Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Ventura Harbor by IHG

The only problem I had was with the room key and the door didn’t seem to open with ease. The first time I opened it an employee saw me and helped me out very quickly and easily. It was very sweet, but if I were going out at my own, I would probably found it rather difficult to open the door of the room. I stayed in 244. I think it was.

It was okay I was in a no smoking room and could smell smoke from the other rooms

We were there one night. Seemed to be a nice hotel. Staff was friendly. Would stay again.

Great room with a view! I really appreciate that I was able to bring my dog without paying an arm and a leg. Thank you for that.

The room was clean. However, it was a big room with one tiny light between the bed. There were no overhead lights nor lamps in the room. There was one small desk lamp that didn’t work. It took over an hour to get somebody to come look at it. So we basically wandered around in a nearly dark room all evening.
