Best Western Inn & Suites San Diego Zoo -SeaWorld Area

Stay was overall good. Hotel is under renovations so parking is super limited and the hallways are super chaotic. Our room was clean and comfortable which is always great. Breakfast was decent, very crowded as the hotel was full but overall not bad. Lots of teens so it was loud all hours of the day and night which I didn’t love. Would stay again though.

Breakfast was kinda mid tbh. Staff was very nice. Slightly run down in general. Had to pay for parking since there’s no parking nearby on the street. Bathroom kind of small. Beds were comfortable and didn’t smell bad. Overall average to slightly above average

I stayed on the 2nd floor. The elevator to go up had walls covered in cardboard & pool noodles on the rails . The door squeaked as it opened/ closed . Got to my floor and the carpet was covered in plastic , vents were popped off the ceiling . Noticed it was under construction, but it was pretty dirty .. as in crumbled food on the floor everywhere. My room had no hand soap. The bathroom wall had something splattered on it . Breakfast was bland. Potatoes looked like they were just cut up and sautéed with no salt or seasoning. Sausage was dry . Pancakes were cold. Btw parking is $26.
