids who was all over the halls, late at night kids running up and down the halls and in and out the stair doors, called management and nothing was done, usually we don't mind but we was there on business and needed the sleep. Man over looking the breakfast kept rushing everyone and shut down the drinks before everyone was done using them. Tried to keep an open mind but the rudeness over powered it.

There was not anyone on staff for my check in. I waited over 10 min. Called the number and the manager or owner said he could be there in 10 min. I asked him why there wasn’t someone on staff 24hrs and he said maybe his son fell asleep I told him as a single woman I wasn’t comfortable staying there and he should refund my room charge . I’ll be contacting my credit card and hotels.com

Wow, this was a top notch Super 8. The man behind the desk was super friendly & the lady helping with breakfast was too. The room was cleaned perfectly. I stated at a Super 8 in another state that wasn’t that great. This one was really good.

Room wasn’t ready, employees and owner were rude and threatened to make us leave when we complained the room wasn’t ready at 3:00. He moved us to another room instead.. when I opened the door to the room there were already people in it. The couple we were traveling with were not able to get the room they reserved either. Will never go back to this hotel

It was so noisy, we also didn’t have hot water. Had take cold shower: I called the front about it and never had anyone come or call us back bout the water situation. The breakfast was so cold and nasty. Also, the bed felt like it was broken underneath. It stuck into you hips so badly

We were in town for one night and just wanted a place to stay that was clean, comfortable and affordable. This check all our boxes. We got in a little later and check in was super quick and easy. And they had a nice continental breakfast that had more variety than was advertised, a plus. No complaints. Plan on staying again.

I usually don\'t rate properties except for good ratings, however, I was very disappointed with my stay here. First thing during check in was a note that read "No hot breakfast due to slow season". That wasn\'t advertised properly when I booked. We typically always try and get a hotel with hot breakfast to save on food purchases. The front desk associate was very polite and brought muffins, which we appreciated. Other than this, the room was clean enough. The beds aren\'t that comfortable, but it was livable for a few nights. Overall, I probably wouldn\'t stay here again.
