MacDonlad light all night right outside your window and the enter and exit shared with MacDonalds drive through making it odd and awkward to exit. Line for In/Out Burger blocks exit also.

It’s an OK hotel. Barely clean but area around. It is not good at all. Drive-through McDonald’s right next to it. Benefits are easy. Access to highway. Pool not heated. Breakfast mediocre. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The staff were friendly and helpful in accommodating my family. Overall, the room was clean. The bathroom is very big which is a nice bonus when you have small children. The breakfast was also nice. They offer typical continental breakfast items. There seems to be enough parking for the hotel, but with nearby restaurants, it appears they sometimes use the reserved hotel parking spaces. There is a McDonalds and In N Out right outside the hotel.

All good except, found a McDonald’s wrapper on the floor next to the curtains, we did not eat at McDonald’s. TV the guide on it did not have any information as to what was on each channel. We did see the paper that told what each channel was like ABC, NBC etc.

Terrible stay. I meant to book the Best Western just down the street from this one where our family had a wonderful stay several years ago. This is an old run down hotel that needs work. Staff was friendly but not very helpful. Our room didn't get cleaned the entire 3 day stay (i.e. fresh towels, more TP,...we grabbed some off the housekeeping cart in the hall for ourselves). No handsoap in the room when we arrived. The room and hotel had a slight cigarette smoke smell to it. They must have a problem with it because they had a lot of non smoking signage. The elevator was super sketchy and the inspection paper showed that it expired two years ago. The elevator was bumpy at best and tried to start moving while the door was still open on one ride. The beds are terrible and need replacement. The mini fridge had some mold growing in the back of it. The microwave didn't work. Didn't try out the small TV. The pool was locked and we had to get someone to open it. I'll add some pictures later if I can. The add photos feature isn't working on the hotels.com app right now.

Our stay at the Best Western was comfortable and adequate. We usually stay in slightly more upscale hotels so it was a bit less luxurious than some of our typical stays. However, it was clean and the beds were comfortable. A couple of things we didn’t like very much were: 1) you have to turn on the noisy fan if you want to turn on the bathroom light 2) the sink area is right next to the sleeping area, with no door or divider in between. That makes it impossible for one guest to wash up if other guests are sleeping. Our window on the thirdf floor was right next to a bright and noisy In N Out Burger. But with the curtains and the window closed, it didn't bother us at all. It was nice to be able to open the window anyway, if we wanted to.

I had a standard king room that was a 2 room suite. It was a huge room and despite being next to the elevator, I didn’t hear any noise at night other than from the parking area. Super clean and everything worked great. WiFi was good. Decent breakfast. I think the only thing approaching a negative was that part of the parking lot was closed and the door nearest my car was sealed off with tape. Maybe exterior work on the building? Great place to stay but a bit expensive. I tried to add a night to my 4 night stay and it would have been $299 for that one night.

The old man was rude to me and discriminated me based on his treatment towards me. I am a Native American and he is Caucasian. I have stayed at other Best Western and I have 4400 points in my membership. Never have I experienced such customer service. He was not only rude to me but also to the Expedia representative. He should be retired if he does not want to be of service to guests. As a healthcare professional I am disappointed for such treatment I did not stay here since I was unwelcomed

We visit Pinnacles National Park every year so this is our preferred location to stay. It is very close to the Freeway and access is convenient. There are local restaurants and fast food locations within easy walking distance. The free breakfast and 24 hour beverage service are added bonuses we like.

Motel itself is fine for a one night stay while traveling. It’s right beside the 101 off-ramp. No complaints about the facilities. It’s in a row of motels bedside a McDonalds and Burger King. Quite a few homeless in the area . Really not suitable for taking a walk.

It's a basic hotel which does the job for a quick stay near Monterey. Breakfast was essential and the staff started packing it at 10am on the dot. We didn't really bothered about checking Salinas but it didn't seem to offer much. It's just a reasonably convenient base near the coast to save a bit of money compared to the pricey Monterey.

The staff was accommodating and helpful, especially in offering suggestions for local tourist spots. I appreciate the little hospitality touches (water, tea, coffee available 24/7) and the convenience of the ice machine. Breakfast area was spotless and the selection offered a great variety. Wish a more neutral news channel or the Weather Channel could have been on the TV. Fox was hard to swallow in the morning.

Our stay was good, safe area, quiet and lots of parking. The only thing that I notice in most hotels offer free continental breakfast but only until either 9 or 10 am. I get it but people on vacation don’t want to rush to get up in time. This hotel was until 9am.

We really enjoyed our stay! Quiet area next to in and out burger, Macdonald and gas station. Right next to freeway entrance. Staff very friendly and hotel clean overall! No complaints other than breakfast. Breakfast is more continental. Eggs and sausage looked awful. I walked to McDonalds instead.

We were greeted warmly by the staff. They even upgraded our room. The room was spacious and well kept. The breakfast provided had plenty of choices. One of the favorites - waffles - were there. Good coffee. I will use this location next time I am in the area.

A horrible experience that traumatized my wife and kids. Unfortunately, we are BW members. The receptionist #1 rejected our request for an hour late checkout, which is normally geanted ar any hotel we stayed in the last 25 years. Then she threatened us to call the police only for asking her to provide her name on a paper. As a result, we rushed out and forgot an expensive shoes at the room. She indicated her manager's name is #2, but when we called, #3 picked up and said he's the manager alongside #2. #3 could not resolve any of these issues. We called back to speak to #2, he on the other hand said he's just a receptionist, not a manager and I should call the customer care for BW.
