Hotel Henrietta

I loved this hotel until I got the bill and realized that there was an undisclosed charge somewhere between Hotels.com and Hotel Henrietta. I’m not sure who’s being shady here but I have two different invoices with different amounts, one from Hotels.com & one from the hotel, and both are less than what I was actually charged. And both entities are blaming the other for the discrepancy. Bottom line, don’t book this hotel through a third party. If there’s a billing discrepancy you’ll never get it resolved. And I didn’t actually save any money booking through here, just gained a headache. Also, it’s very difficult to get ahold of a person at the hotel. They apparently don’t look at emails and the front desk only answers the phone (the number for which isn’t the one listed on their website) when they feel like it.

Have stayed here twice now and the rooms are truly excellent. The hotel itself is beautiful as well

Very comfortable bed and upscale touches! Loved that the hotel is newly renovated but has unique style.
