Great location to Bourbon street! Literally steps away. Hotel was very nice, staff super friendly and helpful! The hotel needs updated a little bit but honestly it was a great stay. They offer parking onsite, it was easy to get access to your car. Very secure. It was $50 a night for valet. We will definitely stay here in the future!!

Has pretty courtyard and cozy bar. Close to Bourbon and Canal Street. Unfortunately both the elevators were broken and we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to our room all week. It sucked and not having the convenience to make a quick room stop was exhausting. They upgraded us to a balcony room, but the noise from the bar across the street and from Bourbon st went on every night. We had to ask for new batteries for the tv that kept freezing and the phone and ice machine did not work. The floor had sand or something in places and the floor behind the bathroom door clearly had not been cleaned in some time. Breakfast was available, but it wasnt free. The staff was nice but I dont think I'll stay there next time. Again the courtyard was nice.

The property is fantastic. The location is perfect for Bourbon as well as any other attraction you want to visit. The only downside is parking is $50/night which we were not aware of until we arrived. But the staff is really wonderful.

The hotel is conveniently located near Bourbon Street. The furnishings inside are beautiful, especially the courtyard! The King room was spacious and elegant as well as the sink area and bathroom. The BEST SHOWER I have ever had in a hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We also enjoyed the bar connected on the back side of the hotel.

No hot water in the shower. Mentioned to the front desk twice. Was told that the checked it out and it was fine. It wasn’t . Nothing over Luke warm. No water pressure in sink. Elevator out of service. Rug in room not vacuumed. Staff didn’t seem to care.

The location of hotel Mazarin is perfect. It's half a block from Bourbon Street and in the heart of the French Quarter. We didn't need a car to get around for the whole week. The staff is exceptional, very helpful and friendly. The hotel is old though. We needed someone to come fix the air-conditioning and refrigerator and needed to be moved because our first room was next door to the old, loud elevator.

We had a great stay for a large family at Hotel Mazarin in June 2025. We had four hotel rooms. Free bottles of water were nice. Small but adequate fitness room. Mattresses could use upgrading. Each room had one luggage rack, a desk/chair, a lounge chair, with coffee machine and small fridge in the TV cabinet. We would definitely stay again!

Great hotel, right in the heart of the music district, 2 minutes from Bourbon Street and just a 10 minute walk from the Mississippi. Lovely court yard and wine bar. Classic clean rooms and wonderful staff.

I love the courtyard, the size of the rooms was great. The bed was comfortable. Check in process was easy. Parking was very close (across the street). However there were some blood stains in my bed when I first got there and I thought that was gross but I didn’t realize it until it was time to go to bed so I didn’t wanna go change rooms

There was a old/mildew smell in our room although it was immaculately clean. There was also very small ants on the floor in our room. Understood that it's spring, but not something my wife and didn't like to experience. Service and staff was great and the proximity to everything was awesome!

The property was old, dark and dirty. The elevator was rickety. The hallways had cockroaches. The beddings were poor quality. Our tv has no remote. The bathroom door was hard to close. There were so much poop stains on the toilet. The toilet also sprayed dirty water when flushing. Disappointing, unsanitary.

There were no wash clothes in the bathroom the first night and the sink had blood or makeup splatter on the side and front. There were tiny dead flies all over the bed and at the threshold of the door when we got there. The water pressure was great in the shower, but the design was bad because the floor got soaked unless you put two towels in the floor outside the shower. I wish it would have had a pool.

The overall experience was okay. Staff was excellent and the courtyard is very peaceful and clean. I was disappointed the television was analog, with 5 stations only, and all stations were static blurry. I felt like I was back 1981. There were no cable on our tv. Not sure if it was just my room or all. The elevator had hardly any lighting and it was extremely dark.

While the property itself and the staff were nice, they put us in a room facing the road, it was extremely loud. People were blaring music so loudly the chandelier and window in our room shook. I understand that the hotel can not control what happens on the road, however the first night we were there, we expressed our concerns and they never offer to move us to a different location. They just agreed that the music that blares until 3-4am is ridiculous. So we went from friday to Sunday with essentially no sleep. This was our first experience with this hotel and will unfortunately be our last. We travel to Nola once a year so we are aware of the noise but that, was just unacceptable.

Nice location 1/2 block off Bourbon St. Easy access to all the French Quarter. Nice restaurant and courtyard. Our room was nice and well equipped with a fridge and safe. The only downside (for our family) was the room seemed a little warm to us and didn’t cool down much when thermostat lowered. We will return for another visit.

Great stay. The room was impeccably clean and only steps from Bourbon. Staff was excellent. The only negative is that the WiFi was horrible. Kept disconnecting and very slow when connected. This is easily fixable so we will be back on our next trip.

We arrived late and was looking for a place for dinner. The front desk was extremely helpful and gave us a 10% discount to use at the restaurant. Oceana was walking distance and the food was delicious! We definitely will come back to stay longer.

The property was great. My only issue was is my tv remote was dead and reached out to the front desk multiple times my remote wasn’t working when I told the front desk lady I believe her name was Sonia or something like that “it wasn’t lighting up and I believed it was dead” the lady said with a attitude “ it does work you just don’t know how to use it” long story short a maintenance guy came after a few hours and multiple times telling the front desk to send someone and he said himself “it’s dead” which i replied “ I told the front desk lady that and she said I just didn’t know how to use it” besides that the property was nice in a great location.

Property was nice, quiet, secure, close to Bourbon. Parking is expensive at $50 a night. The elderly woman working the front desk was extremely rude and not welcoming. Not only to us but to other guests in our presence. Gentleman who works the desk at night is polite and informative, young lady working desk was also pleasant.

William greeted me with warmth and grace. Showed me to the elevator and apologized to the next in line that he would be right with them after he showed me elevator operation. He also called the room to let me know I had forgotten my umbrella and helped me make corrections to my ride share when the incorrect address popped up. Everyone at the front desk was lovely! Room was beautifully appointed, comfortable and clean. Thank you for complementary water and coffee! Also appreciated the safe! Oh, robes!! How nice! I will be back!

- the wifi wouldn’t work and staff acknowledged the problem and said they had just installed a new wifi and it had been having issues. Why didn’t they tell me this previously ? I wouldn’t have stayed as wifi is a HUGE part of my business. - when I was calling the hotel to check in the front desk ladies were so rude and curt. NOT courteous. They make it seem like they’re doing YOU a favor. - there was hair in the bathroom sink upon my arrival. - there were holes in the sheets. - upon arrival the Apple pay wasn’t working for check in / deposit. It’s 2025 why is Apple Pay not working ? - when i booked through Expedia on my reservation 1 bottle of wine was supposed to be included, it was not.

This hotel is amazing so clean so comfortable, love that parking is right across the street. 30 steps to the right is bourbon street. William was so kind and so helpful with plenty suggestions, he is without a doubt one of the finest.

If you want to be right in the middle of the action in the French Quarter with a nice place to sleep. This is the location for you. The staff are super nice and helpful. The rooms are small and clean but that’s normal for the French Quarter.

The Hotel Mazarin is a beautiful historic hotel in the French Quarter. It has an excellent and convenient location. Our room was very quiet despite Bourbon Street bing less than half a block away. An excellent choice for a romantic get away.

Very friendly staff. We were given a bottle of wine on check in and they offered many tips about the area and restaurants. Unfortunately their own restaurant was closed but their bar was open. The courtyard was lovely.

The courtyard is nice but unfortunately the open atrium makes for vibration so strong from the music from the cars passing that it shakes the interior walls… but the hotel itself is beautiful the breakfast was too expensive for just a normal breakfast but tasted fine other than not much rest It was a nice stay but Nola is a party town so I get it… I’m not planning on returning to Nola again but if I did I would stay again for the price

It would have been nice for coffee to be available in the morning prior to the restaurant opening. And although breakfast was stated to be included with our room, they do not provide breakfast on Mondays and Tuesdays. The fire alarm woke everyone in the hotel twice during the night during one night of our stay. Staff told us later "this happens sometimes." There was no fire.

Convenient location and the hotel was prepared for Hurricane Francine with food, water, power generator and suggestions for dinner. Reservation included a bottle of wine. Rooms were clean and spacious, but dated. Decent amenities. Wifi worked. Good for a place to rest while you are out exploring the city.

Nice French Quarter location. Quiet and clean rooms. I would stay again. I would have liked to have had coffee, if not in the room, at least at the front lobby. Very friendly staff. Nice wine bar.
