Price was great, room was new and impeccably tidy but the staff was abnormally kind. Checked in late after 11pm and the front desk rep was both professional and knowledgeable with a smile! Breakfast attendants were sweet and happy to be doing their job. Every door was monitored and the parking lot had security. We will stay here again.

Advertised a pool. Found out later that pool has not worked for 4 years. Not sure why it was still in the photos! (Looks like they have taken that down now)

It was a quick trip for us, but this fit our needs very well. The room was spacious for the kids & service was excellent. The service staff were all so friendly & helpful. The elevator takes forever though because there is only one small elevator for the entire place. The walls were thin, so we could hear the baby nextdoor crying in the middle of the night. The kids were excited about the pool, but its currently under construction.

Hotel had bugs. Killed three spiders in a few hours. The room door slammed so hard that it shakes the wall. definitely a safety issue. It hit my son on the shoulders. The room only had three towels for a 4 person stay room booking. When asked for an additional towel the housekeeping definitely made sure we understood her attitude. Told my concerns to front desk and nothing was addressed or noted.

This is a nice hotel that appear nearly new. It is very clean and the staff was very friendly. The only drawback was that it is right on the freeway and had terrible road noise as Highway 101 was literally right out the door.

Great choice for an overnight in Salinas. My only grief was from the guests above us and the lack of sound separation. Unfortunately, this is a problem in almost every hotel. Otherwise, highly recommend.

The property inside was clean, rooms were nice and big, and I liked that they had free coffee and breakfast. The BIG con was the night shift customer service. I called at night for toilet paper. I called 4-5 times until someone answered. The front desk guy said I had to go downstairs (so I did). No one was there. I called 5 times to see if anyone would answer and no one did. It honestly felt unsafe not having anyone there nor security (as that area of Salinas is not the safest at night).

Omg Veronica at the front desk is mean and rude and scary. Avoid her at all cost. She will get mad and will not check you in if you are on the phone. They will not give extra comforter or sheet. I was afraid to ask for anything else. I always had great experience at Holiday Inns. Veronica ruined this one.

Security staff came up to my window in my car and wanted to see my hotel room key because I was talking on the phone in my car. Tried to switch rooms because Expedia booked the incorrect room type and hotel staff and expedia staff were rude and not helpful at all. I am don with Expedia!

Good, simple hotel. Easy to get to by car. Decent breakfast. Quiet. Close to the city center, although not really walkable, but that's not the hotel's fault. Easy to park by the hotel. Close to a couple of fast food places.

Property was very clean, staff were professionals, rooms were very clean. About 45-60 mins from Carmel and point lobos. Is a newer built hotel maybe ten years old. Much bwtter condition than any of the other hotels in this city. Has a gym, pool, and hottub! Free holiday style breakfast. They actually had a very nice coffee machine that grinded the beans for each cup of coffee. Not the generic drip coffee!

We stayed two nights and were very pleased. We had asked for a quiet room when making the reservation, and they reserved a very nice room for us on the 3rd floor. The view from our room was relaxing as we could see the fields of lettuce being harvested and the beautiful hills in the background. We also enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. There was quite the selection of items to choose from. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

I believe that there’s people that go for work and stay for business. They wake up early to go to work, but your breakfast is not open until 630. It’s an inconvenience for some of us. Please give it more thought to open earlier.

Our stay was very nice! Clean, safe and the staff was very friendly. They serve a huge variety of breakfast items and I would like to especially thank Elena the amazing, friendly help in the morning kitchen. She was very helpful and made us feel welcomed and she was very eager to not only help our family she was very attentive to all the guest needs. Five stars for the entire hotel and an extra five stars for Elena!!!

You should have vegetarian options in your breakfast not just meat or eggs. We did not get any vegetarian options at breakfast so we need to only work with bread and jam. Vegetarian does not mean just putting on the shelves pre cut vegetables without any dish.

Daisy, the lady that cleaned our room was AMAZING! She was so sweet and she did a great job cleaning our room. The pillows were the worst! They were way too soft. The breakfast each day was the best!
