The room had a huge jacuzzi tub 2 people fit in it with room to spare. Also it had an electric fireplace. Hot tub was out of order..which was a bummer. But the pool stayed open midnight.

Convenient to airport. If you need a shuttle just be sure to schedule 48 hours in advance. Lady at desk was pleasant and helpful. Does cost to leave your vehicle in their parking lot and does cost to take the shuttle as well. Beds were comfy. I would stay again.

Did not get room i payed for and pool was no heater ice cold and hot tub was broke down and that was our soul reason for the stay and our door would not lock and you could see in on the side of the door threshold was broken the heater in room on high heat was blowing cold air and the lady at front desk name amy was very telling me they advertised rooms on Expedia and and have told them what they have and Expedias rooms they show are nothing like the rooms at American inn and suits by Wyndham in Cedar Rapids iowa south the place and experience was horrible

Checked in after 7P on Sunday night. The lobby was vacant but a loud movie was playing behind the desk and the staff was in the office behind the desk. Stood for several minutes then called out to get someone's attention. Finally turned down the video and came to the desk. Three tries to connect to wi-fi, then it was super slow. The spa/hot tub was closed. The room was spacious and clean, but the bed was incredibly uncomfortable - so very hard it was impossible to find a good position and definitely not we've come to expect from this chain. When we checked out this morning at a few minutes before 7, the desk was vacant again. We didn't bother to wait, just dropped keys and left. Probably won't chose this location in the future.

My only complaint is that if you need a shuttle from the airport you have to let them know 24-48 hours ahead of time. I had to take a cab for $25.

Parking was safe & lot was well lit. 1st room we had a leaky toilet, crums under bed that were noticeable & phone didn't work, but they moved us immediately. Staff was very nice. Hot breakfast which was a bit different each morning.

This hotel is a great choice if you have an early morning flight. My room was very comfortable, clean, and quiet--the soundproofing is outstanding. The staff were very helpful in arranging a shuttle ride for me the next morning at 5:00 am. I will definitely stay here again.

I needed a room near the airport for an early morning flight and chose this hotel. It was quiet and I had a good night’s sleep. The only thing that was an issue was that the mini fridge was a little loud, making almost a whistling sound, so I just unplugged it. I would stay here again if I had an early morning flight.

The first check in person (Amy) was not friendly or welcoming. We arrived 25 early after a 4 hour drive, and she acted like we were way too early to check in and since we were booked through Hotels.com, we were not allowed to even pay extra to check in early. Mind you, they had a sign at the front desk saying they only charge for early check in is you're before 2 pm. We were there about 230. Check in was at 3. We travel all the time and have never encountered this situation before. Most hotels are absolutely happy to check us in 20-30 min early. So we had to go out to our car and wait about 20 min. The rest of the staff was friendly although at that point, the first impression already left a bad taste. If we come back to this area, we will avoid this hotel. I'm not sure how many people in 2023 do not use hotels.com or other booking apps, but if you do, don't stay here. You will be treated and talked to as "3rd party" garbage.

Someone rang our room phone at midnight, not a big deal figured it was another guest hitting wrong number but then the front desk woke us up again at 5am asking if we asked for a wake up call which we did not, Beds were not very comfortable.

The hotel was nicely decorated. However that was about it. Our room and also the rooms of others traveling in our group smelled really bad. A funky dirty/stale smoke smell. The bathroom was dirty with mold/mildew the floors. One couple in our group had a stranger walk in their room while they were getting ready for bed. The front desk had given someone a key to their room when it was already booked! That does not make us feel very safe!! The price that we paid to stay there was absolutely ridiculous and the hotel is not worth $180 a night!

From checking in to checkout everything was done timely and professionally. The room was clean, quiet and everything worked well. Property was easily accessible even with all the surrounding construction. Staff professional and efficient. Property was well maintained with nice parking that was adequately lighted.

This seems to be a v new hotel which is nice. Despite other reviews I read, my room did have both a small microwave & a refrigerator (no freezer). The location is right off I-380 but is v quiet; however, close food options are limited. Accessing the hotel is confusing as you have to go past the hotel to a roundabout then drive back to the entrance. The room doors are heavy which helps make the room quieter & they are dampened also which cuts down on the horrid slamming door noise most hotels have, a pet peeve of mine so I was happy to find this feature. My bathroom exhaust fan wasn't working & the toilet didn't flush well but o/w, it was a nice room. A snowstorm hit overnight & which prob delayed the arrival of the regular morning desk clerk who was rushing in as I left. In any case, I have yet to receive the promised email of my receipt so I'll have to chase that down. I would stay there again.

I arrived late and wanted to grab food before checking in. The only things open were across the street but there's a ridiculous barricade in the middle preventing road access from the hotel. It was too dark to see where to access it. Also, the clerk first assigned me (female traveling alone) a first floor room with a window right up to the parking lot. I had to request a safer location on an upper level. Forst level is typically families with kids or contractors. As for breakfast, it was decent, but i just wish they offered bacon or potatoes instead of sausage. Overall though, it was newly updated, clean, and comfortable.

This was a month ago. I forgot to send the review. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good and hot. Well supplied. The indoor pool and hot tub were the biggest we have ever seen at a hotel. The only negative item was the amount of clorine in the pool. Or lack of ventilation. You couldn't stay in the area for very long.

Everything was really great until we went down for the breakfast. There was a decent assortment of items but never saw anyone cleaning the tables or making sure that items didn’t need filling. All of the three large coffee pots were empty when we want a cup for the road when we were leaving. The woman who checked us in was very pleasant and informative. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Breakfast was horrible the pancakes were burning in there pancake maker like black hard pancakes and the two bananas look like two weeks old. There was a few cereals and what liked like eggs. I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast

Don’t pick this hotel just for the “free breakfast”. The rooms are clean and everything was comfortable, but the rooms are small with very few amenities, and are definitely NOT soundproof (we heard work crews coming in every night at 3:00am, talking very loudly.) We had occasion to stay here as part of a family reunion recently, and the family member organizer chose this because of the “free breakfast.” The breakfast is edible, but not great. The pancake machine wasn’t working, but instead of having it repaired or replaced, the non-functional unit was left in place, and there was no other alternative selection provided or offered. Very meager and limited selection & amounts. If you want a real breakfast you’d be better off going to Speedees gas station.
