I really liked that the Property had 2 ev charging stations. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was good. You also get two free adult beverages, from 5:30pm -7:30 pm but I didn’t have them.

I like the convenience of this hotel, just across the street from old town La Quinta. Generally the hotel is great, but our most recent stay we noticed the room temperature wouldn’t get below 70 and when I’d try to lower it it wouldn’t go any lower than 69, which is how it’s set up, plus it would go off every time you left, which is fine but we’d come back an hour or more and our room went up 6-8 degrees, way warmer than it was outside. I’m all for conserving energy but that doesn’t seem like the best plan. For what we paid per night, I should’ve been able to have my room temp to my liking. We were also disappointed that the gym was closed during our stay.

When a property has the words Suites and spa in there name and you book only to find out there Spa is closed now for a year it’s upsetting and feels like false advertising as your add was not flagged as spa closed! I had to go off property and pay substance more. Please look to credit my account

Great Breakfast and Managers Special at night. Love the 24 hour fitness center and the pool that's open at 6am and is the absolute perfect temperature. The staff are very attentive, especially the breakfast attendants. The bed was a bit on the firm side but we'll bring a topper next getaway. Thanks again Embassy Suites

Check in was fast. Bathroom was dirty with stains in the walls. There was a small amount of toilet paper left. Thankfully it was only 2 of us and we were in the room for a bit. But they should’ve left an extra one behind or put a new one. I could’ve called the front for extra but I’m sure they wouldn’t have brought it up quick or at all. Since I called the morning I was checking out for a towel and they never brought it up. Had to reuse the one I used the night before, gross. The room was horrible, the AC is extremely loud and did not cool the room at all. Me and my partner were hot the whole night. It was really uncomfortable. The pool was okay, a bit dirty but there was plenty of seating. The free drinks they offer were also nice and the breakfast was alright. Overall the reception and breakfast staff were friendly and nice, that was the only good thing about the property. And the surrounding area since it’s walkable to downtown La Quinta.

This hotel is pretty good, the best thing about it was that we couldn’t hear anything at night! Like I didn’t hear a single noise from outside or from the hotel. The rooms are ok as far as cleanliness goes, there was a wrapper from a previous guest left (under couch) and also a hair tie that was not mine near the bed in plain sight which tells me they aren’t very detailed in their cleaning. The pool is a good size and good for kids, the hot tub works. However, I don’t think either is very clean. The pool water was murky. Breakfast was good, props to the friendly lady who made my omelet. We ate at a Mexican restaurant nearby which was delicious so it’s a nice area which is another plus. Staff was friendly. I give it a 7/10, unless you’re a germaphobe!

The property was clean and the staff were friendly. A few rowdy residence at the hotel, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Breakfast was pretty mediocre. But I think it’s realistic not to expect a great breakfast at the Embassy suites. It was nice that they have snack time in the afternoon where you had fresh vegetables, some dips, coffee, and random snack snacks. The setting is very comfortable and cozy and clean. The pool was not very clean, but I don’t think they can help it due to the amount of trees around it and the bugs in the area.

I like the staff at the kitchen area very polite, professional and friendly. The bartender has excellent service. The restrooms from the pool area were super dirty and not clean. I had to call for room service because the room we stayed was not being cleaned. Other than that everything was nice.

I got a very clean and roomy suite. Bathroom was spotless and spacious. The hotel provides awesome complimentary breakfast! Nice pool with 2 hot tubs. Only one downside was the AC in the room. We had changed temperature to the lowest possible (69 degree) with high fan and still got sweaty at night.

Our casita was dirty. Needed vacuuming. The furniture was dirty. The couch/bed in the living room was horrible. Felt like it was broken. Uncomfortable to sit in and absolutely could not sleep on. I ended up sleeping on the floor on a foam pad that the staff was kind enough to bring. I spent a lot of money to sleep on the floor. Staff was great!

If you book this Hilton through Expedia you will get second class treatment. The management said that because I used Expedia I got an ADA room instead of one of the nicer appointed rooms. Also they delayed my checkin until they finished with the guest that booked through Hilton. I had arrived early and tired from my drive but they made me wait until after 4pm although rooms were clean and given to other guests. I would not book through Expedia again for this hotel and maybe not again at all.

I will never stay at an Embassy Suites. It was not a pleasant stay. No one says good morning and when you ask for assistance, I felt like I was bothering the staff. One of the ladies at the front desk (Gina) was extremely rude. Happy hour was a mess no one knew what they were doing and ordering food was a nightmare. Completely ruined my stay.

The room was not cleaned three of the four days. Had to ask for towels twice. Once the room was cleaned, the garbages were not emptied, leaving a stink under the sink so I had to take the garbage out. Bar and restaurant staff was excellent.

Lovely clean hotel with spacious well appointed suites. The free breakfast is better than most other hotels' breakfasts and the free happy hour consisting of two drinks and appetizers is a nice touch. Love the location of this Embassy hotel. We can walk to some local eats and best coffee at Main Street coffee. Plus it is away from street noise yet close to other activities. Staff are kind and helpful.

I have stayed at this Embassy Suite before. The staff service was still excellent. The comfort of the updated room was superb. The location is always top notch. My only disappointment on this stay was the quality of the finger food at Happy Hour and the breakfast buffet food was all cold when the dishes should have been piping hot. And they ran out of food at the Happy Hour and the breakfast buffet.
