Great location. Rooms are clean but small and staircase has deep steps. No elevator. Hard to get timely help due to revolving staff and slight language barrier. New and very convenient.

Room one tiny, room 2 small, no where to sit and work neither close to the photo. Noisy, underground can be heard as well as next door. No bar, food, common areas. I left and stayed at another hotel. Depends what you are looking for, if you are making a saving and need a bed it could work bri g ear plugs

Room was okay, only one tiny shelf to put all of your stuff on and the fact that despite having a key card you can only get into the actual building if you are buzzed in...every time.

My single room was really small and didn't have a kettle. It was also up two steep flights of stairs and there's no lift. I like that the breakfasts are cooked to order, which reduces food waste created by buffet style breakfasts.

I found it convenient to trains but, i woukdny go back there and i think their write up online is somewhat deceiving. They had no AMENITIES, i couldnt even get a cup of tea, abs there absolutely nowhere to sit and be comfortable, if you were waitung for something. I certainly WOULD NOT go back thrre again. And i dont usually use Expedia or Trivago to find hotels. As stated, the write up online was deceiving.

We arrived late in the night and were welcomed by reception who also helped with our bags (no lift) to the second floor. Our room was upgraded which was lovely. AC was welcomed and very comfy bed. A small room but was fine for one night.

New hotel close to major train stations. Many restaurants and pubs nearby. Only drawback was the narrow stairs, but the friendly receptionist helped me up on arrival.

The property was very clean, and I could tell it was brand new. The staff was extremely friendly and always helpful. Especially with carrying your luggage to your room and storing it while you go out for the day and arrive early. My only feedback is the smell. I could tell it was a deodorizer, and maybe to sterilize the area. It was a little strong, so not good if you had a headache or a long day of travel. The zooms for small however, I had a room for one person I deemed it perfect, however, if you are spacious, I would book a double room.

Clean, tidy and quiet despite the location.

Wish I had read all the reviews before booking. The place has no lift and being that we were traveling via the trains for a week I had a heavy luggage. The floor and phone area was gross with a red syrup substance clearly not cleaned from the previous guests. The noise from the halls and upper rooms kept us up all night...not to mention the curtains are practically on the wall side of the bed that they were hitting me while trying to sleep. Wouldn't stay here in the future. The check-in guy was nice and the pressure in shower was very good. That's it.

If you’re going to be exploring London and need a base to sleep. This is a great cheap option. We probably spent all of 8 hours in the room. The staff were friendly, held our bags before check in and after checkout which was great.

The hotel was very close to Kings Cross station which is why we picked it. The room was one of their cheapest, it was clean, modern and in good condition. It was value for money. Rooms were slightly small, but in line with our expectations..

Only place to sit was the bed and no place to unpack anything. Great location close to Kings Cross Station. No elevator ( as advertised) and we were on the second floor with 4 flights of stairs.

Nice fittings but limited storage space for clothes and case. Cramped space in bedroom & bathroom. Staff friendly and helpful. Nowhere in bathroom to hang up towels in bathroom after washing/showering.

Good location, great option if you are travelling from King's cross/st pancras. Rooms were quite small, even the upgraded option which I went for was tiny, I couldn't use the toilet as the sink and u-bend blocked my knees from being able to sit straight. show was good but again very cramped. it did have underfloor heating though which was nice. Bed was comfy, good condition overall just not practical for more than one night or if you were planning on staying in the room throughout the day.

Online check-in was quick and easy. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was quite small, but that was expected for a single room. Still, the room was clean and had all the amenities needed. The bathroom was again small, but clean. However, the shower was tiny and felt slightly claustrophobic while using it, so keep this in mind. Also, the room was noisy in that you could clearly hear the people in different rooms, which could be disturbing to some. On the other hand, the location of the hotel is truly what you are paying for, as it is a 5-minute walk to King's Cross St Pancras, which is very convenient if you need to catch public transport early in the morning. Another positive is that it is close to food locations such as McDonald's, and it is also a short walk away from Tesco Express. Overall, I think that this is a decent hotel, especially if staying for one or two nights and looking for somewhere close to the train station.

A simple room, bit on the small size but perfectly adequate for one night while on business. Door lock was a bit fiddly but once figured out, not a problem. Bit of tube noise, but not loud enough to be a problem and they provided ear plugs if you really want silence!

I had a one night stay in london with my wife. We were given a basement room. There was one small skylight. The room was very cramped to the point you cant walk past each other. The pictures make this place look far better than it actually is. The walls are so thin. We could hear the manager shouting at another colleague for well over 15 mins. It was so upsetting to hear. We also could not get the room to cool down it was stuck at 21 degrees. With no window to open we didnt have the best of sleeps. On departing we were told that reception controls the heat. Very strange as this was not told on arrival and there are controls in the room. The shower was tiny. Now im not a big guy 5ft 10 and slim and even i was struggling to shower properly. I will not be returning here ever..

Otherwise, the bed is comfortable, the room had all the basics required, it was very clean and the area had lots of good places to eat. The proximity to St. Pancras station and the Eurostar trains to Paris was the reason that this was our choice, it is an easy 5 minute walk.

Straight to the point: The online check-in was a waste of time. Had to do it all again in person. Friendly receptionist had no idea what the online check-in was for. Good bits: Fresh look to the rooms, clean bedsheets and towels. Ceiling window with electric blackout blinds was a fun feature. I think other guests can see me in my bed though. Take note: Limited space between furniture and space in the shower cubicle. Will struggle for plus size people. Opt for a larger room.

Clean and modern but the rooms are unbelievably tiny. Check in was unnecessarily awkward as they struggled to find our book in and barely spoke English making it hard to understand what was going on. They left us stood outside the hotel front door from midnight to 12:40am as their 24/7 reception was unmanned, he must have been sleeping given how hard we were knocking to get out of the cold. No apology from him when he finally appeared after another guest has to let us in. The lady at reception the next morning was somewhat apologetic but said she’d email me with a follow up and a week later I’ve had no email. We were woken up in the morning to lots of loud noises and very loud banging which just topped the night off for us. Overall this hotel over promised and under delivered. Would avoid in future, we only booked it as we left it last minute, there’s so many other hotels out there that are better value for money.

Better than expected! We booked here very last minute after train delays/cancellations left is stranded in central London. For a budget hotel this was a great little spot, comfy bed, plenty of hot water, fresh breakfast. We booked the best room available, I'd say it's worth the extra few quid. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

This hotel fitted my needs perfectly. It’s easily walkable from St Pancras International and King’s Cross Underground. The bed was comfortable and room was just the right temperature for sleeping. The en suite was noticeably warmer, which I really appreciated. The staff were welcoming and helpful.

I was accused of taking a laundry bag from room after I checked out but in all honesty I have not taken or even seen the laundry bag in the room , I hope that my honesty can be proven and that I will not be charged as I am offended by this accusation , never has a hotel accused this of me and charged me ?!

The PERFECT hotel for staying in London if you want to take advantage of the Underground and enjoy the city. Located a couple blocks from Kings Cross St Pancras, it was so easy to hit the ground running every morning and great to return to at night. Lots of good food options nearby as well. I love that we used the key card for the room to turn on the lights and the A/C, makes it easier to keep track of it as well as ensure you save energy while you're out and about. Bed was super comfortable, bathroom was clean, staff was friendly and so helpful, just overall a great experience. The room we stayed in didn't have an abundance of power outlets which made it a little challenging when getting ready as the mirror was just barely out of reach from the curling iron, but it was manageable. I do appreciate that they required reservation times for breakfast, it ensured the room wasn't too crowded or noisy for food and that there wasn't a long wait to eat either. The staff was incredibly attentive and always pleasant to interact with. I will be recommending this place to anyone I know staying in London who wants a safe and comfortable place to relax after their adventures.

The rooms are small. Think cabin on a ship. Just for sleeping. Bed was comfortable. We were on the ground floor at the back. Given the hotel location it was quite quiet. The hotel staff were all courteous and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and very well presented. I had the omelette, cooked to order, and my partner has the breakfast bowl.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Clean, comfortable and restful. Vegetarian breakfast superbly presented, allow time to enjoy it!

The inn offers very clean rooms , quite smal , as the rest of the hotel . The breakfast room space and the staff arr not adjusted to the customer attendance . The noise from the street traffic is very consequent . The staff is however very helpfull.
