The hotel is in serious need of maintenance. Everything looks worn, not kept up, broken, dented, etc. However the bed and pillows were surprisingly comfortable, the breakfast was on par with other hotels, and the pool and fitness center were adequate. Only had one elevator for four floors, which kept us waiting quite a bit.

This is a great place. There are small signs of the beginning of decline (banged up furniture, cracked grout, etc.( But the room was large and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is industrial food, but good. The lobby, pool, and weight room are in good repair. Beautiful place. One bug negative- the tub didn't drain.

We had a wonderful stay. This location is right off the freeway and easy to get in and out of. The staff was amazing! Alissa and Jakob we're always amazing for us when we had questions as to where we should go and local places to spend time at and tour. We felt very safe at the location. The swimming pool was very cool and unique. It was an indoor and outdoor swimming pool which was really cool I've never seen anything like it. They also had a really awesome hot tub. The pool hours were open until 10:00 p.m. they also had breakfast available for us which was really a nice treat. When we requested room service our bedrooms were so nicely treated as well as our belongings and having nice Linens and towels was just so wonderful. I highly recommend this place. It was a very beautiful stay as well as the property itself was very nice

Spark by Hilton could be a very nice place if not for a few serious flaws, the main one being room odor. On a stink scale of 1-10, I’d rate it a 7 for chemical/perfume odor. The smell is quite noticeable as you enter the room. It’s not as unpleasant as odors I’ve experienced in other hotels, but stink is stink. The goal is always fresh clean air, not smoke odor and not perfumey/chemical scents. What makes the situation at Spark especially egregious is that they deliberately pump the odor into your room by installing an odor disk directly into the air conditioner! When I asked about the smell at the front desk, they said it’s the same in every room. Shockingly, they don’t even consider having rooms with fresh air for people with chemical sensitivities, respiratory issues, or who just don’t like stink in their hotel rooms. This is insane IMO, but it is what it is. Fortunately, in my case they were willing to send maintenance people up to take the odor disk out of the AC unit, but if you get there in the evening after maintenance is gone you’re stuck with the stink until the next day. One additional gripe about Spark is that their mini-fridges don’t have a freezer, so if you’ve got ice for a cooler you have to bring it to the front desk and have them store it in one of their freezers. Thankfully, they’re accommodating about this. On the plus side, the rooms are good sized, well-lit, have ample desk/work space and comfortable beds.

Bathtub was dirty which makes me wonder what else was not cleaned. No hair dryer, which was weird. Never stayed at a hotel that didn't provide one. No outlets by sink so curling my hair was an issue. And that's fine but knowing this, put an outlet closer to the mirror in the room. Had to basically curl my hair by feel because cord not long enough to curl and look in mirror at same time.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, but this hotel was not nearly as nice as it appears online. Room was sparse and felt generally unclean. Multiple things were stained, including walls, bed linens, carpets and curtains. The room had a musty smell, like wet towels, and the hotel in general smelled like multiple types of strong smelling food.

The property looks nothing like the pictures my room was filthy. The sink, tub, and almost every towel had hair on it. The floor felt grimy, there were black marks on the wall and a piece of the wall paper was falling off. I ended up checking out early and staying somewhere else.

I stayed for 3 nights for work. As stated in other reviews, renovations are currently happening on the outside of the building, but did not occur outside working hours. The bed bugs reviews got me worried, but I didn't see any signs in room 303. The king bed was very comfortable and its cleanliness was up to standards. The room's cleanliness in general was good, only the carpet was very old and stained; it was the kind of carpet that you prefer keeping your shoes on. The age of the carpet is probably the cause of the musty smell in the room that could be managed while keeping the window open in the evening. The AC was running fine and not too noisy at night. The hot breakfast was fine and of similar quality to any other hotel/motel chain. I had limited interaction with the staff, but everyone was nice and there is nothing they could do to improve my stay. The other hotel guests were also completely fine and I didn't see any difference from any other hotels I've ever been to. The neighboring hotels look a lot newer from the outside. I would give it a 5/10, it's alright but definitely has room for improvement.

Cute foryer, great staff. Room is minimalist and clean. Bathroom is tiny, the door swings inward and it's a squeeze to open fully. There are accessible rooms that may be better. Window overlooks parking lot, idling motorcycles were loud enough I checked to see if it was open. Immediate neighborhood is uninteresting, but fast food and gas stations within a block.

We had two rooms for one night. One room was very good, clean and fairly quiet for being next to the interstate. But the other room, although clean, had a bad air conditioner, which rattled all night long, severely disrupting the occupants sleep. They will never stay here again.

The room was beautiful and very clean but we were next to the elevator maintenance room, there was a noise all night long that kept us awake,not good! I said something to the front desk the next morning but it was just brushed off as nothing well it wasn't nothing to be kept awake all night.

Beds were good. Bathroom was on the small side. Breakfast was fine, but nothing hot. Bagels, packaged muffins, cereals. Stay was fine for the price and desk clerk the evening we checked in was extremely friendly. I believe Darion is his name. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Again, nothing horrible, but nothing amazing either.

I was very nervous when I approached the building. It did not feel safe driving up. I was worried about our vehicle being broken into. Everything was safe when we left. The door handle-key card plate was loose on our entry door. Most comfortable bed I have slept in for a very long time! Kids running down the hall were noisy but not the hotel's fault. Breakfast was good. Worth the $100.

Great location, easy to get to airport parking from the hotel. Friendly staff, nice rooms, clean! Just what I was looking for for a one-night stay prior to flying out the next morning. Was a little hesitant about the parking situation because signs up around the property saying don't leave valuables in the car and they are not liable for damage or theft, but I guess that is anywhere around Denver these days. Lots of food options near by.

We booked one night before our return flight. I didn’t expect fancy for the price, but still felt surprised at some things. Our room had an odor to it, so we had to open the window and prop the door for a bit. Parts of the floor are soft, like water damage. The elevator was gross. It desperately needs resurfaced. Pool and hot tub were closed but I didn’t find that out until we arrived. I only book hotels with hot tubs so this made me mad. Bed was comfortable though. Room was fine. No frills. Poor toiletries. Had to go to another floor for ice. Not a good breakfast. Watered down gross gravy. Horrible spongy eggs. Waffle was my last resort and a Greek yogurt for some protein. Won’t stay here again. Needs full renovation.

For the price you can't beat this hotel. We were close to so many shopping opportunities including an outlet mall that was less than 30 minutes away. Hotel was nice for money, pool was wonderful. Breakfast had no hot food, only cereal, yogurt and bagels. Some fruit. Overall though wonderful stay.

Desk staff is very helpful. Be sure to request a room on the North side of the complex. It's located hard against I-70 off ramp. Difficult to get into and out of the facility because of this unusual traffic flow. The breakfast has NO hot options. Continental only. If you want coffee in the morning, you have to go down stairs to get it.
