My room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is in a lovely room with a view and delicious. Great location and staff!

I was not originally planning to leave a review, but after being prompted twice by Hotels.com, I feel it is worth sharing my experience. This property enforces a very strict cancellation policy. I had to cancel last minute and tried to reach out two days before check-in, but was still charged for the full four-night stay even though I had a flexible rate. The most disappointing part was the lack of responsiveness. Messages sent via Hotels.com were ignored, and it took three days to receive a reply by email from the hotel manager. Other hotels in St Andrews normally charge the first night in similar situations. Charging the full stay feels unusually rigid. You are clearly paying a significant premium for the location near the Old Course, but the level of service does not match that price point. I would recommend travellers visiting St Andrews to consider other options—either better premium hotels or more affordable B&Bs that offer better overall value.

Great staff - very keen to help and very effective. Loved breakfast - very tasty with great presentation. Accommodation was ideal - small but well equipped Rooms were ideally positioned close to Old Course

The room had everything
