Stayed 3 nights

From the lobby up to my room was clean, hallway was clean. Had a nice smell. In my room the sliding door to the bathroom was not a good thing, it kept coming of the track whenever we used it, the water was extremely slow in the sink, not enough light over the sink in the bathroom. Most importantly there were no carts in the lobby at 7a.m for us to use to bring our luggage down. Matter of fact I did not see any carts through out the whole weekend in the lobby. When I mentioned it to the service desk person the only response was I don't know maybe in someone room. I spoke with Demon the cashier in the breakfast area and he told me that people take them to their room and keep them there because they have a lot luggage. That is so unfair to other guest that's paying their money. At this point I will not reserve for your hotel again. I am very unhappy. Lastly the coffee maker in our room was NASTY filthy when I poured water over in it, particals started to float around in the water. That was so unexceptable, water was on the floor in my room from the refrigerator when we first arrived had to call from desk. I was not pleased with these things. Thanks.
