Hotel grounds were nice, breakfast was great. The spa didnt work and the room took forever to cool down. I had to leave the room, went to dinner and was just getting cool by the time i got back for bed. (approx. 5 hrs to cool down from 75 to 72.

Overall, a good property with helpful, friendly staff, comfortable beds, safe surroundings. Digital key was frustrating to get to work. TIP: you have to use their Wi-Fi for it to connect. The hot tub. When seated in it, it barely came past my waist (I'm 5'6") and the jets only had a stream of water with no pressure. Continental breakfast very limited and mediocre. Best part was the comfortable bed.

Our room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable including the pillows. The food at breakfast was well stocked every morning and tasted great. Both the pool and gym were in excellent shape. The staff was probably the friendliest of any of the Hampton Inns we have stayed at over the years.

Friendly staff. Overall room and inside of the building were clean. The pillows were too soft, had to get 4 extra to be comfortable. As an outdoors person, I found it hard to relax as the pool area needs more attention. The tables outside were filthy. The bathroom by the pool has a horrible smell and needs cleaning daily. The hot tub is brown and smelled like urine. Not enough garbage bins outside. Loved the neighboring area. Would stay again, but not under these circumstances.

The ONLY aspect of our stay that was less than a 5* rating is that in 4 nights we had no one clean our room. Even though we were told room service would be done once every 2 days. It never happened once.

My 3 night 4 day stay was great. Place was very clean and smelled fresh. The complimentary breakfast was amazing!! By far one of the best. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel. I would be booking again.

Our room and the public areas were kept clean despite being quite busy with guests. We stayed 9 days. The front desk team was helpful and responded quickly when I asked for extra towels. The breakfast was decent. My only recommendation is that clothing storage such as dressers be added to the rooms. We had two desks, a microwave, and a fridge, but no dresser.

Check-in staff was very nice. Hotel room was average. A little run down but ok considering the fact that we were just needing a place for a quick stay while attending an event in South FL. I wouldn’t stay there for vacation or a leisure trip. This just served the purpose of needing a place to stay that night. Water pressure is dreadful. Good luck waking your hair. Better chances in a remote Caribbean island. Other than that it was fine/average.

Andrew at the front desk was great. He was super nice and kind. Check in process was so quick and easy. The room was clean and spacious. Had everything I needed. The free breakfast had everything I needed for breakfast. The WiFi was fast and the TV had pretty decent channels. Overall it was a pretty good stay.

Ok so when we 1st checked in they put us in room# 506 The bed was a 🪨 Rock with a sheet on it king size with Noooo Comfort We addressed our concern to the front desk Melanie gave concern and understood our frustration She immediately looked into another room for to have a more comfortable stay amd moved us to room# 512 The rest of the stay was amazing!! Breakfast was awesome! Property in great location! Safe and clean!! 5 🌟 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Overall, I am pleased with my experience at Hampton. I chose to avoid downtown Fort Lauderdale because I wanted to feel secure. I appreciate the tranquility and the cleanliness of the hotel surroundings. However, I have a concern regarding the drapes, which do not close entirely, allowing daylight to seep into the room.

I cannot in good conscious give this property a better rating and lead other travelers here without telling the one BIG con. The a/c in the rooms in south Florida only will allow you to set to 69 degrees AND it has a motion sensor. So if you are out of the room on a hot day, your room will be at 73 degree set point by the hotel when you get back. At night, your room will also get warm unless someone gets up and moves around. Other than that.... the hotel is nice with friendly staff and comfortable pillows. The bwds are average.

The property is one exit away from tons of shopping and dining. Not from from FLL airport and 20 min drive to MIA Gardens. I had a minor issue that was QUICKLY resolved by Melanie and manager Andrew. I appreciated their kindness and understanding so much it made my weekend. Will stay here again with no doubt. Parking and breakfast complimentary which is always a plus!!

I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was frustrating enough to warrant one. During my stay, I got stuck in the elevator for over 30 minutes at 11:30pm. While technical issues can happen anywhere, what truly disappointed me was the complete lack of response or concern from the hotel staff. Not a single person came to check on me after I was finally released, nor did anyone offer an apology or explanation. It was as if the incident never happened. For a hotel that claims to offer quality service, this kind of negligence is unacceptable—especially when it comes to guest safety.

This was my second time at this hotel & the visit wasn’t like the first time. The front desk girl she had a purple shirt and black pants working the night wasn’t the friendliest also I was calling for 5 times to inform I was coming in late but nobody was answering the phone. When I arrive I wasn’t greeted, I get it’s night time and she doesn’t want to work that shift but customer service wasn’t the best.. but the pretty girl in the reception early morning that gave me a late checkout was the sweetest person I’ve ever met didn’t get her name sadly.

This hotel has a good location, close to I-75, parking is free, room large and is quiet at night, bed is very comfortable. Did not like the a/c system, too old, loud when the automatic goes on and off, and did not cool the room, I did not sleep well because it was too warm for me, even though was set at a low temperature, woke at many time during the night sweating. Also breakfast closes at 10:00 am on a Sunday! If you sleep late forget about breakfast.
