If you have a relative staying at hopital Enfant Jesus and you don't have transportation available, this is the place to stay. Just across the street from the hospital, lots of food options at a walking distance. You can also have free street parking overnight until 10am during weekdays or during the whole day on Sunday. The hospital parking lot only charges $11/day which is still cheaper than most downtown options.

Super séjour , chambre propre et tout équipée ! À proximité du vieux Québec , nous avons toujours trouver de la place pour ce garer ( gratuit de 21h à 9h ) . Un café et une épicerie sont disponibles au rez de chaussée .

Overall experience is good. The property is very new. Room is spacious and bright. Check in process is unique but smooth. Finding a parking nearby was a huge headache. And we also found a Easter egg....an underwear from last guest under the curtain. 😅

Apprécié la beauté du loft tout neuf tout équipé Pas Apprécié que les planchers de bois étaient mal nettoyés car en marchant pieds nus nos pieds se sont salis. Pas Apprécié le savon pour la douche, trop petit et pas de qualité Vraiment pas apprécié que l'employée d'entretien des chambres est entré à 10h30 am sans frapper, pourtant l'affiche Ne Pas Déranger etait bien en vue sur la poignée et que nous avions jusqu'à 11h am pour quitter le Loft! Inacceptable !

The room we stayed in was spacious and bright. The neighbourhood is a hospital and residential area so it was very quiet. Two things we did not like about our room. First the blinds on the exterior windows is just a black shear drape. While it blocks a little bit of sunlight the room is otherwise in bright sun. At night, people outside can see everything inside the room through the shear drapes when the inside lights are illuminated. There is no privacy with this drape configuration. The second issue is our room was an accessible room. The bathroom shower was configured such as wheelchair occupants can roll into the shower. The ground of the shower was sloped to allow the shower water to flow into the drain. However, our experience was that the shower water would flow past the drain and out onto the bathroom floor. This creates a slipping hazard in the bathroom with the escapes water. Otherwise, we enjoyed Les Lofts de Vitre as bus transportation to Vieux Quebec was convenient.

The room was large and clean. But lacked a lot. No storage. No dresser or closet in the bedroom, only 5 hangers and a hook. We had to live out of our suitcase. The bathroom was large , but again very little storage. Only a bookcase style cabinet and a few hooks for towels. With all the room in the bathroom, could have used more shelves. Also, shower didn't drain correctly, so floor was always soaked after showers. We had to soak up the water with the towels. Called to have this checked, but still had same issue. No one was ever available to speak to in person. Could only communicate by email or phone. Room lacked privacy, windows only had sheer panels and no shades. Room became very hot on sunny days, which made it very uncomfortable.

Communication on getting access was painful to get as there is no one on site. Parking was not clear. Smart TV and apt were impeccable and in great state. The bus to downtown was the most convenient 15 min single bus ride. Loved the place.

Very difficult booking and check in process. Language challenge with email instructions for check in. Ridiculous to have to check in and out when trying to extend stay. Please note this property is next door to a major trauma centre. My husband is in critical condition and trying to extend stays for myself and family was beyond frustrating! Property itself was excellent. Please have compassion for these situations and improve your process and communication!

No confirmation code was sent to me until 5 mins before the check -in time which was unprofessional. I had to go to the mall to kill almost 2 hours with my husband even though we were both tired from our road trip , just wanted to get in and wash off . When we finally got in after 4 pm , the wasn’t any hot water coming other of the pipe , and the pressure of the water was also weak to even take a proper bath . Everything was there in terms of kitchen ustensiles and eve. A coffee maker yet no coffee nor tea or napkins were around . Since we barely sleep in and always go out while we are in Quebec City to meet up with friends and go out until the next day anyways , it wasn’t that bad ! Could be better though

Everything was good except for the check-in procedure. We arrived five hours early, and the woman on the intercom told us we couldn’t enter the building until 4 p.m. We waited outside in the cold for two hours before calling her again. This time, she said we could enter—but only if we paid an extra $40. Couldn’t she have told us this earlier? We paid the $40 and finally entered the building.

Le loft est tres beau et neuf. Il dispose de tout le necessaire pour passer un agreable sejour. On regrette juste l absence de personnel a l accueil et surtout la non communication pour nous envoyer les codes (de nombreuses personnes n avaient pas reçu d informations et sont bloquées devant la porte pour donner par telephone les informations manquantes (souvent la CB pour la caution).

숙소가 깨끗하고 국내의 작은 오피스텔같은 느낌이었어요. 그리고 음식을 해먹을 수 있고 공용 세탁기가 있어서 편리했어요. 체크인 할 때 약간 애먹었지만, 숙소 관리자와 통화하면서 웹에서 체크인 마치면 이메일로 룸넘버와 비밀번호, 와이파이 패스워드를 보내주고 입실하면 됩니다. 올드퀘백과 몽모랑시폭포에 800번 버스 타고 쉽게 갈 수 있어서 편리했습니다.

Laundry service was convenient. You do have to walk a little bit (like 20 minutes) to go the nearest restaurants to eat, but it’s so worth it. Walking to old Quebec is walkable but just super long. It’s better to Uber. I stayed in a studio and it was nice and cozy. No complaints. I loved the modern look.

7 minutes to old city.. very easy to drive to and from. Property was excellent condition. Parking worked out for us but be prepared and plan as need to use city street or two lots close by.

Tres beaux loft propre ! A seulement 15 min du vieux quebec en voiture ! Il y a un petit cafe/ boulangerie tres proche qui offre des choix delicieux ! Seul bemol, nous n'avions pas de serviette pour essuyer la vaisselle et lentrée du depart n'est pas evidente.le code que j'avais recus pour debarrer ne fonctionnait pas.

The only complaint was that we had a long stay and a there were a few things missing that we thought would come with this units kitchen, such as a dish cloth and dishtowels. No paper towels or basics like salt and pepper. Otherwise ok.

Nice and cozy room that is close to public transportation at an affordable price. You can find kitchen utensils to pots/pans and dishwasher soap in the kitchen to make meals. The room was very clean and hospitable. The nearest grocery store market is about a 15 min walk (one-way). The only caveat is when we arrived in Quebec in the morning, they did not allow early check-in or have luggage storage. Please plan accordingly if you arrive before the 4 PM check-in time. I would recommend booking your stay at this property if you're in the Quebec area or at one of their other locations.
