Clean rooms friendly staff

The room was not clean at all the bed had stains all over it and the carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in months.i would never stay here again and the staff seemed to not care that our room was like this.

Wonderful experience, everything was clean, nice area

The front desk lady named Aileen was unpleasant and discourteous and inhospitable. She refused to assist my request and was unapologetic. She had an unprofessional bad attitude. I’m a frequent guest.

The room was clean upon my arrival, no one came to empty my trash or restock my bathroom. I requested a second floor room while making my reservation and was given a third floor even . I have a disability and had to climb three flights of stairs because the elevator went out of service. The continental breakfast was limited
