everything was awesome except the pool. the hot tub was green and the pool had leaves and dead bugs in it. The staff didn't say anything about how the pool worked and when I asked what the hours were and things like that she didn't mention anything about it being not in service and she handed me the towels. I wouldn't go in or let my son in because I didn't want us to get sick off of how dirty the pool is. everything else was awesome.

Good parking. Nothing worked properly. Elevator needs work. The refrigerator not working at all. Lamps not working. Shredded curtains. No trash bags. The worstwas the towels. So dirty, three of them had máscara on them and one of them had what looked like blood stains. The rest of towels were yellowish. Never seen such dirty towels in a hotel. I thought this place would be so much better than this.

Nice, quiet, clean rooms. Really lovely staff. Good Internet. Great breakfast offered in the mornings. Pool & hot tub rock. Overall a great place to stay. Ice machine, snacks, all good. Walking distance to In & Out Burger and a block from the 101 freeway entrance, so super convenient.

Not in a great neighborhood but parking lot was safe. The TV channel list was incorrect. Had to request a microwave to get one. But they did find one promptly. They wouldnt break a 20 bill I planned to use for a tip. But the bed and bathroom were very good and it was very quiet. Very clean. Hallway was under repair. Breakfast inferior to the Hampton Inn.

Property is good. Staff is great! However, breakfast items are horrible. No hot breakfast, no eggs, coffee was terrible. Elevator is super slow. They don’t offer any water, neither was any drinkable water in the room. Super tiny fridge in the room.

Stayed here one night because Monterey Bay was so expensive. Stayed on top floor. Had no issues, beds were comfortable, spa was hot and enjoyable, location was good, room was clean. Elevator was very slow and breakfast was ok.

I love the room because it was really clean bathrooms was really really clean and the sheets and towels literally smell clean, I went inside the jacuzzi it was wonderful really clean…….just a lot of unhouse people around there

Average room. Desk chair had some food smashed in it. Average breakfast. Gym wasnt great, small and no air circulation. It was very stuff. Worst of all there was a cockroach by the tv. Slept with lights on so i didnt get any surprises during night. I notified staff next morning, they didnt seem to concerned.

Checking in was very good with the customer service person. Room had same carpet as the corridor .Felt like staying in a dirty carpeted room. Paint peeling in bathroom, edges dirty, took two towels to dry after shower. Breakfast was awful, All packaged items which you purchase from Dollar Stores. Would not have paid nearly $200 a room if I had known all this deficiencies VERY DISAPPOINTED..

The first night we arrived we had an issue with the ac, we were so tired we went to bed but couldn't sleep because it was so hot. The next morning I asked the lady at the desk if someone could look at it so she went up and unplugged it, plugged it back in and it worked for about an hour or so. We left, came back and it was hot again so I called the desk and the lady said she would be right up, she never came I called the next day and the lady came up, unplugged it, plugged it back in and it worked for a little while, I came back up after working out and it was hot again so the lady at the desk told us to pack our stuff and we would be moved to a different room. I'm not sure what was up with the first room as the TV wouldn't stay connected to the internet, the ac didn't work right and the water pressure was way lower than the second room. I'm glad we finally got switched rooms.

When I arrived to check in, no one was there for over 20 minutes. Finally someone showed up, looked like he was clocking back in and had no personality while helping me, and no apologies for having to wait. No one went out of their way during the stay to be welcoming.

The property was a little tired, but the rooms are good and the beds great! Biggest drawback? There’s an In and Out next door and that screws up traffic. Felt very safe, if unconvienced.

When I got to my room around 11 p.m., it was a mess, filled with dirty sheets and tons of pillows in the bed. The next morning at 7 a.m., someone was working in the hallways, making a lot of noise. And to top it off, there was no breakfast, and it was 8 a.m., just some fruit that didn't even look good.
