Stay was great. The only complaint is you here ambulance and firefighter sirens all day it feels like. The hotel is by a hospital. Sleeping wise wasn't that great.

The staff are warm and welcoming. Hotel has a great vibe. Breakfasts are a must for anyone staying at the hotel. Lox on Sourdough was my favorite. Nancy was absolutely wonderful. The doormen are fantastically helpful and friendly too. Special mention goes out to Ham. He is awesome. We had a corner suite on the 18th floor. Spectacular views.

The staff is amazing and quick to respond to any requests. The rooms are a little outdated, which was surprising considering the high rating. The shower filled up with water and the curtain was old and smelly.
