Convenient location for shopping and eating. Parking was a hit or miss since their parking lot was under construction and their secure parking garage filled up fast. Rooms were nice, comfortable, and had everything I needed. I would stay at this hotel again.

There was construction right outside the front of the hotel which was quite the eyesore. The night desk staff were socializing and when we called down to clarify the roll away bed/linens for fold out confusion no one ever showed up even though they said they were headed up. Luckily, I found linens in the closet. There's only one small garbage can in the room and none in the bathroom. The fridge never got very cold at all. The toilet ran constantly and I was up and down wiggling the handle all night. The couch that house the pull out bed for my kids was stained and had burn holes in the cushion. The zippers on the cushions were also busted. There were a few spots in the carpets that were worn bare or ripped away. There were mystery dried droplets of something grey/brown on the bathroom floor. The road noise was absolutely OBNOXIOUS! It is near a busy thoroughfare but Friday and Saturday night I think there were drag races happening most of the night. The lobby smells of pool chemicals. The bed was very comfy and had plenty of pillows. There were blackout curtains which I appreciated as the kids wake as soon as the sun shines in. The breakfast was full of options. The parking felt safe and secure but the cost felt extreme.

The location is the heart of the city and connected to the Highways for easy access. Very expensive eatery around, not a simple McDonalds or Taco Bell etc within the area. The parking is safe and secure under, but $30 a night is theft and sickening. I would stay again and recommend for the Location.

Great stay 29 bucks a night for parking is wild. Garage next door 15 a night. Free 30 minute come and go.

Staff are very nice and accommodating, the rooms need updating , there are no USB ports in the entire room. The cost of parking( in the parking deck below the hotel) is uncalled for at $30 dollars a night. Overall our experience is good.

Everyone we encountered was super friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast was nice. The only negative was that the indoor “heated” pool was too cold to get in in March.

The beds were not comfortable, breakfast was so gross we ordered out, and the final part to my low stars is the old and dingy pool while we were using it there was a light fixture in the pool that fell out of the wall and was dangling by wires in the water. Completely unsafe. The overall hotel rooms are old and carpet is typical old mushed down hotel carpet but that could have been fine if it wasn’t for the beds, breakfast, and pool.

It was a nice hotel with great staff. My only complaint is that the pool was very cold.

Staff was great, hotel needs some TLC. Exercise room was not good, pool was not good. Rooms were just OK.

Bed had bad urine stain with terrible odor. Makes me question the throughness of the cleaning stair. Hotel is very busy in which it is wearing out. Doesn’t feel all that nice. Staff was great

The property had soiled furniture in the lobby area. The carpets were filthy. My bedroom had furniture that was dated extremely worn. The sofa in the bedroom was so soiled. I wouldn’t even sit on it. The carpet in the bedroom was nasty. The place has not been updated in years. The TV was a very small 20 inch TV on a very small bureau I was so disappointed in Marriott

My rating is so low because of the room. When we walked into the room there was an overpowering musty smell. The queen size lay out couch had stains, gum stuck to the mattress, and just overall filthy. I called the front desk immediately and was told there were no additional acclamations they could give us. I had disinfectant spray Lysol, lysol hydrogen peroxide cleaner, microban and a disinfectant mist which I sprayed until we are choking.

The room could have been cleaner there were stains in the carpet and pullout couch that gave the room a nasty feeling definitely could use a deep clean me and my family was not impressed

Our most recent stay was full of surprises. We booked on hotels.com and we were not aware of the daily parking charge of $29 until we checked into the hotel. We walked into the room and found that the bathroom had not been cleaned very well; hairs in the tub from someone previously shaving and overall dirty. We left the next morning to do some running around while our room was supposedly being cleaned to come back to the room the same way we left it. We were then told that they would not clean it after we requested it because it had not been two days. We had to ask for linens each day, toilet paper, and trash bags due to the room not being kept up by housecleaning. We also had to put dirty linens and trash out in the hall daily. Very disapppointed because the hotel appeared to be very nice.

We booked the rooms for consecutive nights and were told that the house keeping would be done every other day. This is fine. However, housekeeping was not done as scheduled on the third day. The cleaning staff just left work, so it was the operation manager who came to the room to change the towels, after I reported the problem. No other cleaning service like cleaning the carpet or providing toilet papers. Then, on the fifth day as scheduled for cleaning, I contacted the front desk to ask when the housekeeping would be done, multiple times. by 4pm? by 5pm? or even later? Finally, they did the work around 7pm. It was extremely behind the normal schedule.

Upon arrival the staff was amazing and very efficient. The room was clean to a certain point besides some stains in the shower/ stain on the couch/ and after we got back after being out a full on roach alive on the left night stand!

I am so sad to have to come on here and say NEVER AGAIN! Service was amazing, surrounding area was superb, but my 10 year old and I returned home with so many bed bug bites I was embarassed to send her to school today. We have never experienced this before and I am thoroughly disgusted and afraid.

When we first walked into our room, it seemed clean but we quickly noticed food including grapes and chips all over the floor. My husband found a stained towel in the bathroom that looked like feces. My oldest son was going to sleep on the pull out couch but it was wet and had stains on the mattress that made it seem like a bad idea

It was okay especially after I spent couple of nights in Dallas of the same property. Dallas was much better given it was relatively new property. The hotel is a bit old and the room was a bit tight. Otherwise a good experience.

It was very noisy outside and inside. The lady at the service desk was very friendly and helpful.

The only issue was the internet really didn't work and i had to ask one of the housekeeping staff to vacuum our room. The rest of the stay was awesome nice clean and quiet.I would stay again.

The room was clean, beds were comfortable. The size of the suite however was terrible. It was so tiny and once we pulled the sofa bed out there wasnt even room to walk. The sofa bed mattress was about 8 inches thick and very uncomfortable. The staff however were very friendly and helpful.

This was a last minute booking, the night front desk staff were extremely nice and accommodating. However, the rooms need upgrading…..new furniture, beds, pillows etc.

The check-in process was easy and the staff was very courteous. Our first room had a faulty deadbolt, and we got stuck in the room. The front desk staff responded VERY quickly having a maintenance worker come immediately. He was unable to fix the problem, so we were moved to another room. The staff was very apologetic and friendly throughout the process. Both rooms were amazingly spacious and clean! Definitely recommend!!! Paying for parking was a bit of a shock as I didn’t remember seeing the added cost in the details prior to booking, but this wound up being refunded as part of the apology for the lock issue.

We had a great comfortable stay! Unfortunately our 10 year old left his cell phone in the room. We were almost 4 hours away when we realized this. Kris found the phone and had a FedEx label ready to go within minutes! Above and beyond customer service!!!!!!

Staff is exceedingly pleasant and welcoming. Upon check-in, they offer to help with nearby dining options and clearly explain the nuances of self parking.

I am disappointed with this property and my experience with hotels.com on this trip. My flight was delayed from Lagos Nigeria and I sent an email ahead of time that I will be arriving late and would like to keep my booking. I was traveling with 4 children and my husband. We arrived the hotel 6:10am the next day and we were told our booking was cancelled as a no show. I have the record showing I sent an email contacting the property as I was without cellular service. I was still charged my full booking fee and was told there was nothing they could do. I stayed in the hotel with a different reservation and they room was not cleaned for one week.

The check in and check out processes were easy! Riley was so nice and friendly! The gentleman that checked us out on December 23, was very nice & friendly as well! We were on the 8th floor and it was so quiet! We didn't hear anyone above us! It was nice and relaxing! The breakfast in the morning was pretty good as well! All the staff that we interacted with were friendly! This is our second time here! The location is convenient for shopping, church and restaurants! We definitely recommend it!

We are ones of the evacuees trom Tampa due to Hurricane Milton, we drove from 3pm-arrived at 4:30AM NEXT DAY, it was a long and exhausting /stressful drive with kids and pets. Upon check in, a female manager attended to us(SHE REFUSED TO DISCLOSE HER NAME when I asked she said" YOU DONT NEED TO KNOW MY NAME!!!) she was RUDE and no personality at all. Before I booked, l askes if they would accommodate pets, KIETH (day shift) was amazing and empathetic, HE ASKED his GM if they would and HE confirmed that they will and also with no charge at this time due to the circumstances. BUT UPON check in, THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER WAS CHARGING ME EXTRA money/dog at which it would be an unexpected budget for us. So I explained to her that per kieth, THERE\'S no charge. SHE WAS ADAMANT AND TOLD ME in her own words with no apologies, "WELL IF YOU DON\'T WANT TO PAY THEN YOU CAN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!" THIS IS AFTER THEY ALREADY CHARGED MY CARD FOR THE ENTIRE 3 NIGHTS plus DEPOSIT. Dog fees was about to be charged on my incidentals. SHE HAD NO EMPATHY THAT WE ARE GOING THROUGH TOUGH SITUATION, DROVE 13-14 hours on the road with no SLEEP AND WITH YOUNG KIDS AT THAT AND MY SICK BROTHER WHO\'S ALSO UNDER dialysis treatment, SHE HAD THE audacity TO TELL US TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE INSTEAD?!!!! I had a panic attack after our conversation AND WAS IN TEARS!! The next day, the one who WAS ON DUTY AND straightened the whole mess. So we are extremely pleased with him.

Three things, which if the stay had been only one of them wouldn’t have been a big deal, but all together is infuriating. Get to hotel and it takes 30 min to checkin because they didn’t give me the correct room. Even upon showing my reservation they continue to give me wrong size room. Secondly, had to wait 30 min for linens to arrive for pull out sofa bed. It’s 11:30 at night by the way. Called due to no pillows for sofa bed and told we don’t have any more pillows. How???

The front desk associates were absolutely amazing. Charisma provided excellent customer service when I checked in. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

The property was fine. My problem with my check-in was partly my fault. I booked a room for these two nights, and then realized that I needed one previous night as well, so I booked a separate reservation for that. When I arrived, I informed the front desk clerk, and she said I just needed to notify them on day two so they could keep me in the same room. I forgot that second morning, but when I arrived back to "check in", my key would not work, and I realized I had not stopped in that morning. After that, everything was fine with check-in. However, when I returned to my room on day 2 of this reservation, the room had not been cleaned. I had checked in the previous day, so I don't understand why they would not have cleaned it. In total, from check-in on Monday night, May 26 through checkout on Friday morning, my room was never cleaned. That is unacceptable.

Perfect location

The property was difficult to reach due to the business of the area and the construction directly in front of the hotel. You had to drive past the property and make a you turn to reach the turn in for the front of the hotel which was near impossible in downtown Atlanta traffic. Our room was on the 3rd floor and we could hear the traffic loudly through our window. We heard 5 or 6 ambulances LOUDLY during our 12 hr stay. The pool was VERY chlorinated...so much so that the kids couldnt see underwater even with goggles on. Air comditioner sounded like a washing machine going through the rinse cycle, although the room was cool.

Great location Parking was crowded though

The area where the hotel was located was less than 20 minutes away from all the TikTok popular restaurants and bars

The property was fine for what I needed. My only complaint is the traffic noise was disturbing until late into the night.

Stay was great. Rooms were spacious & beds were comfy. Great area and staff was friendly. Only downfall is breakfast. The breakfast could had more options.

Staff was friendly.. service is fast Old furniture mattresses need to be replaced. Towels smells bad even the ones that they provide fresh. I don't recommend to pay for Breakfast as it doesn't worth a dime.

It was located in a great spot to gwt around Atlanta. The breakfast was good every Monday.

I like they always had something available, water, fruit or whatever! Staff was so friendly especially Chrisma (I hope I’m saying her name right ) she is such a sweetheart and so welcoming! I didn’t like the breakfast options I felt it should of been a little more of a variety!
