Hilton Garden Inn Boise Spectrum

We had issues with the thermostat. The 24hr pool was amazing!!!

Hotel charges $7 to park. Website shows they have free parking. Staff was considerate but just blamed owners policy and they were working to fix the website. Note, this is not about the money, its about the principle. Also know the property's lot was only half full and directly across the street was a mall with tons of free parking.

Will never stay here again. We visit Boise frequently but the idea they are charging $7 a day for parking is outrageous and robbery.

Hotel is great, second time we have stayed there. The hotel is clean. The staff is great. We used the pool and spa, it was nice. Has shopping dinning and entertainment close. Goodwood restaurant is great place and about 2 minute walk very nice. We would stay there again.

Bar/lounge was extremely limited in selections and prices were outrageous.

All but one wash machine which broke My bathroom sink was always plugged up. Could not control the the heater. The ice machine 2 doors down from me was very loud. This will be the last time I stay at this motel

We absolutely love the staff. This is our go to night before we fly hotel. A little disappointed no one alerted us to the lobby and covered reception being closed due to construction.

Great place, clean rooms, nice pool area, etc. As others have said, no free breakfast. There is a restaurant on site. My only other disappointment was a warm, not hot, hot tub.

Great hotel in a great location. Close to restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and freeway. Nice and quiet, well maintained grounds. Excellent customer service and a delicious breakfast in the restaurant. Only downfall was the shower gel and shampoo were empty and there was a dirty stain on the bathroom floor that I cleaned. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable! I will be staying at this hotel again. Customer service was great! Very friendly and accommodating staff!

Over the past three months, while helping address some urgent family matters, I’ve stayed at many Hilton properties—including multiple Embassy Suites, Hampton Inns, and Hilton Garden Inns—totaling over 60 nights. I’ve also been a loyal Hilton guest for more than 20 years, frequently staying at locations across the country for business travel. From the moment I checked into this hotel, it was clear this property was a cut above the rest. Even something as simple as being warmly greeted and acknowledged as a Hilton Honors member—something none of the other recent properties had done—stood out immediately. After just one night, I was already impressed. The professionalism of the staff, the attention to detail, the cleanliness, the room layout—everything exceeded expectations. Even my family noticed how clean and well-maintained the hallways and common areas were as we walked to our room. As our stay continued, my positive impression only deepened. There is something exceptional about this hotel that truly sets it apart—it should serve as a model for other Hilton locations. Even when a minor housekeeping issue arose, the staff and management addressed it immediately and sincerely. Management not only resolved the issue quickly but also took the time to personally apologize—something that never happened at other hotels, even when much more serious problems occurred. Highly recommended. This property has truly redefined what I expect from a Hilton stay.

We selected this property for an overnight stay-cation to go to the imax theater across the street. Got a Jr King room and loved the seating area. Bathroom shower was great and I liked the shelf to dry off feet or to use for shaving legs! Also they have a convenient nightlight in the bathroom. Pillows were too soft for my preference and bed slightly firmer than what we're used to but overall this was a wonderful stay.

Access to dining and freeway was good. Did not appreciate that the windows were covered for building painting. There were 3 other rooms that were covered. These rooms should have been taken off the market

This property is in pristine condition. Loved the walkability of the area. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The downside was the super hard bed, and my neighbor turned his tv on super loud at 4am.

The air conditioning in our room didn’t work and it was 75 degree for two days and nights. We were outside in the heat all day long both days and we died. It was broken and the hotel didn’t have any one on staff that could fix it. So they handed us a fan. Awful.

Our stay was great. The room and hotel facilities were clean and updated. The staff was very friendly. My only complaint is that the beds here are very hard.

It was a clean wonderful hotel. The front desk was extremely helpful!!

The room and hotel grounds were very nice, as I would expect from a Hilton stay. Unfortunately our experience was tainted by the service we received at the breakfast cafe the morning we were leaving. It actually wasn’t service at all- we had to remind our “server” numerous times about basic things for which she did not take initiative. Aside from this, I would recommend this hotel to others.

DO NOT MAKE A RESERVATION HERE. I made a reservation through Expedia and then called this hotel to confirm. I was told the hotel was overbooked and she had been about to call me to tell me. I booked and paid for another Boise hotel. This hotel then told Expedia I was a no show and refused to refund my money. It makes absolutely no sense I would voluntarily pay for 2 rooms in Boise the same night at different hotels.

We enjoyed our stay here. Excellent staff! Very friendly and willing to do everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you!

Great dining recommendation at Good Wood BBQ restaurant, within easy walking distance. This Hilton does not have a license to serve hard liquor. Easy commute from hotel to airport.

Always clean, friendly, easy to access. Only complaint I have is they try to charge for a breakfast that is offered by all surrounding hotels for free. Other than that, always happy to stay here, have many times before and will continue to do so.

Overall a pleasant stay. I was here for a conference that was at the same hotel. A bit older, but clean. I usually don’t complain about hotel stays but I learned something the hard way at this hotel…. They offer a “buffet” breakfast, but it isn’t. You still have to order what you want from the “buffet” and then your “buffet” breakfast is made to order. The make-your-own-toast and pour your own juice stations were the only buffet-ish things about this breakfast. I went to the “buffet” breakfast and after 25 minutes I had to leave to go to the conference, with nothing to eat but the $10 toast that I made. Beware the buffet if you are on a timeline!

Love that there are restaurants all around it, didn’t love that you had a buffet style breakfast and had to wait to be served. With only on server we waited an hour for breakfast on a busy day.

Good hotel but for the price of the room they should offer complimentary breakfasts!

This has always been our go to airport hotel. There are many perks. However, recent changes have been made, like no around the clock coffee, that make it less desirable when flight times are super early or really late.
