Excellent location! This time has two rooms, and staff was excellent in making arrangements to have the rooms close by. My number one place to stay when visiting Chicago

The Valet was very helpful, but the check-in clerk not as helpful. Although the checkout clerk was very polite. The room was in need of repairs or upgrades, eg. Towel hook not secured, wallpaper peeling, wall mirror deterioration along the bottom, and the Makeup mirror was unusable it was very dim, even at full strength.
