It’s downtown so parking will always be high. 35 dollars per night to park in the lot. There is free and paid street parking around though. Nice hotel. I thought Holiday inns were ghetto. I was wrong. Breakfast was a nice option to have. The breakfast crew don’t play. They will wrap things up like it’s the end of their shift. They will clean your table while you are still eating at it. Hella rude but True story. Crazy parking. Rude ish breakfast staff. Clean establishment. Not too bad overall

In the middle of the city, the rooms are but tight but manageable. Limited space, they don't mention upon booking that it’s $34 a day to park please be weary of that upon booking.

Average hotel. Expensive for the quality, but it's New Orleans so it was the most affordable we could find. 30 minute walk to the French Quarter. Little details made it less enjoyable. Sheets were paper thin and rough. Hotel breakfast had limited healthy options. Coffee / Tea station inside room was not stocked, so only hot water. Parking was an additional $34 which seems insane since it is not a garage or covered or gated or anything. The parking garage around the corner was gated with security and was $25.

We enjoyed our short stay. We got there at 3 pm then got ready for the Andrea Bocelli at smoothie king Center that evening at 8 pm. They charge you $34 for parking at the hotel. You can go in and out as much as you want. We park at parking garage 2 next to Smooth King Center then after concert police women told us go out back way which save us a lot of time getting back to hotel. Thank you New Orleans police department.

Good location for conference, staff was helpful and friendly, breakfast was pretty good. One of the elevators was extra slow and noisy which was disconcerting. Otherwise totally adequate.

Unfortunately, our room was not cleaned properly. It needed to be vacuumed, wiped down, and sanitized. The room was stuffy and smelled damp. The layout of the room was odd and tight. The lighting was also not the best. I specifically asked for a clean room and did not receive one. The manager did not provide good customer service at all. Overall, I was glad to have a place to sleep, but I would not suggest the hotel to anyone.

The first room that my family and I was assigned to had dirty floors. It was like the housekeepers poured corn syrup and brake oil on the floors. My mother is 74 and almost slipped. Fortunately,the front desk assigned us to a different room. I recommend management to do a quality check of their rooms before they assign them to their guests. Might save them a lawsuit down the line.

The staff was welcoming upon arrival and the hotel was clean overall. The only problem was the room was extremely small and I don’t like how the sink is next to the bed. Also inside the room, the doors can use a touch up of paint and the room could’ve had a full body mirror

We stayed over Halloween weekend and were impressed. We didn't know what to expect from some of the reviews, but we were happy. The room was comfortable and clean. I liked the barn door idea, however, not very practical for privacy. All of the staff were kind and welcoming; breakfast was a pleasant surprise with plenty of options. We will be back.

Stayed in the standard king. This room is more like a 1 person room. The sink and mirror were outside of the bathroom, right next to the bed where the other person you’re traveling with May be sleeping. Barn door for bathroom and shower. I did not like this setup. Will not choose this hotel in the future. Place was a clean as expected. Average stay.

Really enjoyed this property because the staff we came into contact were exceptional people.....Even though it waa a little difficult checking in due to the system had an overall outage .....everyone still made us feel welcome. Checked-in with Rachelle, and Ayana. They're both very kind and knowledgeable about the area surrounding the Hotel .Chasity was pleasant .....along with Douglas assisting us with a slight issue with the sink. He arrived "speedy on the spot" and resolved the issue. We really appreciated that. Meeting Gloven was such a great experience because she has alot of information, and personality about the property and surrounding areas. She's such a sweet person. Being at this property made me feel like a "family member" other than guests. Even people checking in when we did ....were kind. What i experienced this property verses other bigger hotels .....feeling much more personable rather than just a number. Overall ....great visit. 😊

The initial hotel representative I encountered during my check-in was not helpful. However, ever other staff member I encountered was very nice. I even spoke with another front desk clerk later that evening and he was very nice, helpful, and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again. I was not fond of the interior barn doors for the restroom.

The hotel is in a great location and we felt safe while staying there. The hotel engineer, Calvin, went above and beyond on our first night there. When we checked in, the air conditioner in our room wasn’t blowing very hard and the air was not cold. He came to our room quickly, diagnose the problem, and switched out the air conditioner unit on the spot. The breakfast downstairs was excellent and all of the staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

I like this property is close proximity to Super Dome and Canal Street. .This hotel is walkable to several restaurants! I stayed on the 6th Floor for a few days. Shower can't beat and bed felt great. Peyton (front desk) was extremely helpful as I had many questions lol

Helpful staff, comfortable room, close to the French Quarter and streetcar and bus stops, including the airport bus. Poor breakfast: no fruit available on the first morning, sugary fruit juice that tasted like squash, no plant milk available and disposable plastic cutlery and crockery.

The stay worked great for my trip. Within walking distance of the attractions I was looking to see in New Orleans. The breakfast each morning was amazing! Room was clean. Bed and pillows were better than home. Only issue was the noise the city provides including trash pickup at 4 am. Would definitely stay there again!!!

This place was very close to canal street (10 minutes walk) but quiet enough at night (except for the weekend). Staff is very friendly and can accommodate requests. Cleaning is also very good. The breakfast has a nice variety of egg, yogurt, fruits, pancakes, sausages, etc. We really enjoyed our stay!
