Expedia advertised this hotel as having parking but it does not! There is not even a place to drive up and unload luggage. The staff and manager were so uninterested and unhelpful in helping us figure out where to park our car. The parking we did find was so expensive and took us hours to figure out. In general the staff are not helpful:( The only good thing was the location near Hammersmith station but we will never stay here again.

Property was fine, staff excellent. I did have a problem with parking. On expedia is says some parking. Got to the hotel and there was ZERO parking. This was the number one reason I was staying, parking. They sent me to a parking garage across the way and I had to pay an extra 250 pound to park for the weekend. NOT WORTH IT.

Frukosten var OK, men det fanns inget normalt pålägg till brödet, förutom marmelad. Personal trevlig och hjälpsam, rummet var rent och bra. Bra avstånd till tunnelbana, men inte så mycket roliga restauranger i närheten, middagen på hotellet var bra med bra komboerbjundande middag+frukost.

Nice staff, clean room and good breakfast. For the price and cleanliness I would have said excellent, but lacked some form of storage for valuables (passport etc). Wasn't available in the room or as a service via the reception. Then the food in the restaurant was a bit pricy for what was served. Apart from that - great!

It was mentioned that the hotel has parking, but when I arrived there was no parking available. Also, regarding the room cleaning — I had to ask at the reception every day for someone to clean the room, and no one informed me that I needed to request it. Usually, this should be done automatically without having to ask.

A really great hotell! It was really modern and fresh. It’s 5 min walk from two different tubes. Rooms where clean and nice, but a bit small for 4 people (one double bed and two singles, one where chair who folds out to a bed) nice bed’s to sleep in, good cushions and duvets! Breakfast was ok. The restaurant had a really good steak, we highly recommend! And really nice staff. They also had wending machines in the reception, with sodas, water and some snacks! All in all we had a good 4 night stay here with our two kids. Will definitely recommend and come back if we where to travel to london again!

Frukosten var god, lite liten kanske med tanke på priset per natt men annars var det färskt. Personalen var trevlig! Rummet var rent förutom sängkläderna som var luddiga och hade vissa fläckar. Fläkten gick även på och av hela tiden trotts att den var avstängd. Hotellets läge var perfekt med tanke på att den låg så nära buss och tunnebanestation.

Classico hotel Premier Inn, camere nella norma, colazione a buffet buona, 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione metro. Molto negativa la pulizia. Siamo stati 4 notti. Il secondo giorno mi sono accorto che sotto il letto c'era un cucchiaino sporco, una scatoletta dell'ovetto Kinder e un sacco dei cuscini dei precedenti clienti (almeno). Ho richiesto per i 2 giorni seguenti la pulizia opzionale della camera (come da politica Premier Inn) che si è però limitata alla pulizia del bagno e al rifacimento dei letti. Al checkout sotto il letto era tutto come il primo giorno. Non so la moquette sotto il letto da quanto non vede un aspirapolvere... Questo mi basta per evitarlo pera la prossima volta

What a wonderful hotel. The room was spotless, the building secure and the staff were helpful and friendly in every way. Conveniently located a short walk from Hammersmith Station with just a quick ride into central London via the Piccadilly or District Line. We will be staying here again during our next visit to London. Would definitely recommend!

Otelin konumu çok iyi. Hammersmith istasyonuna 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Oda ve otel genel anlamda temiz ve düzenliydi. Personelle ilgili de bir sorun yaşamadık. Ancak özellikle kalacağınız odanın konumuna dikkat etmenizi tavsiye ederim. Çünkü asansörler uzunca bir koridorun en uç noktasında ve koridorun diğer ucundaki odalardan asansöre epey yürümeniz gerekiyor. Odalarda telefon yok dolayısıyla resepsiyona sormanız gereken birşey olduğunda tüm koridoru yürüyüp aşağı inmeniz gerekiyor. Biz koridorun en son odasında kalıyorduk. Mesela bir akşam otele döndük ve kumandanın çalışmadığını farkettik bunun için resepsiyona tekrar inmemiz gerekti. Ertesi gün oda temizliği talep etmiştik döndüğümüzde oda temizlenmemişti bunu bildirmek için tekrar resepsiyona inmemiz gerekti gibi.

The hotel was nice, but it could have been cleaner. The staff was very nice. The air conditioning in the room was super annoying because it had this random clicking noise that kept waking us up throughout the night, and it had to be turned on because you could not open the window.

Fint værelse med gode senge, men desværre uden varmt vand (kun lunkent) i bruseren alle dage, også efter det var "fikset". God morgenmad med stort udvalg. Det eneste der manglede var pålæg (ost, skinke mv.) Ligger godt i forhold til Metro og Heathrow lufthavn.

Hotel bien situé, personnel sympa, petit déjeuner bien fourni, chambre confortable. Seul bémol notre chambre avait une porte communiquante avec une autre chambre. 1ere nuit nous sommes réveillé à 00h30 par la TV de notre voisin. 2eme nuit, nous entendons les conversations de nos voisins comme si nous y étions.... Dommage.

The Premier Inn is a great affordable option in the west side of London. Close to three Underground stations with four lines to choose from, as well as being very close to the Apollo arena and vast shopping options around Hammersmith, its location is perfect. The rooms are clean and sizeable and the staff are very attentive. All in all I was quite impressed as while it might be seen as a low budget option, I wouldn’t say it compromises either safety, customer experience or comfort. I would recommend

Ganske udmærket hotel, der ligger tæt på Hammersmith underground station, og dermed let transfer til Heathrow lufthavn. Alt efter hvornår man kom, så var der ret lang kø til morgenmad. Til gengæld var det en god klassisk engelsk morgenmad med alt hvad der hører til.

The person that checked us in was very polite. Our room was a great size. When I went to ask for more towels and a rubber mat for the room. They gave me everything but the rubber mat. But shortly after I got back to my room it arrived. Everything thing was neat and clean. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Allt var bra förutom incheckningsdisken där personal som checkat in mig verkade vara oengagerad: ingen hälsning eller leende, knappt någon ögonkontakt och stresskänsla fast det var ingen kö bakom mig. Tråkigt då det var allra första intrycket av hotellet. Likaså i restaurangen, servicen var ojämn, vissa serverade snabbt och var uppmärksamma, andra mindre var opersonliga så det inte alltid kändes välkomnande. Detta drog ner betyget. I överlag så var det bra standard, bekvämt, prisvärt. Och vid utcheckningen var killen i utcheckningsdisken mycket trevlig och glad, så som det ska vara jämfört med incheckningen. Slutligen så kan jag tänka mig att komma tillbaka! :)

Le personnel est agréable L'emplacement de l'hôtel est top La chambre est bien, la literie vraiment également Point négatifs: le menage durant le séjour (on est restés 4 nuits .. 2 fois on a demandé à ce que la salle de bains soit nettoyée et rien de fait en 5 jours ! Vraiment dommage Et l'autre point negatif ... le service au restaurant le soir Trop trop long On a mangé 3 fois et à chaque fois on a attendu 2h nos plats

Didn’t get the room I booked. The check in experience was terrible as the staff was unwilling to help us get the accommodations we booked. The hotel was as advertised but the poor service negatively overshadowed everything. Very disappointing.

The hotel is conveniently located, and we enjoyed exploring the vibrant Hammersmith area. The staff were consistently helpful, though at times the property appeared short-staffed. The dinner and breakfast package offered good value. Our only disappointment was arriving late from SFO and finding that the dining room served only pizza, which tasted more like a frozen airline meal than a freshly prepared dish. It would have been appreciated to have better options available for late arrivals unfamiliar with the area. Nevertheless, after three stays we have come to know the staff well, and we look forward to returning on our next visit to London.

Expedia advertised this hotel as having parking but it does not! There is not even a place to drive up and unload luggage. The staff and manager were so uninterested and unhelpful in helping us figure out where to park our car. The parking we did find was so expensive and took us hours to figure out. In general the staff are not helpful:( The only good thing was the location near Hammersmith station but we will never stay here again.

What a wonderful hotel. The room was spotless, the building secure and the staff were helpful and friendly in every way. Conveniently located a short walk from Hammersmith Station with just a quick ride into central London via the Piccadilly or District Line. We will be staying here again during our next visit to London. Would definitely recommend!

The Premier Inn is a great affordable option in the west side of London. Close to three Underground stations with four lines to choose from, as well as being very close to the Apollo arena and vast shopping options around Hammersmith, its location is perfect. The rooms are clean and sizeable and the staff are very attentive. All in all I was quite impressed as while it might be seen as a low budget option, I wouldn’t say it compromises either safety, customer experience or comfort. I would recommend

Ganske udmærket hotel, der ligger tæt på Hammersmith underground station, og dermed let transfer til Heathrow lufthavn. Alt efter hvornår man kom, så var der ret lang kø til morgenmad. Til gengæld var det en god klassisk engelsk morgenmad med alt hvad der hører til.

Schone kamer, bad en douche. G oede locatie, dichtbij bus- en metrostation. Ontbijt was prima, maar te weinig lactosevrije opties en het hotel kon/wilde geen eigen lactosevrije producten in de koeling bewaren nog opwarmen.

Nice staff, clean room and good breakfast. For the price and cleanliness I would have said excellent, but lacked some form of storage for valuables (passport etc). Wasn't available in the room or as a service via the reception. Then the food in the restaurant was a bit pricy for what was served. Apart from that - great!

A really great hotell! It was really modern and fresh. It’s 5 min walk from two different tubes. Rooms where clean and nice, but a bit small for 4 people (one double bed and two singles, one where chair who folds out to a bed) nice bed’s to sleep in, good cushions and duvets! Breakfast was ok. The restaurant had a really good steak, we highly recommend! And really nice staff. They also had wending machines in the reception, with sodas, water and some snacks! All in all we had a good 4 night stay here with our two kids. Will definitely recommend and come back if we where to travel to london again!

The Continental Breakfast was very poor 8.95 per person No cheese Ham salami Boiled eggs. The staff were great . We asked for the room too be cleaned and wasn't. the beds were not changed either. Shopping was Ok in the near . Hotel was very close too the Hammersmith Underground very easy too get anywhere in London
