Quiet, easy parking

The hotel made our stay very rememberabl by the cleanliness and comfort, but most of all the friendly and helpful staff. It was very easy to access and check in. Plenty of available parking with entrances at every corner of the hotel. Breakfast was great everyday with the staff keeping the breakfast items full and available to everyone.

Very spacious room, with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Well equipped with microwave, coffee/tea maker, fridge and safe. Breakfast was sufficient…though limited for vegetarians. Nice pool area. Walking distance from Cracker Barrel.

Nice welcome, always attentive front desk helpful, very peaceful, good breakfast, friendly staff, nice room, nice to have pay on the go washer dryer room, nice pool gym, dinning area to have a coffee and a snack, good to be in a family oriented, enjoyed the comfortable beds tranquil night and shower never ending hot water, will return when possible

We loved everything about our stay. Very clean and comfortable. Nice neighbourhood. Front desk staff was great. Pool was a weeee bit chilly - obviously not heated (we stayed in January), but it was clean and the deck was very simple and nice.

The property was clean, front desk staff was friendly, towels in the rooms changed daily, the area was quiet and there was easy parking. We had a problem with the elevator. It was not working one of the days and we did not like the sound that it made while we went up and down.

I really wanted to give the hotel 41/2 stars but that was not an option. The hotel was not perfect but it was overall better than most comparable hotels. THey have problems with the card entrance keys losing their memory quickly, infact over two days we needed five new keys. ice machine on the fir floor was inoperable for the whole stay, but there is another one on the third floor that made it okay. We will stay there again when travel to Pembroke Pines. Great location for visiting sites as it is on I-75 giving you easy access north and south; the cross street is Sheridan which gives you easy access east and west. No fuss getting in and out of the hotel. Overall a good experience.

The smell of mildew was enough to make us change hotels, unfortunately in this area our options were very limited on short notice it. The carpets are so dirty that both of my kids feet were black on the bottom after about 15 minutes of running around that room. A dirty sticky cocktail9xing cup was in the refrigerator and the remote was extremely gears. Gross.

When you walk into this hotel, it’s looks fine. Front desk were friendly. When we got up to 5th floor, the smell was absolutely terrible. Very strong cleaner odor. And when we walked into our room, it smelled like mildew. Sheets didn’t look cleaned. Room was very damp. We were given another room on 3rd floor, same thing. The smell is unbelievable. We could barely breathe. This hotel needs help. Please stay away!

A clean and comfortable room

The rooms are spacious and clean however the towels were flimsy, the toilet paper was 1-ply sand paper and the bed was making noises every time I turned around. But the worst part was the smell in the rooms - mildew, mold, not realy sure but I had to change the room bc it was unbearable. The second room was not as bad but still had that horrible odor. Guess you get what you pay for.

This hotel could be a gem because of the location and staff. We need to mention that the cleanliness needs improvement and also a few other details The TV operation is too complicated. The soap dispenser was empty. There was a smell of mildew in the room 221. But the breakfast was amazing and the people very friendly and accommodating.

Very noisy room

Very decent hotel. Bed was so comfy and breakfast was decent most days.

The room the give us was very noisy,seems it was the exit and all night doors opening and slamming. The don’t clean the rooms, just came in and replaced fresh towels every day.

Overall my stay was great. Only issues was the shower door would not close and the AC control unit was not working

The ac in the room stayed on all the time and there was no way to adjust it so it was at one temperature all day and all night

1 night stay before cruise. The pillows and bed were quite comfy. The room was spacious and clean. There was a damp humid feeling to the room and the old floor air conditioning unit was loud and needs to be replaced. Central air would be my choice

The front desk staffer couldn’t have been more friendly or welcoming. When I came back out into the lobby for help with something in our room, another employee was quick to walk up to me and ask how he could help. I also had to change the room at the last minute to a handicap accessible room, and it was ready for us when we arrived. The bed is probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, and I intend to contact the hotel and find out where they purchase their mattresses!

I like everything about this hotel except the loud and noisy air conditioning. It affects your sleep

No hot water and complained and the reception said its only one day we can’t do anything you are checking out tomorrow, I check in around 8:30 pm and couldn’t get a hot shower. Horrible experience. I would like a refund or credit back to my account.

Great location with a great staff that made check in/ check out very easy

Stood in line to check in over 20 minutes. Only had one person at the front. There was 5 people behind me waiting to be checked in. Not the first time I go to this hotel and this happens.

Everything was good except for check in. Waited over an hour past the check in time. If the hotel was short handed that day maybe they should have pulled the employees vacuuming the lobby to assist in cleaning the rooms. Wouldn’t having the rooms ready be a priority for your guests? The front desk girl was unapologetic and kind of smug like the room will be ready when it’s ready.

I chose this hotel solely for its handicap accessible rooms on the ground floor. Upon booking my stay through Expedia I also called the hotel directly to request a room on the ground floor as I am currently recovering from an injury with a permanent disability. I was guaranteed a handicap accessible room on the ground floor before my travels and before I arrived on the hotel compound. On arriving for check in I was informed that all of the rooms on the ground floor were booked already and that I was being placed on the third floor- “an accessible room with a tub in the shower” and that the next day I would be moved to the ground floor. Though I could not climb into the tub to shower it was easier to accept the room as it was already late in the evening and would’ve been very difficult for me to move around to find another hotel. The next day came and I was greeted with the same excuses- that all ground floor rooms were booked/extended and that I’d be moved the next day. This happened consecutively for my entire stay. Empty words with no action simply to trap you into staying at the hotel. Very disappointing and very dissatisfied with wasting my money for this major inconvenience that placed a very sour tone on my trip. I hope that no other disabled guests has to go through what I went through at this establishment. If any red flags comes up on your check in- LEAVE. It will not get better.

This location was perfect for our purposes on this trip. Convenient to the Hard Rock Stadium and easy on/off the highway, this HI Express was clean, welcoming and quiet.

It was close to a lot of shopping and service areas.

We stayed here for two nights while passing through the area for a Marlins game. The location was convenient for our drive to Miami, only 30 minutes away. The rooms were a nice size for our family, clean and a quiet area. I appreciated the large, wall mounted toiletries instead of the travel size soaps which can be very wasteful. Breakfast was also good, we even had fresh made cinnamon buns Sunday morning. Staff was also amazing… we had a problem with the bathroom fan building up condensation in our room. So the staff quickly changed our room for us. No complaints and everything was clean.

I didn’t like the breakfast. Juice tasted like flavored water. Very small selection of fruits that weren’t good. Housekeeping disturbing my sleep by knocking on my door 2 hours before check out.

Everything was great, except that there was no cinnamon roll at breakfast, which is one the things we look forward when booking Holiday inn. 😢

Great location. The breakfast was very nice and hot. The ladies kept the breakfast area clean and stocked for the people. I got the Suite and it was large and comfortable. Very nice place to stay!!!

Breakfast was not very good but everything else is pretty good, also has a bit of a strange smell, other than that very good, also AC is very loud, but overall still good.
