While I have used Hilton Hotels quite consistently especially in big cities and have had good experiences overall, I was very disappointed with our experience at this location. I spent 2 days asking for refills of the toiletries that did not come until the 3rd time I asked. Upon check in the staff have always reviewed all of the amenities available. This staff did not.

The location of this hotel is perfect. So many restaurants and things to do around the corner and the red line train is right outside. The room itself it’s fine but the beds are not comfortable at all. I’ve had horrible back pain my whole trip. Also, yes it’s the city so it’s noisy outside, but that’s not what kept me awake. It’s the pipes and lack of insulation. If one of the nearby rooms runs water or flushes a toilet, it’s so incredibly loud. At one point I thought my bathroom was flooding from the sound of moving water. I haven’t been able to hear other people talking from other rooms much, but if they are retrieving clothes from their closet or at the coffee station or anything near the walls- it sounds like they are in your room. I am here for an event in town, so I payed an absurd amount for the room, but on a normal day I wouldn’t pay more than $150 a night for this room at best.
