Great pool and had a great nights sleep!

The pool was the best thing. We had reservations for 17 days. Room didn't look like the pictures it was dark dirty, stinky. They put us right next to the office so we heard the office door slam all day long all night long. We got a mandatory evacuation because of hurricane Helene, Wednesday the 25th of Sept not telling us when we could return we tried calling every day no answer finally on Wednesday October 2 someone answered and said oh yeah guess I've been returning since Saturday. They said their phones were down what they didn't have cell phones they couldn't call their guest and tell him they could return, tried calling corporate and Travelocity and said no refund of the week we were told to leave. Never going back to that hotel, or using Travelocity. Definitely don't care about their customers.

omg , Carpet was torn and stained , bathtub faucet leaked , fan spayed water and dirt out of it , phone did NOT work , check in guy would not talk to me , breakfast is NOT a granola bar and coffee , pool was filled with leaves and shingles and much more , Wayne

Dirty rooms, refrigerator froze all our food, poop under the bed. Asked for housekeeping… they never came. Neighbor very loud all night. Slamming doors. Fighting. Expensive laundry machine fees😟. Only nice area was the pool.

Pictures are nicer than reality. NO COFFEE in room or lobby. “Free” breakfast is packaged muffins and Nutri-Grain bars. Room is spacious though and bed was comfortable. Located right next to Panera which was a savior. No parking either but they are redoing the roof.

The property had a great deal of construction going on, which was not indicated on their website. It was noisy, dirty, and a worker said that there were nails in the parking lot. I went to the front desk and requested a refund. Had to find another place to stay on short notice.

Awful… charges for everything down to WiFi Kitchen not equipped, every call from room was $1 No ice machine! Lobby closes at 7 pm. Won’t do it again

I will say this - the pics on website does NOT match what the rooms look like in person - dirty and run down - it only lets me post 8 pics Our front door wouldn’t deadbolt just had the latch Front desk person was very pleasant but that’s pretty much the only good feature lolol When you check in - make sure you ask for the dishes, toaster, coffee pot, utensils and pans - you get a big bucket of stuff to take to your room - if you don’t ask for it you don’t get nothing Office door locks at 7pm and you have to pick up outside phone to talk My sister arrived first and had 3 hours before I arrived- they wanted to charge $10 an hour for EARLY Check-in so she decided to leave and run errands We did not use the pool so no review there This property was not up our standards so we changed establishments

When we got to front office to check in, it says online it’s self service. It’s not. The staff was friendly and upstanding but it took 20 minutes for them to check me in. And they seemed burnt out. They warned us of a cigarette smell in our room. Which if that would have been the only problem, it would have been sort of okay. But we get to the room and it was trashed from the last people. Not to mention, even after it was cleaned, it looks NOTHING like the photos. Cabinets were broken, one of the lamps were broken, the pull out sofa had no sheet on it and the mattress was stained and disgusting looking, my friend said it felt like just sitting on springs. It was so gross and uncomfortable that we left at like 1am to go back home. The only plus side is the pool was crystal clear, and they keep it unlocked at all times. But I would recommend reconsidering. It’s not worth the money. Even if it was 20$ a night, not worth it unless you’re REALLY desperate. To clarify, I’ve stayed in worse. But if it’s my choice, I wouldn’t book here again. I should have taken photos but the walls are like a deep, dark green, it looks like they let someone’s grandpa decorate but then everything got trashed. And the light switches didn’t work either. Luckily the AC did. Our door didn’t even shut properly

Our room was very dirty from the moment we walked in. There was a funky smell that we had to mask with candles and febreze, my husband ended up cleaning the filter on the ac unit to help (it didn’t do much good). There was dust EVERYWHERE. Bathroom was very dirty and there was mold on the ceiling. Shower leaked ALL OVER the floor because the connection was not complete from pipe to shower head resulting in a small flood that we had to clean up after showering. Very outdated.

Check in was awesome! Nikki was sweet. Until I found a cockroach in my room. Gross

Upon arrival I was greeted by an empty office, 15 minutes later someone showed up and checked me in. My room was disgusting. Human waste left in the toilet, stains and tears in the carpet and a nasty stench masked my overuse of air fresheners. Woke up with multiple bug bites.. gross!!Pay extra and avoid this hole.

We stated here because the ac broke on our boat. When we vhecked in, there was no one at the desk and it took over 10 min of calling until someone finally came to the door to let us in. When we got to our room, it was extremely dirty. Our sheets gad black marks on them like someone with extremly dirty feet had slept in the bed. The pillow cases also had random black stains on them. The bathroom hadn't seen bleach in a very long time. The tub had dirty feet marks in it and was stained with brown. There was mold in the bathtub that sort of wiped off with a gloved finger. So it isnt completely embedded, someone just hasnt even tried to clean it. There was also dried shampoo on the walls in the tub and the bittle supplied had been used and has maybe 1/2 an ounce left. The shower head sprayed the wall from the pipe, none of the drains drained water at a decent rate. Just brushing teeth the sink filled with water and took hours to empty. Our door lock didnt lock so we had to rely on the top fold over latch thing for safety. The floor had random spills that werent cleaned up and walls had random filth. Fire alarms went off frequently at random hours. When we woke up our first morning we found the sheet and blanket had some sort of dried spill on it. I called the front desk and the staff had me bring the sheets up to replace them. She was extremely helpful and apologetic.

Dirty room,bathroom very dirty, carpets dirty and strong smell of cigarettes in the room. Breakfast could have been better for the money

The worst place I have ever stayed, please don't waste your money, I stayed there the 3rd to the 10th of this February, first off the customer service was absolutely horrible, the fridge in my room was going out and was so loud you couldn't even sleep at night, the carpet was so gross you didn't want to walk on it without shoes on, there was black mold around the bathtub, there were cockroches all over the place, ithe place stunk so bad you couldnt stand it t looked like the place hasn't been cleaned for a long time there was hair all over the shower curtain,I made a complaint on the first day there about the fridge and they said they would have a maintenance guy look at it which never happed, this place should be shut down i attached photos of the place during my stay

When I checked in the front desk lady was not very friendly or polite. When I went to warm up the dinner that I brought around 10:00 p.m. I checked in around 7:00 or 7:15. I believe I read the paper on the kitchen table that says call the front desk and they will bring you dishes and things to eat with. So being the nice person I am, I decided to walk to the front because I only needed one plate and one fork picked up the dirty phone outside that you have to press zero to get the office person and asked if they would bring me one plate and one fork, she responded with we don't do dishes after 7:00 p.m. which was odd because I didn't check in until after 7:00 p.m. to begin with so I asked how can I warm up my food and eat and asked where do the dishes go after 7:00? She says you were explained this when you checked in. Nobody explained anything about a certain time to get dishes! But the odd part is if I lost my room key she would walk up front and open the door and make me a new room key. So why she couldn't walk up a plate and a fork is beyond me?! Also, I have photos that I would like to send because I would like a refund for this room. The air conditioner filters were clearly not cleaned. You couldn't see through them and I noticed mold on the plastic so I looked inside the AC part where they go more mold inside the vents, more mold and a really weird white mold, Big globs of dust and hair behind the ripped up dirty recliner dust under the recliner...

This place was gross. Dirty carpet, smelled like smoke, roaches crawling around, bathtub had mold in it, the towels were dirty. This place needs to be CONDEMNED!!!

Honestly, this was a terrible experience. I had a large studio where the kitchen was extremely dirty. The bathroom was old and also dirty. It smelled like cigarettes seeping through the walls. It was so bad. They changed my room on the first day. The staffer was nice, and upgraded my room, but it wasn’t much of an upgrade. This felt like a project building apartment stay. The entire complex smells like cigarettes. It was awful. They took 2 days to get me plates and pots/pans. I killed a roach. It was like a movie. This hotel needs to be shutdown. Not because of the staff, but because it’s poorly maintained by ownership. Even the walls look like they’re out of a horror movie with ugly mixed colors. It felt like I was staying in a psych ward. Worst experience I’ve had. Management needs to gut bathrooms, replace broken kitchen cabinets. Replace old floors, replace toilets. It was just embarrassing to be honest. I didn’t even want to show my family where I was staying. That’s how bad it was.

Unit had a lot of carpet stains and just as many roaches bathroom was dirty toilet never cleaned bathtub dirty this room was not fit for anybody

Desk clerk didn't provide greeting, say hello. Room had very high odor of cigarette smoke. Stove didn't work. Change room which had running water in the tub. The sink fauet water sprayed everywhere when water was turned on, and smoke detactor was hanging.

Person who checked me in had a backpack on shoulder like he was ready to leave his shift. Didn’t say one word to me during the whole checkin process. Room was fine. But dark. Closet area very dark. One of the lamps beside bed was burnt out too making it darker. Door opens into bathroom, making you need to shut the door while showering making it steamy in bathroom. Maybe a barn door concept for future renovations would be an idea. It was the first room I’ve stayed at where I heard a lot of banging. I was near stairs so that was probably it. Also, I wanted snacks one night. Walked to the laundry areas where there’s vending machines. It was locked and my key card wouldn’t open the door. All in all it wasn’t my best vacation and the room didn’t help with it. This was my second time staying at this location and I probably won’t be staying there again.

Nice place at a very affordable price. Staff is great, and rooms comfortable.

The property is pretty run down. The appliances were old, rusted and counter tops chipped. The bathroom was clean but in desperate need of updating. The caulk in the tub looked moldy. We were on a ground floor and it didn't feel safe. The office was disgusting and based on the appearance of the office, I would have canceled the reservation had the woman at the desk not been so friendly and accommodating when we arrived early.

Front desk clerk Ashley, was amazing! They had computer problems during a recent storm and she persisted and got me checked in with a smile! Great job!!

This hotel took my money I paid for a one night stay and advance when I got there at 11pm no one was there to check in the clerk arrived at 4am when I went back to hotel by that time I wanted a refund and now 8 days later still no refund this hotel sucks and lack customer service

Got the hotel and nobody was at front desk. 3 of us were waiting in lobby. I used phone to dial zero and no answer. Then I used my cell phone to call hotel and had to tell them we needed help at desk. Room was muggy since no sc or fan had been running. Walls were beyond dingy. Carpet was disgusting with stains. This hotel needs a remodel or NOT charge $140 for a night.

This property was a slum. Don't stay here! It was dirty and did not feel safe at this property. The only positive, the staff were great.

The managers were amazing people. They made the trip for my dog and I a good one. It was a rough week at work.

Manager was extremely rude, after being threatened of being banned, and proving I paid, she still didn’t apologize. The error was on another employee, not me. Instead I was warned of f what time I should check in to stay over.

When I checked into the hotel, they gave me keys to a room that was already occupied. I walked into an old naked guy laying on the bed. I had to go back to the office and get assigned a different room. I have PTSD because of this.

Hotel is located in convenient location for me

Please avoid. Property not policed by management, so visitors used the outdoor stairwells and walkways passing by all the rooms to smoke, which wafted into the rooms. Ladies of the night were invited by visitors and vice versa, and they openly negotiated rates loud enough for others in their rooms to hear. Floors were filthy, black with dirt. Behind furniture may not have been cleaned ever. Lampshades were broken, hanging by a thread. Microwave had rust all along the inside. Little critters visited in the night. The Wi-Fi worked though, and the location, between Feather Sound and Carillon Park is ideal. I gave the place a 3 for that, but if not for that the place would rate between a 1 and a 2.

Lot of security features around the property which was unusual. Although it seemed like a nice area, it seemed akeare to go through so much security during at lobby. Breakfast wasn’t great. Just some mini muffins and snack bars to go

Pet friendly hotel with cleanliness and maintenance issues, but incredibly nice employees. The area seems generally safe but had some sketchy characters coming and going in a way I would normally associate with a much lower tier hotel. The room felt damp when the ac was off and a little too cold when the ac kicked on, smelled like bleached mold, and had friendly German roaches that came to investigate my water as it sat on the bedside table. Info for pet owners - there’s plenty of room for a pet bed and litter box if you need one. The beds do NOT touch the floor and medium or smaller pets can hide under them. Plan accordingly. The floors are not carpeted.

Room was clean and staff were very courteous. Free breakfast (to go) was dissapointing especially since it was a key reason for cost savings with our hotel selection. Also dodsapointed there wasnt a fitness area like other extended stay facilities we have stayed at.

Rooms are okay, but noisy guests ( do talking at 2:00am in front of yr room). And „breakfast“ is a joke: It‘s in the office and nothing more than tea and coffee (no juices, fruits, cereals etc.) Ridiculous!

Worst place I've stay at. Place no so clean including the shower had a lot of stains. The door handle was broken (was fixed the next day). I choose this place because they had stove and fridge, they had a label that say the kitchenware is upon request. When I request them and the only answer was that is for more than 7 days stays because they were at low inventory. I had to trash a lot of food because of that.

The property overall is OK. The breakfast was really just a few muffins and cereal. We were in a room that was close to a door that squeaked very loud when opened and did not have a way to close it without it slamming it kept one of the two of us awake until well after midnight and the noise began again around 6:30 in the morning. But when I told the desk on check up we were told that we will most likely get a comp night. But that remains to be seen

I stayed here with my son because it was close to my daughter and her family who we were traveling with while she stayed a few days with her dad. We found out after the fact that we did not get dishes, coffeepot because our stay was less than 7 days. I had to buy needed items myself. I will not stay again.
