The hotel has a small smell to it. They have air freshners all over to mask the smell. We stays 2/17- 2/19 and the gym was closed to being damaged. A huge hole in the ceiling next to a huge water stain from water damage. The pull out couch was highly stained and they didnt keep the sheets in the room so after a 7 hour drive being very tired with 4 kids i has to go back down stairs to get the bedding. The room was definitely stayable just not very clean or organized.

The customer service is terrible! It took an hour to check in after I drove four hours to get there. The hotel clerk was very unprofessional and not very helpful at all. My sheets on my bed had cigarette burns on them. There were used water bottles on top of the counter. The room did not smell clean so I decided to go buy bleach to wipe the room down. I was never informed that the hotel was under renovations, everything was a mess. NEVER AGAIN!

The carpets were dirty, the bugs in the room and the non communication on both the status of the hotel and rooms and the fact that the shuttle didn’t operate to pick us up on or return trip leaving us at the airport waiting on an Uber.

Its out first tine staying at this place. Apparently it had just re-opened. The girl at the front desk was nice but that was all. The elevator was vandalized (names scratched in the walls). Our floor smelled like a bar (smoke & weed) Sad part is that you could hear kids. Our room was clean but the smell of smoke was just a turn off. Breakfast is a grab an go but is served from 7:30am-10:30am so if you have an early flight, well you miss out. All in all you get what you pay for (a bed). Parking was good.

Upon check-in I was told that the cable was “out” and that the maintenance person was “off” for the day. The keys kept deactivating and when they were working, it was very difficult to get in the room. I got a non-smoking room and the entire hall smelled of cigarettes. The ice machine was out due to construction on the upper floors, and the breakfast had almost no options. The few options available were waffles, cereal, and toast. There were no proteins or anything else hot available. There was also no butter, or milk available. And despite there being a juice dispenser, it only gave water.

There were roaches in all 3 rooms I was put in… one room after another infested. The property should not even be open right now as they’re doing construction and have 3 entire floors closed off. This place was so unsafe you’d be better off sleeping in your car.

Apparently the top floors were being renovated but it seemed like the whole hotel was. Check-in people seemed not professional, could smell pot all over. When we got to our floor there were towels just lying on floor in numerous places. It was very loud & slamming doors continuously till 3A. No complaints about room though. Did not try breakfast.

The worst experience ever. Bed bugs , roaches, dirty, no cable, unprofessional. Waiting for a refund at the moment. Place under renovation, should not be open. They actually need to completely be investigated to be open to the public like this and taking people like all is normal.

It had bugs running around the place and blood stains on the ceiling somehow everything in the room just kept falling apart and it had nasty stains everywhere and I do mean everywhere just straight up gross honestly I wish I could give them zero Stars I will never be going back there again the woman was nice but other than that I'm never coming back there

it’s was the worst nigh, the room was dirty so nasty, some cockroach in the room, the carpet was so dirty. The hotel was under construction and around 7:30am or 8am was a big noise because the construction but was the room next to us. and the breakfast jus waffles and bread No eggs no nothing

There were roaches in the room. The air conditioning was horrible. There was a musky smell in the entire place. There were stains on the sheets . This place is rundown and needs to be shutdown. I told the manager and he just smiled and say we will fix the problems. I would not recommend

There was a roach as big as I've ever seen in the bathroom. Breakfast was a grab and go. very disappointing! The juice machine didn't work only coffee and water available . The beds were very comfortable at least.

It's a hotel. It was a quick overnight for us for purely practical reasons so it did the job. Wouldn't have enjoyed the stay if it had been for a vacation. A/C didn't do anything to cool the room down. Beds were cheap and creaky. My husband had to fix the frame on one of them. Staff was weird during check-in and was having a dual conversation with me and someone on her personal cell phone. Breakfast options were a downer so we went elsewhere, but that's not unusual.

Looks fine from the outside but the interior is in poor condition. Scuffs and scratches everwhere, worn furniture, TV didn't work (turned on but there was no reception), toilet didn't flush right, fixture on the sink didn't fit. At least the bed was comfortable enough and towels weren't stiff like I was expecting after looking at the condition of everytbong else.

I arrived at the property and was told the cable did not work, and the desk clerk did not know when it would be repaired. The cable was out for the 3 days I was there. No consideration to reduce the bill. Breakfast was poor. No eggs, bacon, sausage, cranberry juice or water. No bottled juice. Poor selection-only OJ, waffles, bagels/toast, and cereal. The breakfast area was messy. No hostess to keep the area clean. The internet went out on the second day! Again, there was no consideration for reducing the bill and no real apology from the desk staff. The clerk did allow me to use her phone as a hot spot for my meeting. The furniture in the lobby and my room was old and scratched. The seat cushions are ripped. I found ants in the bathroom on the 2nd day. The elevator has graffiti. There is only one trash can in my room. The towel bar came off the wall and the handle on the shower was crooked. The property is under renovation. It would be nice if the desk staff acknowledged that when I arrived, apologized for the mess, and stated they would do their best to serve me under the circumstances. It's an inexpensive hotel. I guess I got what I paid for!

I was reluctant to book this hotel after reading several bad reviews but did so because of price and location. When we arrived we were happy to see that the hotel seems to be going under some renovations. After a smooth check-in, we found our room to be quite comfortable and clean with the AC flowing nicely to keep us cool on a 90 degree day. My lady friend was disappointed that there was no hair dryer in our room or anywhere to be found in the hotel. The free breakfast left a little to be desired and we opted to get breakfast at a near by Dunkin Donuts on our second day. Overall I would recommend this hotel keeping in mind that it is not a 3 or 4 star hotel.

The stay was complicated. Room key never worked right I had to get my room key changed almost every night. Light over the vanity was out. I informed the front desk agent, and it was never attended to, so i had to function in front of a dark mirror over the sink. Limited outlets only outlets were in the lamps.

Upon arriving at the hotel to check in there was no front desk person. We ate our dinner in the lobby waiting for the front desk person to return. Waited almost 30 minutes. While waiting we listened to two other guests talking as they also waited for the clerk. One guest had walked into the other guests room because they had both been given a key to the same room. When the clerk finally returned he said sorry but it sometimes happens. The hotel lobby was being renovated but construction debris was not cleaned up well. The elevator was dirty. After finally checking in we got to our room and it was okay.

Still awaiting my refund back to my C.card. I should have been charged for 1 night, so far my C card has a payment of the 1 night, plus 3 nights that I didn't stay. I have a receipt to indicate it. Will file a complaint if not corrected within 7 days.

The staff were rude and inattentive. I was waiting for someone to check me in for 30 minutes, and when the two staff members finally showed, the seemed bothered to help me get checked in. The elevator had carvings on the walls and graffiti everywhere. The floor I was in smelled like cabbage for some reason. The sheets on the bed were stained and none of the channels on the tv worked. I would definitely not recommend.

This hotel is in a great location for weekend trips to DC and Baltimore. It was 50 mins to DC, and 13 mins to the Baltimore Aquarium by car. The site was able to accommodate our large family in a room with three double beds at a price we could afford. The free breakfast included a waffle maker, which my kids loved, and our room had a mini fridge, a microwave, and a large flat screen TV with cable. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, and we ended up folding the bed back in and sleeping one on the sofa and one on the floor using the bedding provided and got a better night's sleep the second night. The site is in some disrepair and is clearly under renovation. In spite of being in a nonsmoking room, the entire hallway of our floor smelled strongly of smoke and our room smelled of it as well, although it was clear work had been done to the room to reduce the odor. Overall, it was not perfect, but it was just what we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with the extra towels and linens we needed, as well as a couple of toothbrushes for kids who forgot theirs. I would definitely stay there again, although I fear once renovations are complete, it will no longer be in our budget.

When I walked in this hotel it smelled of mildew, they had fans running on the carpet area as if some damage was done by water. Horrible smell. I asked for a late check out and I was asked why and then was told no but with No reason to why. The room was particularly cleaned thank God I keep disinfect wipes and spray wherever I go. But it was very quiet, and I was only there for one night, so it wasn't too bad. Would not stay for long periods.

It's obvious this hotel has seen better days. The public areas and my room were dated and in desperate need of a renovation. I believe breakfast was scheduled to start at 6 or 6:30. At 6:45 they were just starting to set up.

It wasn’t too bad. They’re remodeling the hotel so expect it to look halfway nice and halfway outdated 😅. Cheaper price and you get what you pay for in a hotel, however sheets were clean and bedbug free which is always a plus. Their breakfast is subpar, they don’t offer any fresh fruit other than apples. I would stay there again if necessary.

There were bugs in the bathroom area, electrical plates were taped on, bathroom light was out, toilet paper holder was broken, towel bar was broken. The breakfast was virtually non-existent. The juice machine was out of order. There were no eggs, meat, donuts, just sliced bread and one waffle maker. There was cereal, but no milk. Awful hotel. Will never stay there again.

Front desk are friendly but the whole place is so dirty looking and the elevator smell readly bad even in the room we stayed in even fo it was non smoke water from the shower was so slow no breakfast was served i had to ask lady said only had bag on the go witch i never go on even if i asked to get one . Overall don't recommend this hotel we stsyed for 3 night and fist night couldn't go to sleep because of the smell in the room even after we left i still had that smell on my colthes
