The staff was wonderful. The room was silent which considering it's at an airport was incredible to me. It has a beautiful lobby and the room had a firm-ish bed which was great for me.The fact that there is a TSA checkpoint right in the hotel that was open at 5 am was amazing!

We had a terrible experience with flights being moved, cancelled, rebooked, cancelled again, etc. Having the ability to stay at the Westin right on-site was incredibly nice. It was beautiful, friendly staff and had its own TSA entrance. Would recommend.
