Nice TV, soundproof rooms, Disappointed that breakfast buffet was not available because of private groups. Dining choices limited and closed on weekend. Heater was noisy and overshot desired temperature causing A/C to kick in. No instructions on how to operate it. Stupid multi-function keys that do nothing. Tiny sink in bathroom. Overpriced hotel with no pool.

Fantastic location near to SFO airport. Nice hotel, comfortable rooms and a reasonable rate. The only frustration is that they have no available airport shuttle and charge for parking.

location is good, close to airport, but very quiet neighborhood, surrounding by other hotels. room is clean and good size, bed is comfortable. to point out: at the property, the staff told us $25 for car parking (surprise). Also, be careful, breakfast is not included. $20.0 if you like to enjoy it.

The hotel was nice and in good condition. They opted for a new conference room and sacrificed the pool. Elevators were slow and our first room toilet did not flush. Staff was great. Maintenance staff is probably scarce as no one showed up to fix the toilet so we just changed rooms. It is a business hotel in a business park so there is nothing really close by to walk around and see. Price per night in SF was the selling point.

One of the elevators were not working. The tile floor was dirty. I am sure the Hilton's would not approve. Other than that, the room was cleaned and staff was friendly. Also, need to upgrade to EV charge parking.

I will never stay in this hotel again. The room was dirty and some water leaking somewhere seem to come around the bath tub. Found a long hair inside the sheet. This place is filthy.

The propery has been outfitted with mismatching furniture and fittings, some very ugly, as if they received whatever was left in a warehouse The blackput curtains were completely torn as if the room had been shot up. Many large holes. Rooms/beds will only be made on alternating days but no one will tell you that upon registration. When questioned, front desk staff, a manager type said "it is on the website" and "all Hiltons in California do the same thing" The breakfast "reastaurant" had no one to take orders, and all the tables were very dirty from previous guests. Musty odor in the room. Staff with tired, sullen attitude, and substandard personal appearance (unwashed hair, unwashed face, clothing worn was not freshly laundered). $23 parking fee (which was comped to make up for breakfast fiasco). There are many options in the area (Oyster Point), we've stayed in 2 others with similar or lower pricing and much higher standards of appearance, cleanliness, and service.

Room spacious and comfortable. Especially liked having a comfortable chair along with a desk chair. Very nice to have a fridge and microwave . Staff very attentive and helpful. Nice to have dinner available on the premises after a long drive.

Hi, Our stay at the Hilton Garden was just okay—nothing particularly spectacular about our 3-night stay. We noticed a few things: 1. None of the staff members we encountered smiled. They completed their tasks, but the level of friendliness and warmth we’ve come to expect from Hilton was missing. There was no “wow” factor. 2. We tried the cook-to-order breakfast, which we initially thought was complimentary. When I asked if they had decaf coffee, the server said they had run out. Unfortunately, they continued to be out of decaf for the rest of our stay. 3. It was disappointing to learn that there was no streaming service on the TV in our room. For a Hilton-branded hotel, we expected modern amenities and the ability to stream. Overall, our stay was fine, but it did not meet the level of service and comfort we usually associate with Hilton.

This hotel room was very spacious. The staff very Friendly . All the things you would need in a room biggest TV ever. Nice area for breakfast outside area very clean and safe easy access to many things in the area. The rate was very fair. I was unaware of the parking fee, and the manager called me one night, which I thought was very gracious of him.

Nice property, room was clean and quite big. Staff at reception, at least in the day shift when I checked in, was very plain, almost like they didn’t even want to be there. Zero information on anything, barely just took my ID and have my the room key, without even saying the room number and where the elevators/stairs where. Of course I can figure that stuff out myself, but it’s usually the minimum you’d expect from a reception.

We found the hotel to be a good location for our 4-day family trip to San Francisco. It was close enough to the tourist spots, and far enough from the city, which is what we wanted. The hotel manager Mark and staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was a little outdated, but clean and quiet. We would stay here again.

The hotel is safe, quiet and clean. Everything was great other than the fact that you have to Uber/Lyft everywhere. There’s no access to public transportation around the hotel.

Lauren at the front desk was super helpful and very personable, we looked forward to daily interaction with her. :) The hotel itself, is in a quiet business area about 25-30 mins away from the downtown area. Not a bad drive at whichever time of day we went.

The property is old. The rooms are a bit dull and dingy. The breakfast buffet is very limiting for vegeterians. The paid additional breakfast also does not have great options for vegeterians. The staff and front desk are very professional, helpful and polite.
