Our stay this past weekend was excellent. The hotel and room were extremely clean, which we really appreciated. Customer service was outstanding—Chavone at the front desk made check-in seamless, upgraded our room, and even followed up to be sure we had everything we needed. Jesse was also very helpful in printing documents for us since there isn’t a business center on-site. The location was convenient, just a short drive to the beach, so we were able to enjoy some time by the ocean even though this was mostly a business trip. Overall, a spotless hotel with staff who truly care about their guests. Highly recommend!

My overall stay was great. There were little bugs...maybe ghost ants crawling on the desk around the coffee maker. Otherwise it was exactly what I was looking for during my visitnto Ft Myers.

The room was dirty. There was a half empty water bottle and the shower had a used bar of soap with hair on it. This definitely did not live up to a Hampton property. Although they switched our room no other accommodation was offered. I was very grossed out and will not stay with them again.

The bed sheets were not cleaned properly at all!!! My son slept in one of the beds at the hotel and he woke up with a multitude of bug bites, that of which he has complained came from bed bugs. I have pictures of how his skin looks on various parts of his body! This is beyond unacceptable and unhygienic for a hotel to have!

Phenomenal staff. Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was far above average. Pool was nice. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Cons: only 1 ice machine works. The rooms are extremely small (overcrowded with larger furniture). Designated smoking area is at the front door/entrance. That should be moved. I dont want to walk through smoke to check in.

Refrigerator wasn’t working. A maintenance guy came to the room immediately. If they can’t find a replacement, they’ll store our refrigerables & we will pick up in the morning, so all good! Nice enough place. Would recommend.

Everyone was very nice when we stayed. We stayed two nights and there was a problem with the hot water the entire time. At first we thought we had no hot water. We called the front desk and they said we just had to let it run for a long time. So the shower had to run for 5-7 min to get hot water. Other than that, breakfast was good and staff was fantastic.

Great location for Sanibel visit. Big rooms and spacious. Good breakfast. Only thing I didn’t like was the thick blanket on the bed. Lighter blanket would have been better, especially when it’s 90 degrees outside.

We showed up at 3:05 to Check in. Michelle Couch was at the desk. I am 72 years old and said it would be great to get a room at 1-st floor as I can not walk having a painful leg issue. She told me immediately that no rooms are available and none will be available either. Then we asked to get a room as close as possible to the elevator so we don’t have to carry the luggage’s. We went to the 3-rd floor to find out the room is the LAST ROOM, FARTHEST TO THE ELEVATOR. We went back down and there was somebody else at the desk. He informed us there are rooms at the first floor if we can wait a bit as they are not ready. We gladly agreed. Room was ready at 4:05 and we saw 4 people in (total) check in within the hour I asked to know Michelle’s name and she replied she does not have a card (although there were 5 printed cards at the desk) She wrote her name on someone else’s card. I am attaching an image I book many trips with Hotels.com and I would like to find out how come this behavior is allowed (lying) Hotels.com always asks if I would recommend friends and family to use their services. So far I always gave them a 10. So hotels.com I need someone to get back to me. I felt I was harassed by and lied to by this employee, Thank you from Ray

Great location close to Ft Myers Beach. Only minutes away from the Key West Express. Hotel front desk was very helpful. Breakfast in the morning had a lot of selections. lots of seating to enjoy the food. Rooms were clean and the complimentary waters were a plus.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn while we were in town for a wedding. Perfect location! We were halfway between our event and only 20 minutes from Sanibel Island. It was our first trip to Fort Myers and not our last. The hotel staff was friendly and helped me decide on where to go for dinner in the area. Free breakfast was awesome. When we come back to Fort Myers I plan on staying here again!

I got an upgrade and it was amazing! I couldn't find a decent restaurant so i went to the Aldi and bought groceries then cooked them in my little kitchen. Breakfast was OUTSTANDING! Mini omelets, sausage, waffles and pastries.
