We had a suite that had a good-sized fridge, 2-burner stove, and MW, which would have been a plus had we stayed there more than one night. The bed was comfortable, but the shower was the pits. The grab and go breakfast was a joke. Very little info given at check-in such as Wi-Fi etc.

We hacked in after a very long day of driving was given room key and paid $50 extra dollars for our 2 small dogs. There was absolutely nothing in the kitchen. We don’t realize until we were leaving that you had to order dishes etc from the front desk. Of course we dropped our bags on the note that said that. Would have been nice to be given info at check in.

I booked this reservation based on the online pictures and descriptions. Extremely misleading. The place was a dive. From the entrance to the room, the hotel was filthy. We immediately left and checked into another hotel. Not refundable since it was booked through hotels.com. Will never use again.

Property, especially the room did not look or feel clean. Floors were linoleum and sticky. No shampoo conditioner, bed sheets didn’t look clean. To top off the stay Someone stole my wheel caps off my truck and the hotel staff couldn’t be bothered to look at security tapes.

Very dirty and needs major attention. The floors were gross, cobwebs all over and ants. The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain and brought hair up when I used it. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else.

You get what you pay for. My room was clean but smelt dirty and like somebody had smoked in it. The hall way all smelt dirty. Staff upfront just on their phone the whole time. I was told when I called there was breakfast. When I went down, there were 3 options. Muffin and some granola bars. I asked about the breakfast the lady said no, they would never say that’s it’s grab and go. She wasn’t the happiest person. Floor was sticky. I didn’t want to take off my shoes. Next time I will go to another hotel. There are plenty in the area to choose from.

We check in and went to our room. Once we got to the room the floor was dirty and then we found dirty underwear in the bathroom. Also the walls are thin and could hear people talking.

Not very clean. Spill stain on the kitchen floor. Toilet did not look clean. No coffee maker in room but there was a notice stating to call the front desk and one would be delivered. I called the front desk and was told I’d have to come get it myself. Was labeled as a non smoking room but a definite smell of previous smoking was obvious.

The proximity to the airport and downtown is perfect, $10 Lyft to 8th and Main for a Friday night on the town. The hotel was interesting, not many places where you can get a contact high just by walking to your room, and we had quite the entertainment for about an hour listening to couple have the most epic domestic argument! Oh, and you can’t forget the dog that wouldn’t stop barking down the hall. Good thing we had plenty of drinks by the time we got back from downtown and slept through most of it. The bed was comfy though, and there were plenty of clean towels.

The mattress in our room sloped toward the edge. almost had to use climber's ropes to keep from falling on the floor. Also, there is a lack of plug ins available in the room. Hard to plug in a CPAP machine, and to charge a cell phone.

The staff is always friendly and willing to help with anything you might need during your stay. It’s a great value compared to other hotels in this area of Boise, and I love the convenience of having a kitchenette to use and make your own food and just feel a little more like being at home ♥️

The guy working night check in was wonderful and super helpful. However, whoever was working the morning shift kept calling us (3 times) after 10am to make sure we knew checkout was 11. She also came to our door and knocked to tell us! We had a newborn sleeping and wanted to wait until exactly 11am to leave so we didn’t have to wake her up, but having someone calling the room phone and knocking loudly every 15 mins woke her up anyway. Not sure why they want to pressure you to leave when you paid for a room until 11am. I understand calling and bothering people after it’s passed checkout but not before. Ridiculous. We won’t stay again. Families beware!

Checked in late around 12am-ish and the front desk girl was very nice. However I was incessantly awoken by housekeeping in the morning who disturbed me on three separate occasions after I had responded “no thank you” to them. The house keepers (two of them, a man and a woman, were also bickering and cursing at each other loudly outside of my door. After the three attempts of housekeeping to get us out, the freakin’ front desk called us reminding us of our check out time at 11am. At this point they had been bothering us since 9am! We have been roadtripping across the country and have stayed in countless hotels and motels. None other than this one have been so rude! Not to mention we were exhausted after driving all day and trying to catch an extra hour of sleep…. I’ll never stay with this hotel again! No reason to bother us so many times, we were out on time just like we have been with every other hotel we’ve stayed at. The only difference is I left tired and p*ssed off!

I just arrived at the airport and went to the hotel to check in. They were doing a night audit and we couldn't check in.... was told it would take 20-30 minutes but after 40 minutes we had enough and we got a refund and left. Will NEVER stay at Extended Stay America suites ANYWHERE. We were exhausted and just wanted to rest but after this we were so mad we just drove home 2.5hours and got home at 4:30am. Terrible!

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The rooms were clean and pretty spacious for a one-bedroom king room. Will definitely be coming back for my next trip. It is a very convenient location for ubering around.

Breakfast was non-existent. Arrived 23 mins after breakfast opened and only found coffee n oatmeal packet. Apparently, there were granola bars n muffins at 0600 but they were hoarded by refugees staying at the hotel. Don’t expect a breakfast at this hotel

Honestly the hotel was very bad especially considering the price i payed. It was dirty, small, and messy. I asked for a coffee machine and cutlery and they gave me a box and a bag with the stuff. It was gross and embarrassing. Their fancy breakfast that i payed extra for was oatmeal bags and a cheap small, probably expired, muffin. It was honestly awful. 2/5 for convenience of sleeping
