We had a pool side room which they were able to allow us in early. The 2 bedroom suite was wonderful, we had a full kitchen with everything ir plates cutlery, and pots and pans. There was a laundry facilityin the room. Beds were very comfortable, walking distance to the different resorts. There is a shuttle service to go to the local market or you can choose to walknot to bad approximately 20 minutes but more choice. The numerous pools all offer some different things. Of course you want to enjoy the beaches and watch the sunset.It is a beautiful family resort.

We had a wonderful time staying in Ko’Olina at the Marriott. The grounds are beautiful and in a fantastic location that is very walkable to neighboring resorts and market. The Lagoons are beautiful! The only down side was that the pools were crowded because they started maintenance on the large lagoon pool and hot tubs the day we arrived. Our room overlooked the pool so we had constant construction noise all day also, which is not what you want to experience when on vacation.

The Marriott has everything you need for the perfect family vacation! The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The pools are nice and big! The lagoon is clean and perfect for kids or adults who want to enjoy the beach without waves! Highly recommend.

We loved the hotel, from the lobby to the beach everything is beautiful. Lots of swimming pools and hot tubs, excellent fitness center and plenty of activities available. There is a store that sells from breakfast to frozen food and most of the basic needs. Two options of restaurants, I would like if there was a third option too. The room has excellent space and has a kitchen with the basic tools. The room is a bit dated if we consider its design but is very comfortable. It is very good if you are seeking for a secluded place to stay away from the busy Waikiki area. I’m looking forward to return.

It was so much fun! 3 different pools! The costumer service is so good. Everyone is so nice. We used the beautiful outdoor grills to BBQ! Our Granddaughter turned 2 on this stay. She loved it. Has a shallow sand area for her to play. They have a slide so dark and fun!!

Our unit was clean but very shabby and dated in decor & amenities. The view disappointing. The washing line in the bathroom didn’t even reach across the tub so was useless. Landscaping quite lovely, very clean beaches & lagoons with plenty of room for solitude if desired. Dining options could be better. We preferred to dine off site where quality/variety of menus/food and shopping were much better.

The resort is ok if you want to just walk to the views. If you buy from Expedia, and even if you pay premium price for ocean view, or ocean front view, you will get squat! They give preference to their time share owners and only have 26 properties for 2 bed 2 bath that can be shared with families. total waste of my money and I don’t recommend it. Waikiki is 45 min. Most places will need 40-60 min drive. The room wasn’t clean. Their coffee pots had to be washed. The water dispenser in the coffee pots looked disgusting. In addition, there are only 2 restaurants on the property. Food is ok. Not coming back here.

Not the best in cleanliness- we had roaches in our room multiple times, our room was not properly cleaned upon arrival (stickers from previous people on furniture, etc). When we called to ask for help, it was the opposite of helpful. Needless to say we’ll stick with the Four Seasons next time.

Marriott has a beautiful resort. The property itself is gorgeous. Exactly what I would’ve expected for Hawaii. The disappointing part was the condition on the rooms. The hotel room itself could use a lot of updating and new beds. The bed itself was not comfortable, it seemed as though it needed to be replaced. The bathroom had a broke. Shower head and not enough places to hang towels. There were also some bugs. Honestly, if you want a beautiful setting and great pools this is a great hotel but if you are looking for a 4 star hotel room this is not the hotel for you. Our less expensive hotel in Waikiki had a way nicer room.

The hotel property is exceptional but the rooms are just ok. For the price I was disappointed. I felt that the rooms could have have been a little nicer. The staff was great at the checkin desk, the pools and the restaurants. We stayed for three nights and the room was not cleaned while we were there. Had to ask for more towels.

Very nice place to base a trip to Oahu. Staff was great. Great set up for kids with the pools and the protected beach and cove to swim in. Only down side is that our mattress was flat worn out. It appeared that a 450 lb Samoan warrior had been sleeping on one side. Rough on the old back.

The room is not as described. The property should take down the "mountain view" description when there's no view at all! It was not worth paying $464/night with a garage view! I felt decieved because my reservation says mountain view. I tried to talk to someone why i have a garage view instead of a mountain view and i was told "its not mountain view but rather mountain side" so i went back to my reservation to double check and it clearly says "mountain view". So the room description on their website is a total lie.

The resort is nice but the staff at the market are unpleasant. Asking for an empty coffee cup is a big deal and the server insisted on giving me a water plastic cup to use for hot coffee. Even offering and paying $0.80 for is a big deal. Service at the Four Seasons next door is way better.

Housekeeping was fast and always polite. Kai from Bellman Desk was helpful and accommodating. On the other end the front desk staff were not helpful, especially Carrie. Zero flexibility for late checkout. She called us at 10:03 am upset on the phone about why we were still in the room when check out was at 10AM. Even at check-in, the welcome was very cold. The beach was clean and safe for young children.

Very costly food and drink and everything you request or do there is a charge. Also the room service could be better. Sheets are not changed upon request unless you pay an extra fee. The location was good along with the beach and pool areas. Next time we go to Hawaii we would look for other options. Finally the staff hounds you to listen to their time share spiel. Very obnoxious as it lasts 90 min. Not worth it. Thanks

It’s a beautiful property in Ko’Olina with a relaxing vibe all throughout. Well kept resort and very cozy. The only complaint I would have is that the late check out offer is not as flexible.

This is a very large property on one of the famous lagoons in Ko Olina. We got a room in the" penthouse", thinking there would be something extra to go along with it. There was definitely not! The room was small, the bathroom was very crowded, and the balcony was almost unusable. They put us in a room facing the golf course in the building farthest from the beach. The bed made our backs and hips sore. There was a mini kitchen, with toaster, microwave, crockpot, plates, silverware and glassware. We took advantage of 2 of the on-site restaurants. Longboards is the casual one, and we had good food and service there. Longi's is the fine dining one, where we had dinner to celebrate our anniversary. Service was good, but not much personality from our server. Appreciate that they have a "quiet" pool for adults, and plenty of beach chairs for sunning in the sand or grass. This is a destination hotel, when you would want to go to and just spend all your time there or close by. Next time we will stay somewhere where we don't feel guilty about being gone all day exploring the island. There's much to see on Oahu.

When we sought technical assistance with the resort’s app at the welcome desk, we weren't given a solution; instead, we were met with a misleading high-pressure invitation to a timeshare presentation. I would never have booked this location had it been clearly disclosed that the priority here is timeshare sales rather than guest relaxation. The grounds are immaculate, the buildings the same very impressive. Staff are trained well and friendly. They are managing a lot of people. The little food we have eaten is exactly what others that have been to Hawaii warned us it would be. They have trained the entire place to be a sales pitch for time share, therefore the entire orientation is pushing you that way while you are still jet lagged. They understand their target market very well (what we referred to in business as what to be people. Ones that have enough income to buy it, following the leveraged lifestyle they are used too.). I probably should have spent the extra 4k and stayed next door. I just wanted to rest a couple days before meeting up with our kids and grandkids. The place is really nice just doesn’t reach what I’m used too. Many people no doubt enjoy this resort as a dream destination and it is for most.

Amazing stay!! One of our most memorable vacation. Very clean, great staff, great food, great pool areas and best beach lagoon. Great family stay. Will def be back.
