Spacious and well furnished room. No elevator for upper floors. Hotel spread thru 3 buildings with somewhat limited parking. Helpful and efficient staff. Breakfast was prepackaged items but included fruit, yogurt, juices, pastries. Good value in good location.

The hotel is spread put in 3 different buildings. One building had the pool and another had the hot tub. The hot tub was out of our way and when we used it, it had so much chlorine it burned our eyes just sitting in it. The building we stayed at had a karaoke bar right next door, people we outside smoking cigarettes and pot so we couldn't stand being outside by the pool. The front staff didn't communicate to me anything aboit the property because she was on the phone.

Pool was located at building 2 - the outdoor pool area was clean and beautifully set up and key card required. We had dinner by the pool 1 night. My kids enjoyed it very much.

Hotel was nice. Breakfast was good. Our only concern was that we picked this hotel because it had a hot tub. But, the hot tub was located in a building that was located on a different block than our unit. To get to the hot tub, we would've had to walk down the street in our swimsuits, which is awkward.

The first room the slider would not lock the 2nd had someones hair in the bath tub and the bath tub would fill with water when you showered.

The room was just okay, but not as clean as what I am used to. The hallway carpet was dirty and the walls needed painting. The TV didn't work. The pool was next to a tavern where the cigarette smoke drifted to the pool area. There was debris floating in the pool. The staff was friendly and helpful, but I wouldn't stay there again.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The hotel is within walking distance of downtown and all of those dining and shopping options. Our favorite part was how friendly and helpful staff were! The hotel and room were very clean and well maintained.

Location is great for strolling downtown. The layout is odd, hotel is separated into 3 buildings spread out over the entire block. Breakfast offered is very limited. Rooms could be dusted more. Weird smell to room. Needs new coat of paint. A clicking noise could be heard the entire time while in the bed.

This is the cleanest hotel I’ve been in. Seems since Covid that housekeepers have slacked off but not at this place!! Immaculate!! Great staff, and very generous with breakfast and coffee and water bottles to go options. Huge rooms and had a nice newer feel to it.

Well we were quite unsatisfied with the hair we found under the bed spread. We found 5 long hairs and 3 short hairs, the lampstand was dusty and my wife being a housekeeper for 15 years always checks for these things. I spoke with guest services about these issues and told me the issues would be resloved . We ended up leaving a day early because of these issues. We will be giving them another chance in the future. Other than these issues it was a very nice stay for my wife's birthday.

A comfortable and clean room. The a/c was already on which was nice since it was a very warm day. Enjoyed the breakfast offerings, and the view from the room was good. The patio door handle was broken, so it was difficult to step out on the balcony. That is the only negative of my room. Very satisfactory!

We loved the convenience of been right downtown… close to everything. We rented a suite because we came with our family and wanted to make ours the main place for making meals… turns out there’s no table and only one chair. Also not sure if they had enough stuff for cleaning, but they never came to our room and we were there five days …we had to ask for more towels and garbage bags.. the Jacuzzi with a hit with our family lastly if you’re on the second floor, you will hear every steps above and conversation

The room I stayed in was the loft suite. The jetted tub was great and the bed was fine, but the setup with the shower and tub downstairs and the bed upstairs with only a half bath was a little inconvenient. Also the AC struggled to keep the place cool on even mildly warm days, and not all of the curtains on the very large window were openable due to not being reachable.

Our suite was on the 3d floor facing a very busy intersection, traffic noise, crossing beeps all night long! Also, we were above a dive bar with loud music & drunks yelling until 2am each night.

Excellent value for money. We just stayed there for one night - clean room, comfortable beds and excellent pillows (that’s important). I have a bad back and need heat treatment (hot tub and likes) and though we checked in at 10:30 PM and their hot tub closes at 10, the staff was nice enough to let me use it. Breakfast was free and nothing special but adequate with hot breakfast sandwiches and few other choices. Generally helpful and polite staff.

NEVER FIXED THE PROBLEMS WITH THE ROOM. When we checked we asked to adjust reservation to check out after 2 nights. All we got was excuses why they couldn't. The room was left with the heat on full and blinds open (it was sunny and 85) outside. It took overnight to cool down. We found the desk chair broken and the sink stopped up. We reported it immediately. It took a day and a half to get another chair and they never fixed the sink. We left a day early and just ate the last night's cost. Great location but would never stay here again.

It's okay. Clean and etc Great restaurants near by Our concern was that we call front deck and no one answered, just a voice mail. The people above us were stomping most of night. We never heard back from front deck, when I asked them in the morning they said I should have call again! Really?

At check in, front desk swiped my card twice and we ended up being double charged. She did not know how to fix it and referred us to management. She did apologize but did not know how to resolve the situation. The next evening Management stated that the other charge would fall off and not to worry we would be refunded. That after checking out only one charge would be actually “authorized”. Management apologized for the double billing. Management did take ownership for their staff double charging our debit card. Both charges were pending with my bank and changed to approved. Hotel refuses to refund us the double billing charge. We paid $633.17 two times and they refuse to refund us. Now management is saying it’s a banking problem not theirs. $1266.34 we were charged instead of $633.17. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Now I have to fight an extra $633.17 charge to my bank account. This is an absolute nightmare.

The cedar street hotel did the trick! Located in the heart of downtown Sandpoint, it had a comfortable place to lay our heads, easy accessible parking, plenty of dining and shopping options within less than a block, across the street from the Farmers market. It was clean, comfortable and convenient!

Location was excellent. Very walkable anywhere we wanted to do in downtown Sandpoint. If you are in Building 1 facing the busy street traffic noise can be a bit loud at times but nothing that kept us awake. Front desk staff were very friendly and quick to suggest things to do. Will stay again when in the area.

Very clean. Great location but noisy because of it. We didn’t get housekeeping service and nobody told us this wouldn’t happen. We had to call for towels at 9pm upon our return to the room. The breakfast consists of packaged items and wasn’t suitable to us or what we expected.
