Beautiful hotel in extraordinary location. Oversized and comfortable room. Secure parking included in the room rate. St. Charles trolley stop is just out the front door. What it lacks: breakfast, restaurant, formality. Instead it offers endless coffee, free snacks, and a knowledgeable and friendly staff member in the lobby who is welcoming and helpful.

This was the perfect place to stay for our NOLA trip. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable and housekeeping checked in on us each day. The free parking in a covered garage was a huge selling point as was the easy access to hop on/off the city streetcars right in front of the hotel. We couldnt have chosen a better place to stay!

This was a great hotel right in the middle of everything we wanted to visit. There's a ton of great food right around here, a rooftop bar next door, and on site parking. The trolley car stops right in front of the hotel, too. Definitely would stay here again.

The hotel's location is very convenient to areas across the city. Our room was clean, and the A/C was effective. We were pleased that our room was quiet even though we were next to the elevator machine room, which was pretty loud in the hallway and even in our bathroom. We also appreciated the ample free parking. We would stay again.

Great boutique hotel on St. Charles. They don’t have a restaurant or bar on site but you are right on the streetcar line. The staff was super helpful & waiting on us for arrival. The stay was comfortable. Parking was a breeze.

Very nice and clean with modern flair. The staff is friendly and helpful. Bathroom is beautiful but small. Excellent location and you can pick up the streetcar right outside the hotel to get to nearby attractions. There is a nice outdoor patio to lounge in and plenty of places to eat within walking distance right up the street. Parking is also free in a safe and secure garage attached to the property. Only downside is no pool. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The front desk staff members were friendly, but NOT knowledgeable about food & beverage in the area. They sent us to a horrible, filthy pizza place down the street!! They also had no knowledge of the trolley schedule!! It goes by the front door! The room was comfortable and mostly clean...the mini fridge had not been cleaned after prior guests. The worst thing was an awful, sickly sweet perfume smell in all of the public areas...literally made us nauseous.

Property overall was decent. Nice location, staff was very nice and free parking. Beds were confortable as well with great pillows. The only bad thing was the bathroom and the cleaning. Upon arrival at 2am the glass shower doors had soap scum all over it and hair in the shower along with the trash can. I have never seen this at a hotel before and we travel a lot. Because of that I was totally grossed out. Called to the front desk the next morning and they sent someone up to clean the bathroom again. She still did not remove the soap scum. Because of this I would not stay at this hotel again. Hopefully they get better cleaning products and cleaning staff.

The rooms were very clean. The cleaning staff very accommodating and helpful. The hotel was very quiet which was nice for an extended stay. The hotel was a great place to stay for us while recovering from breast surgery. Hospital was close and food choices were good. Walmart delivery and Grub hub worked well for this location. My caretaker was able to work remotely the only issue was internet would seem to go down every 3-4pm and we would have to reboot.

The included parking is a big plus and the main reason we chose this property. Unfortunately our room wasn’t as clean as we would expect, found some hairs in the tub, and you could see dust over things in areas with little use. It also smelled a bit like old stuff / mold. The property is unassuming and the lobby area is small. The pictures make it look bigger than what it actually is. The lobby area is shared with an event venue seems like.

The property was so cute and unique. I love the decor, it was unlike any hotel I've ever stayed. The only thing I didn't like was there was a green neon hotel sign outside our window and the curtains did not stop the light from getting in at night.

I really enjoyed my stay. The bed, the room and everything were very comfortable my only disappointment is that my refrigerator went out and my TV could only get one channel. We drove and the parking was free that was an advantage.

Older building in a very nice area. Management did a top notch job of remodeling & updating the building: large comfortable rooms, cool & quiet…BUT, for a nice hotel at this price point, I was deeply disappointed that, during my 3 night stay, on two separate occasions I was forced to take tepid or lukewarm showers, and both times occurred when I really needed a HOT shower. Even the most basic hotel has hot showers on demand, and for such a nice hotel to fall down on this the most basic of amenities, is inexcusable.

The room itself is great - the property has evidently recently updated. It was clean and well kept. The beds were also very comfortable. The staff at check-in were efficient and friendly. Where I wish I saw a bit more feedback is that the area isn't the best area, at least I don't think a woman should walk around solo. My window was also...i'm not sure what it was, but it had white stuff on the outside, so it was blurry to see out, just didn't give me the best vibes because of that. Also, I was in a room that was close to the street, and the trolley can be quite loud and disturbing if you have trouble sleeping.

Everyone was so helpful, even if they had No Clue how to help. It did take 20 minutes and the help of other ppl staying there, to get checked in! and 4 times the first night my keys had to be rekeyed!

We asked for the sheets to changed in the morning since they smelled. It never happened. The next day we were asked if we still wanted them changed. Never happened our whole stay. We emptied our own trash daily since it never happened. We asked about more soap shampoo ect. Never filled. The room was nice. A microwave in the room for the price would have made sense. The location was great

Awful. I made a reservation at the hotel weeks in advance on a Monday for a relaxing stay without a special event. I got a text message the day before my stay saying a parade on St Charles Ave had been rescheduled during the evening I booked, and parking was no longer free and there would be an additional charge for parking. I have zero interest in large crowds, parades, congested traffic and parking problems. I should have been offered a refund, but I was not. I did not visit New Orleans or stay at the St Charles Coach House. Extremely poor customer service. I should receive a refund.

When I arrived, it was normal check in. I explained on my booking was wrong billing from Expedia. 3 times online chat to fix and unresolved. They book 1 extra night and I am trying get a refund . The staff didn’t help at all and kept saying that general manager to email Expedia to fix it. Then Expedia said they would need to call confirm. Both failed and wouldn’t help. Then dust all over my room. L was his name was rude as hell. It was obvious that East Asian hate was noticed from checkin staff. No hello and no suggestions at all. Rooms and safety wasn’t same as pic online. I would suggest finding a different place and service. Just racial attitude felt. They were super nice to the white couple when I was waiting- L was the name But good note was housekeepers were nice. So if you are Asians- not welcoming at all.

The staff are all very friendly and helpfull. The beds were clean and cofortable. The free parking is a big plus but on top of that its in there own covered parking garage which is nice and feels safer. They have free snacks at the checking area. Nice outdoor seating with bags set. The trolly system also stops right out front which is convenient and cheap. The only downfall is the area. There was a construction zone next to the hotel the had a high concentration of homeless people. We turned the corner and there was piles of human crap on the sidewalk. On many ocations everyday homeless people come onto the property the beg for money. Overall i would deffinently stay here again.

There's a street car stop directly in front of the hotel which was so convenient! The location is wonderful for those not wanting to stay near the french quarter. The garden district homes are walkable. The staff was very helpful for directions and recommendations. The rooms are a great size with fantastic lighting. For young children, there was a collection of holiday books in the lobby to read (staff said they change for each month/holiday).

This property was in the perfect location for seeing the Garden District, walking to Magazine Street, riding the streetcar, and going to the French Quarter. There is only one elevator, but we never had to wait long for it. The free parking was great. We were traveling with grandparents and young kids, and this hotel worked out well for us.

This is a good value, especially considering the free parking on site!! Great location along St Charles Street Car line. Property management was helpful. The gentleman there on weekdays is super helpful. I accidentally left my purse in the restroom and it was safely returned to the front desk and kept safely until I retrieved it. Downstairs bar is not currently in service. The only issue we had is that our room was not properly cleaned. When we got in, there were chips and candy on the floor that were not swept up, which just gives you the feeling the room was not truly cleaned. When I indicated this by filling out the feedback text request sent by property, the hotel called and offered us a room change- which I appreciated very much. I would stay here again and I think this hotel could be a 5/5 with some training.

Great property…comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Located by streetcars -- an easy 10-minute ride to downtown and other great neighborhoods. Several restaurants are within a 3-4 minute walk. Easy on-site parking is a big plus.

Perfect place to stay when in NOLA. You can catch the Trolley right out front and ride it straight to Bourbon St. the Hotel is very clean and nicely decorated. All the staff was amazing especially Ravon. She was a pleasure everyday of our stay. Many eateries within walking distance. Highly recommend

Amazing stay. Staff was friendly and courteous and made us feel very welcome. Hotel is located on the St Charles street car line with easy access to transportation. There is also a stop across the street for the hop on hop off city bus tour line. Ask Leonce at the front desk for place to go or eat he always has great suggestions.

This is a cute boutique hotel in excellent location! The plus is free parking and right across the street from the street car stop! If Canal and Burbon is your thing, then you can hop on the streetcar to go downtown! The front desk ladies were very nice and professional. There were no daily housekeeping, but towels and blankets were available on request. The hotel is only 3 floors and it was decorated cute and was very clean! It also smelled very fresh and welcoming! There were snacks and coffee in the lobby. There's a coffee shop across the side street as well as a Houston's Restaurant. Also at the end of the block there is Brother's Chicken! Its so good! The room was a nice size and the beds were comfortable! There's a fridge/freezer in the room. Mine got so cold it froze everything, but that was okay since we were traveling the next day after using it. I'm pretty sure the temperature could be adjusted if needed. There isn't a microwave in the room, but one is at the end of the hall along with the ice machine and water cooler. I just realized no rooms are on the 1st floor, only the 2nd & 3rd floors. This is my go to hotel whenever I visit the city!

This is a great find. In a good location away from all the hustle and bustle of the main tourist areas. It's around a 25min walk along nice streets to Bourbon St and the French Qtr and a 5-10min walk to admire all the beautiful mansions. There are lovely little coffee shops close by and plenty of food options too. Free parking is the absolute bonus. It saved us so much and is very secure. There was no breakfast served but coffee/water is available all day. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean with everything you need. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.
