I booked specifically for a bar/restaurant. Hotel has no service on Sundays. Clerk at desk was brand new, very nice, but slow. Room needed a touch up, and a new toilet. Mine was cracked, and flushed weird. Ruby Tuesdays next door was horrible. Find another place to eat... Hotel is right off I-75.

Got checked in went to my room and it was filthy the elevator didn't work the pool was closed we ask for a top floor so we did t hear anyone above us and when they had to switch floors and once we got in our room it was stomping above us my husband is a ptsd war veteran I had my elderly mother with me this was a very terrible experience

Pros: location, fast checking Cons: -elevators not working. -our room seem dirty -someone else's hair in the bathroom - uncomfortable pillows -loud AC Holiday Inns are usually our go to hotels because they are clean, comfortable and most updated. but this one seems like it needs a major renovation. Very surprised by the overall high rating.

We stayed here a year ago and in that year the hotel has gone down a bit. Noise from the bar kept us awake. The A/C unit needs maintenance. The tub has a fast drop and also has black mold above the shower head. I can clearly see that it is from a leak from the room above. It’s bad enough that the water is soaked into the lower back side of the tiled tub wall. This really needs to be addressed. Otherwise things were fine.

This property is past its prime and not up to Holiday Inn standards. The carpet in our room was very wet, a leaking mini fridge I suspect. The main chair had a huge dark stain and the bathroom sink had a big crack from from to back. The elevator call button on the 6th floor only works intermittently.

Mildew, mildew, mildew. We cut our trip short because 1) no housekeeping / room refresh in 2 days. Even though it was requested. Had to pick up towels from the front desk and leave used towels in the hall because the bathroom mildew smell kept getting worse. 2) Dirty counter tops in bathroom.

After a long drive our family was so excited to finally arrive at the Holiday Inn. Unfortunately we were booked into the second floor somewhere above the pool and it was so noisy when we were trying to sleep it was as if we were right outside of the pool room door. Additionally the beds were THE MOST uncomfortable beds we have ever experienced while staying at a Holiday Inn. As if the noise and uncomfortable bed weren’t unfortunate enough the room was clammy and hot despite the air being set at 68. I would like to close with saying that the staff was very friendly during check in and check out. I wish I had something better to say about this hotel but we will be going out of our way to stay somewhere else on our way back home.

We booked this hotel at the very last minute after returning from a cruise and deciding that we did not want to drive all the way back home. Check in was easy and quick, staff were friendly, the lobby was clean and inviting, and the water feature in the lobby was worth noting and mentioning.... just beautiful!!! The room was spacious and clean. Everything was in working order.... from the television to the tub and shower. We missed breakfast but the young lady was kind enough to give us some orange juice. Overall, a really great stay... no issues or challenges and yes, we will return.

The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Ric who checked us in was so nice and helpful! The young lady who checked us out with the dark curly hair (so sorry I didn't catch her name!) was as well! They both went above and beyond to help. The beds are so comfortable, bedding smelled clean and fresh, and great pillows. As for the room - there is a little room for improvement. It looks highly trafficked - scuff marks all over furniture, dark stains on the carpet, and the ceiling above the shower had apparently fallen in or something at some point and looked hastily patched and painted. The room was clean though! A comfortable spot for a layover with incredible employees.

I didnt like the fact that the hotel lost power and the manager refused to give me my money back for the inconvenience of it being hot, no power, no AC. It wasnt like i was trying to get money back for the night i did stay, i was checking out early due to the power inconvenience and just wanted my money back for the night i DIDN'T stay! The manager on duty shoved my key card bak across the counter and said there was nothing she would do to help the situation. Not nothing she could do. I was so upset! Why not just allow me to check out and reimburse me for the night I didn't use??? Well needless to say, i filed a complaint! Just waiting on the outcome. No one should be treated in such a way because the hotel lost power with no backup generator!!

Room was not clean, worn and musty smelling. Bed had work dipped "gully" on mattress. We were not impressed. Furniture was worn and marked up. Maybe it was just our room but I suspect not based on the overall condition of the property.
