Our room was quiet. I was unsure about parking in the lot at first but we got spots near the hotel each time and it seemed safe. Parking is free which was great! We liked that this property is right by the mall and various restaurants. We visited the lagoons at Ko Olina and Pearl Harbor. We hit Walmart and Costco to stock up on supplies before heading to the North Shore. It was a good start to our vacation.

This hotel is in the same plaza of the mall. Everything is within walking distance. The only thing I can complain about is their washer machine. There's only one and everyone line up until mid-night to wash their clothes. In the meanwhile, there are 5 dryers.

Everything was great. The only issue was the laundry room. I never use the laundry rooms at any hotel but needed it this visit. There was only 1 working washing machine (out of 3) and 2 working dryers (out of 3).

I was disappointed they closed exercise room during most of my stay. I had booked this hotel based on it having an exercise room so I wouldn't had stayed there if they had notified me they would have it closed.

Our bathroom wasn't thoroughly cleaned. Some towels had dirty spots, and there was hair left around the sink area. The room temp was also a little tricky to control. The mini fridge would not get as cold as we'd like, even at highest cold setting.

Upon entrance , hotel seemed clean and front desk was nice. Once in the room there was a very intense moldy, mildew smell. The windows don’t open so no fresh air. They tried to remedy the situation with the engineer. They smelled the carpet and checked the filter and said there was nothing I could do. While showering I tried to use the conditioner which was empty. After getting out I wanted to use the lotion which was also empty. Overall my experience was terrible.

The hotel is beautiful. Rooms are large and comfortable, however there were food crumbs on the comforter inside the sheet and black things in the shower. The breakfast was good. The parking was horrible-they share a parking lot with a large mall and you had to drive for 5-20 minutes to find a parking place and then walk a long way back to hotel. I asked for the simple plastic water cups provided at every hotel and was told they don’t have any-had to drink water out of paper coffee cups-yuck. In a two person room they provided one coffee pod so no in room coffee until you walked downstairs-coffee pod was horrible anyway. Sad-decent room and bed comfort and breakfast but the horrible parking, bad in room coffee, and no drink cups and some cleaninging issues-we will never go back.

Conveniently located at Ka Makana Ali’i shopping mall - Foodland right across parking lot and their Mahi’ai restaurant was great. Large room, comfy bed, hot breakfast - only negative was noisy AC - but was a great location for family event in Waianae!

I like the free parking and free continental breakfast and close to stores and places to eat. What I did not like is the bed so uncomfortable, sagging and you can feel the spring of the mattress which indicates it’s old and time to replace and every time you turn or move it makes noise. Also, housekeeping is not done as I have requested to be done daily. We came back @night and our dirty towels and trash not picked up. I called front desk and they apologized and someone came and picked up only the trash but not the towels. I wish they have blower in the bathroom because it smells when somebody defecates. One more to add is the lack of microwave in the room. There’s refrigerator then there’s should also microwave in all their rooms and not only the suites.

Difficult to maintain a nice temperature in room. After setting to my desired temperature, it would keep going back cold. I ended up not using the ac for all nights because the room would be too cold.

This is such a great location. The staff are phenomenal. The front desk ladies were so amazing and accommodating. We got there early since we island hopped from big island. They got us preset up, held our bags. And the whole time were just amazing people. Easter weekend I’m sure was super busy, but that didn’t make no difference. Would definitely stay there again next time!

Hotel was nice and clean. They offer housekeeping every other day. Staff was okay friendly, but were always looking at their computers in front of them when speaking to you. Whether you asked for a bag, extra toiletries, or a gen question, they wouldn’t make eye contact. Then ask, I’m sorry what was that? Overall, cleanness and location was safe and comfortable. We enjoyed it!

Right next to the shopping mall!! Dining and grocery store within walking distance. Chickens roaming freely was so cool. End of May to June is a nice time to visit. It’s not as humid. Kapolei is within driving distance to the Aloha Stadium swap meet. Alamoana high end shopping mall. Pearl Harbor Memorial Museum! We had a wonderful time!

If you want to be close to attractions this isn't the place. But if you want quiet and safe with convenient food, shopping this is the place for you. Great breakfast and quiet for sleeping. I did request a quiet area though.

Location, location, location. The shopping, dining options near by, and free parking were a plus. The hotel was clean and updated and the staff friendly. It requires travel time to Airport, Waikiki Beach, and Pearl Harbor however we had a car rental so it wasn’t a hassle. However, many of the tours don’t pick up from this hotel. Otherwise, I highly recommend.

Excellent location for the area. The hotel is very clean and convenient for shopping. I like that the mall and other stores are next to the hotel. Parking is “Free” which is a big plus. Over A and will be staying there the next I’m back on the island.

Great location right next to a shopping center with tons of food options. Very far from Wakiki about 45min to an hour. Breakfast was really good every morning and it was nice that there was always fresh good in the lobby that was really good also.

Great property. Breakfast did the job! My kids loved the waffles. We didn't use the pool or laundry room but everything looked prestine. Would definitely stay here again. Slept like a baby! Small fridge and microwave definitely helps when you have kids.

Great property away from the hustle and bustle of Honolulu. The daily breakfast at 6am was delicious and the before 6am “to go” bagged breakfast were much appreciated as an option. The location offered lots of dining options within walking distance.
