Very convenient if you want to be next to airport and walk to your hotel. The rooms are just ok. They are clean but old and need remodeling. Forget to park You car! Only valet and it’s 77$ per day. Everything else is too expensive there. Stay there if you have too if not look elsewhere

second stay in 12 days . first time wifi was free and this time i was informed by front desk that is is chargeable. And i checked the website: it is 14.95 a day. Irritating considering the day rate is 250. Talk about being cheap. anyway the lady reluctantly discovered I was a hilton member and gave me a promotional coupon. But no more hilton stays for me

Great property literally in the middle of the airport. I was expecting some noise from the air traffic, but they must have invested heavily in soundproofing the rooms. My one complaint - paid $300 for one night and had to pay EXTRA for wiFi in the room! Are you kidding me?

Honestly, I could not get over how dirty the room was…it was utterly filthy. There was a thick layer of dust on the mouldings, tv, lamps, curtains. There were stains on the desk and surfaces that confirmed they had not been wiped down since the last guest. The shower curtain was disgusting and the shower and sink area were dirty as well. For over $275 a night, it was shocking. The sheets were pretty worn and the pillows were stained. Would never stay here again due to these factors.

We stayed at the Hilton O'Hare when our flight was cancelled. For $350, we expected a nice hotel, but we were disappointed. The place is run-down and in desperate need of renovation, especially the ancient bathrooms. The mattress was lumpy and the carpet worn out. What's more, we didn't have a lot of confidence in the cleanliness when we discovered a discarded pair of men's underwear in the closet. Not in the back of the closet, either, but right on the floor in front of us.

Our room smelled like urine and the bathroom wasn’t very clean-hair on the floor and walls. The hotel is very dated and not well maintained. The carpet in the hallway was so loose it was hard to roll our luggage on.

Very poor front desk support late at night except for air crews. Many flights were delayed the night I arrived in Chicago at 3am, and guests were lined up four deep to check-in. While there was a person at the front desk handling check-in for air crews, the one person who was apparently available to check in ordinary guests disappeared for twenty minutes before irate customers asked a security guard to track her down. There could have been a number a factors, but understaff ING seemed like the most likely cause.

Well located in the Chicago O’Hare airport. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. We drug our luggage over to the property after a delayed flight. The bell staff were talking and on their personal cell phones and did not offer to assist us with bags. Had to ask for water. No snacks offered. Amenities are limited. Shampoo, shower gel and lotion on the wall. Coffee maker in room. No robes nor slippers. Towels were good. No executive lounge. When I checked out. The clerk ripped up my receipt and said ‘you can get the receipt from Expedia’. I book all the time thru Expedia and have never encountered this rudeness. Customer service definitely lacking at this Hilton

Checking in was a problem, because there was no obvious way to park our car for checking in and taking our luggage to the room. We first got a room next to the elevator, which was terribly noisy. When we asked to be moved, we were insulted by the reception staff because we had waited too long to complain. We then got moved to another room, but had to pay for an upgrade. The entire property makes a dated impression. The restaurant is very basic and noisy. We wont stay here again, The place does not live up to what I expect from a Hilton.

Front desk staff, bell staff excellent. Both restaurants had horrible staff. Surly along with mediocre food and absurd wait times. This hotel is showing its age. A 1987 time capsule. The only redeeming quality is that it is interconnected to all of OHare's terminals. However...a case can be made that a hotel shuttle or uber is better than the hike from terminal to the Hilton. Great for planespotting though.

We always stay here before we travel. This time we took advantage of the main restaurant and it was very delightful. The food was fantastic! The best steak and calamari. The atmosphere was a little unexpected especially for our son. Our room was cool and clean and the beds as usual are very comfortable.

This Hilton actually has a proper restaurant. Fantastic. The staff at the main restaurant was incredibly friendly and warm. They apologized for a large table making lots of noise. Something they can’t really change. They waiter - Tariq - was VERY friendly and made dinner much more pleasant.

I love digital key feature of Hilton App. When my flight was delayed to midnight around 1AM, I could still check in remotely and got in my room without any issue. The only thing I don’t like is it is really hard to find food at night in this hotel.

It’s attached to the airport, which is the only really good thing about it. The breakfast buffet was limited and felt dingy. The rooms were comfortable, but felt very dated. It works, however, and if you need a place that is actually in the airport it’s there.

The hotel still has the best location of any hotel at O’Hare. If you have to overnight before or after your flights. But it is in definite need of an upgrade and freshening. We found the staff to be amazing. I entered my knee while traveling in Europe, so we decided to overnight at the hotel upon arrival in the USA on our return and take a morning flight out the next day. I switched my reservation from a near airport hotel to the Hilton because of the proximity. The shuttle drivers, the bellmen in the front desk staff were all very helpful.

Mattress in room was absolutely terrible. Had sunk in spots from over use, overall terrible sleep. Elevator was partially functioning. Was stuck on the elevator until maintenance came and became award that keypad on right only had certain floor numbers that were operating properly (left keypad worked properly)
