The Hotel had a horrible odor(pot) in the hallways, and they didn't open the pool unless a guest asked them to because oft the other two properties beside it didn't have one. I asked waited over 30 mins and no one ever came.

I personally was not a fan but it did suffice my needs for the kiddos. I was able to get breakfast for them as well as in and out. Unfortunately, the keys I had couldn't sniff my cell phone (apparently) and it got decoded a few times. Ms Suzette and her staff were amazing. Me and sons and plus one our dog "Dutch" stayed for a few weeks while awaiting our move in date for our new home. Their caring and professional service helped to make an stressful situation much less stressful. This property is the best pet friendly location I have ever visited before. Each day housekeeping check to address all our needs. I would definitely stay again.

This was not a good location. The first one I was given, had a leak in the air-conditioning and the carpet was soaking wet. The room had a dank, musty smell, and the second room I was given, the bed sheets were stained. When I walked in the first thing I noticed was big plastic bins underneath a pretty big leak in the ceiling in the lobby area. The front desk person was friendly enough. She was quick to accommodate me when the first room didn’t work out. But, when I went back downstairs to tell her about the dirty linen in my second room, and that I had changed my mind about staying and that I wanted a refund she was definitely not as friendly.

The young lady that checked us in was amazing, even went to check on our dog when we went to dinner. Lobby was clean. Booked 3 rooms and all of them smelled moldy and horrible. Glass doors in shower hadnt been cleaned and covered in soap scum. Beds are very soft and dipped in the middle. Carpet was tore at edges, felt dirty and still had cracker crumbs from previous guest.

The property was very dirty and smelled of mildew and weed. When we arrived we were giving two dirty rooms before they found a clean one for us. The smoke detector was falling out of the ceiling, the electrical outlet in the bathroom didn't work and all bedding and towels had yellow stains on them. We left our reservation early because of how dirty this hotel was. Only reason i gave it a two was because the staff was friendly.

The property itself is nice, it’s the customer service that is horrible. There was a billing issue that could have been corrected with just a phone call, but no one at the property, when contacted, was willing to correct the situation, even when a representative from the parent company, Choice Hotels, called them to correct the problem. The issue has still not been resolved. Customer Service is everything to me and they failed miserably.

The front desk staff was great! Including the breakfast staff…. The rooms was not as nice as shown on the web…. The tub looked and was dirty bc it had a lot of black stains…. The toilet wasn’t stable, bc EVERYTIME you sit down to use it, it leans and comes forward….. They also didn’t have any complementary shampoos, lotions, soaps…. It wasn’t a bad location as it was close to the main shopping strip….
