Loved this modern take on a bed and breakfast! It’s a little different from normal hotels and more like an Airbnb. There is no one on staff at the property, although there is someone on call if you need something. We stayed at the artist bluff suite which was so nice! Big comfy bed and a hot shower with good pressure. It even had a little kitchenette. There was a big common area with communal snacks, coffee and board games. The backyard was a nice place to relax. The hotel is walking distance to restaurants, too. Loved this place and would totally stay again!

We had an amazing stay at the Launchpoint Lodge. Our hosts were amazing and sent us everything we needed to know in advance. They also have a guide for the area which was super helpful. This honestly was one of the best places we've ever stayed! The house is gorgeous and we were upgraded to the Artist Bluff space. Amazing! A living room, a bedroom, bathroom and a wet bar. It's attached to the outdoor space. A deck with tons of sitting areas overlooking a gorgeous English garden and grass area.The lounge is incredible! Sitting areas, games to play, snacks, a little candy area, ice, hot water, filtered water. I can't name it all. It's just really well done! A lot of love went into the design of this lodge. If you're in Lincoln for a couple of days or just stopping through, you MUST stay here!

What an unexpected gem. The Launchpoint Lodge was sublime. The pre-stay communication was genuine with personalized useful information; we felt appreciated and welcomed by the notes. The room was exceptional and decorated with careful elegant and comfortable style. There was a goodie bag in the room with a few snacks and a couple of waters. The towels were fluffy and the soaps smelled terrific. The bed was EXTREMELY comfortable; so much so that I was sad when we checked out bc I slept so well. The Lodge was quiet. The hospitality bar had all the essentials.

Danielle was very responsive and accommodating. I loved the kitchen and common area, the screened in porch with the cool chairs was a lovely touch! The bed was soooo comfortable. Close to shops and mt. Washington.

They’ve done a great job on this property. Our room was done so well. The kitchen/living/porch area are beautiful. Quiet neighborhood. Easily located close to everything, but away from any busy roads. Nice selection of snacks.

The Launchpoint Lodge exceeded all expectations. The home was beautiful and the perfect place to retire for the night. Location was close to everything but just far enough to escape all chaos of leaf leaping tourist season. We stayed in the Hancock Suite. The room was very modernized, beautifully decorated and so clean. The owners left us treats and Prosecco in our room to acknowledge our anniversary which was so thoughtful. The main living area looked so inviting with its fireplace, seating and board games but unfortunately we didn’t have enough time to take advantage of this lovely space. We appreciated all the attention to details from the unlimited coffee (loved the mugs), snacks and water/soft drinks to the plush and soft towels/bedding. We are typically big chain hotel people but after our visit to the Launchpoint for 3 nights, I don’t think I will ever look at a Marriot or Hilton the same. The cleanliness of the room and common areas was absolutely impeccable. For having a small staff, they do an AMAZING job. The bed is so soft and perfect for a relaxing nights after long days on the mountains. The shower is spacious, even for a larger guy like myself. We had an outstanding experience with the lodge for 2 nights. Everything is beautiful and clean, easy to manage. It really is a 4 star lodge. The bed was probably the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on in a hotel. They have thought of everything and we really appreciated the coffee, treats, and amenities. You can easily walk to the restaurants nearby.

It was very clean, quiet, easy to access and in a perfect location. It was very well equipped with all we needed. It had a wonderful coffee bar and very comfy common rooms. Our suite was wonderful. The host Danielle was very welcoming and available if needed. We will definitely go back and we highly recommend it!

The lodge was a great spot that felt like home. It was very inviting and Incredibly clean. The kitchen area was stocked with all options of coffee/hot chocolate/tea along with snacks and candy! A great homey touch. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a spot to stay in Lincoln and would return in a heartbeat.

We only stayed one night (in the Kinsman suite) but it was excellent! The house and suite were clean, comfortable and beautifully designed. You can tell Danielle and Nate have put a lot of thought and care into every little detail. Highly recommend booking :)

Only complaint was the bed pillows. We travel a lot. These were the worst on the trip. Too tall. Too firm. Finally used a small pillow off the sofa. There are 6 pillows on the bed. All the same. Need a mix.

Such a great boutique hotel! charming, well appointed with fun features such as a candy bar in the loung and hanging chair swings on the porch. We stayed in the Hancock Suite which is located on the second floor. We had our own sitting area with the bathroom located off one side and a large bedroom located off of the other side with a closet area dividing the two spaces. Colors are clean and modern. The ONLY space that seemed like it could use an update would be the shower. It's perfectly fine, but the tile just seems outdated compared to the modern colors and style of the rest of the space. as for the shower itself - fantastically hot pressure, everything I look for! We will definitely be back!

I was totally happy with my stay here. I could not have asked for a better place to stay in Lincoln, New Hampshire. Cozy, beautifully decorated and convenient check-in, check out, and good communication with host, and owner. The property is decorated with current trends and is beautiful. From the porches (indoor & out) to self-serve community are full of games, books and swing chairs. Safety was never a concern. I would like to note the mattresses, pillows and towels were magical. Better than I expected. Thanks!

This unique property worked very well for us during a short hiking trip in the White Mountains. It is a house that has been lovingly turned into a comfortable lodge with fine attention to detail to make guests feel welcome. There is no front desk attendant or person on site but someone is always reachable if any issues should arise. We would be happy to return if in the area.

We had a nice short visit here to ski at Loon while staying in the Hancock room. My wife had an unfortunate emergency incident that required support from the owners and staff and they were excellent and helped us a bunch. It is priceless to have caring people in a difficult situation and I appreciate their efforts greatly. Loved the decor and great natural light coming in the windows. The bed was very comfy and we appreciated the quiet hours. Didn’t have a chance to use the common area as much as we planned but it looked lovely and the dining area worked out well. My only critiques would be that the parking lot is a bit tight when everyone is “home” and would have liked additional breakfast choices (cereal and OJ). Both were very minor issues. Clever working model with the contactless check-in/out. We liked this lodge very much and hope to come back for a longer stay in the future.

Fantastic stay and vibes! Really enjoyed the self check-in and out process and the design of the lodge was amazing. You can really tell that the owners put a lot of love and care into the space. Definitely will be recommending to friends and family and returning next Winter for more skiing!

What an unexpected gem. The Launchpoint Lodge was sublime. The pre-stay communication was genuine with personalized useful information; we felt appreciated and welcomed by the notes. The room was exceptional and decorated with careful elegant and comfortable style. There was a goodie bag in the room with a few snacks and a couple of waters. The towels were fluffy and the soaps smelled terrific. The bed was EXTREMELY comfortable; so much so that I was sad when we checked out bc I slept so well. The Lodge was quiet. The hospitality bar had all the essentials.

Danielle was very responsive and accommodating. I loved the kitchen and common area, the screened in porch with the cool chairs was a lovely touch! The bed was soooo comfortable. Close to shops and mt. Washington.

A wonderful alternative for the area that was very convenient and easy to get to by car. The hosts although remote were extremely accommodating and excelled in communication which made the experience staying here reassuring. There was significant effort to make sure our stay was the best it could be from the personal texts and emails. The room was very comfortable and well appointed for our late Fall weekend stay, We will surely return the next time in the area.

It was very clean, quiet, easy to access and in a perfect location. It was very well equipped with all we needed. It had a wonderful coffee bar and very comfy common rooms. Our suite was wonderful. The host Danielle was very welcoming and available if needed. We will definitely go back and we highly recommend it!

Loved this modern take on a bed and breakfast! It’s a little different from normal hotels and more like an Airbnb. There is no one on staff at the property, although there is someone on call if you need something. We stayed at the artist bluff suite which was so nice! Big comfy bed and a hot shower with good pressure. It even had a little kitchenette. There was a big common area with communal snacks, coffee and board games. The backyard was a nice place to relax. The hotel is walking distance to restaurants, too. Loved this place and would totally stay again!

We had an outstanding experience with the lodge for 2 nights. Everything is beautiful and clean, easy to manage. It really is a 4 star lodge. The bed was probably the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on in a hotel. They have thought of everything and we really appreciated the coffee, treats, and amenities. You can easily walk to the restaurants nearby.

They’ve done a great job on this property. Our room was done so well. The kitchen/living/porch area are beautiful. Quiet neighborhood. Easily located close to everything, but away from any busy roads. Nice selection of snacks.

The lodge was a great spot that felt like home. It was very inviting and Incredibly clean. The kitchen area was stocked with all options of coffee/hot chocolate/tea along with snacks and candy! We had a nice short visit here to ski at Loon while staying in the Hancock room. My wife had an unfortunate emergency incident that required support from the owners and staff and they were excellent and helped us a bunch. It is priceless to have caring people in a difficult situation and I appreciate their efforts greatly. Loved the decor and great natural light coming in the windows. The bed was very comfy and we appreciated the quiet hours. Didn’t have a chance to use the common area as much as we planned but it looked lovely and the dining area worked out well. My only critiques would be that the parking lot is a bit tight when everyone is “home” and would have liked additional breakfast choices (cereal and OJ). Both were very minor issues. The Launchpoint Lodge exceeded all expectations. The home was beautiful and the perfect place to retire for the night. Location was close to everything but just far enough to escape all chaos of leaf leaping tourist season. We stayed in the Hancock Suite. The room was very modernized, beautifully decorated and so clean. The owners left us treats and Prosecco in our room to acknowledge our anniversary which was so thoughtful. The main living area looked so inviting with its fireplace, seating and board games but unfortunately we didn’t have enough time to take advantage of this lovely space. We appreciated all the attention to details from the unlimited coffee (loved the mugs), snacks and water/soft drinks to the plush and soft towels/bedding. We are typically big chain hotel people but after our visit to the Launchpoint for 3 nights, I don’t think I will ever look at a Marriot or Hilton the same. We had an amazing stay at the Launchpoint Lodge. Our hosts were amazing and sent us everything we needed to know in advance. They also have a guide for the area which was super helpful. This honestly was one of the best places we've ever stayed! The house is gorgeous and we were upgraded to the Artist Bluff space. Amazing! A living room, a bedroom, bathroom and a wet bar. It's attached to the outdoor space. A deck with tons of sitting areas overlooking a gorgeous English garden and grass area.The lounge is incredible! Sitting areas, games to play, snacks, a little candy area, ice, hot water, filtered water. I can't name it all. It's just really well done! A lot of love went into the design of this lodge. If you're in Lincoln for a couple of days or just stopping through, you MUST stay here!
