Great vibe. Stylish, comfortable and very clean hotel in the perfect location right across from streetcar. We appreciated the very comfortable bed, quiet atmosphere and nice little details like water filling stations and complimentary snacks and sunscreen. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff was very responsive and helpful to our needs. The hotel itself was modern and updated. Our room had most everything we needed for a short stay. We would stay here again with the assumption that we couldn't find a more affordable option closer to French quarter. However, access to the St. Charles streetcar line was a huge plus. Our only concerns were with some lack of cleanliness within the room itself, such as toenail clippings or hairs and other random debris on our bedding that were not ours. Unrelated to the hotel itself, you should be aware before coming into New Orleans of the likelihood of encountering fleas as you transit the town. Across two separate days we experienced an accumulation of bite marks on our ankles and legs, consistent with flea bites. None of them ever seem to be from time we spent within the hotel itself but we do feel it's important for other guests to be aware if traveling throughout town. We were uninformed coming in. Otherwise we probably would have used bug spray containing Deet before venturing out.

Average stay. The staff is very friendly. The room was OK. The AC continuous fan button turns off automaticallyafter a certain amount of time which makes the room stuffy in the middle of the night. We did receive an email from the hotel, warning us that there was construction in the area in the event we wanted to find alternate accommodations. However, at that point, everything was sold out due to French Quarter fest. I did not expect the construction noise would start at 7 AM on a Saturday. Otherwise we weren’t in the room much so it didn’t affect our stay. The trolley car is close by, however, it was always full by the time it got to our stop. The hotel was mostly clean, but someone had spilled a beer on the carpet in the room next to us so the smell was still there for our whole stay. The disinfectant spray in the room hits you every time you walk in the door, but then you get used to it. I’d stay here again if I had to because it was good enough. However, I plan to try a different place next time I visit New Orleans
