Awesome stay here. They are currently going under construction but yet i was not bothered by any of the noise levels. The property is kept up very well and staff were always available. Parking was so convenient and the area around the property was beautiful. Will be booking again!

The fitness room was in in inexcusably poor because it was just a small room with virtually no equipment other than a few cardiovascular equipments. The Hotel was generally good, apparently for the area. The 1 bedroom suite could be a little larger for the price in the area.

Property definitely needs a renovation, which they said it will happening soon! Staff is ok, Manuel is very professional & helpful. Gym is nice with everything you need. Wouldn’t stay there again

This is my second time staying here this summer. Every staff member during the visit has been awesomely hospitable. The entire facility is clean. Breakfast in the morning is great, hot, and constantly refilled. I would recommend a better system for their Wednesday social hour, for example, a staff member pouring the glasses of wine instead of one individual hogging the entire wine bottle for the 2-3 adults in their group. The pool is clean, big, and warm during the day. It's also great to grill on BBQ outside while soaking in the sun.

Easy check in with friendly staff. The property was clean and well kept. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Everything was very quiet and relaxing. The pool was sparkling clean. The breakfast had a lovely variety and all that I tasted was good. I would definitely stay here again if I get the chance.

Overall our stay was good. we have been coming here for years , their staff is very friendly and welcoming . one thing that we did notice was that the sheets and beds were not so clean we did find mold on the pull out bed in the living room , that was a big disappointment.

Property is under renovations, but Expedia website doesn’t indicate that my. The construction was in a hallway across from our room door. Water shut off from 11 to 1 pm every day. Found cockroach in one of the stairwells. Dog feces on the grass and gravel areas throughout the property that stayed there for days and no one cleans it up. Found broken glass in the dirt by trees near the pool. Someone stole our towels on the last day we were there. Submitted written complaint the night before checking out and never heard from the hotel manager or anyone even though it’s been 5 days. I had to follow up with Hilton directly.

It was just okay, the room we saw online was a lot bigger than what we were given. I talked to the front desk about it, and they did nothing. I also let the front desk know that the balcony door was broken, they stated that they were going to have Maintenace look at it... but they never came. The pillows were thin and the bed felt old and had a dent where we would roll into. I will say that the breakfast was the only positive thing.

During my visit the staff told me she would have someone take a crib for my baby as requested. As me and my family finished up in the pool, we went to the room and no crib was in room. I went to notify another staff, since the staff prior was gone for the day. Staff told me that a request was never inputted by the other staff and they no longer had any cribs. It was bad customer service and communication. It's dangerous leaving the baby on the bed. That's why I got that hotel in the first place for a mini vacation because they had cribs, I had to go out of my way to by a playpen and the rest of our trip was just downhill from there. No one apologized or even showed they cared. Very bad customer service and cold hearted for not thinking of my babies well being.

We've stayed here over five times in the last year and it's truly the staff who makes us want to return. Every trip we extend our stay at least one night because it's that relaxing, convenient, and accessible. Breakfast in the morning is more than filling, stocked, and full of options. Seating for breakfast is plentiful and guest are really kind to each other.

The hotel staff was wonderful and the hotel was absolutely incredible. I think they just needed to hire someone to answer their phone. The front person just needed more assistance she was so busy. She was wonderful in helping us. I also think they would have had alot more reservations if they just had someone fielding all the phone calls. That’s my director side coming out but the hotel was great. We will stay again.

Excellent service. The check-in clerk was friendly and super helpful. Aurura with housekeeping was also incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. I'd stay here again if I were in the area. I was pleasantly surprised by how wonderful my stay was.

Arrived at 4:00 and room was not ready. We were told to wait 15 minutes, we had to wait over an hour for our room. Receptionist snapped at me when I asked her how much longer we had to wait. She was very rude. Our room had not been vacuumed. Rug had debris on it.

The check in was fine. We checked in around 7:30 PM. Benji was friendly. Sometime after midnight, the phone rang… We did not answer it. This morning roughly 7:30 AM we were awoken by the front desk telling us we were in the wrong room! How could we be in the wrong room when we were checked in with this room with keys given to us?? She claimed that someone pre-paid this room and we were in their room and she didn’t have us in the system?? Is that our problem? Why did she wake us up at 7:30 in the morning to tell us this?!? We are on a road trip with many miles driving and we were beat! I was not expecting this type of customer service - but trust me, NEVER AGAIN staying here. BTW - we also stayed here 2 nights ago.

Conveniently located within walking distance to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. The staff was friendly and helpful. My college friend and I shared a suite. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom attached to a common living area and kitchen which made for a really comfortable stay. All areas were clean and the towels plentiful! The hot breakfast included fresh eggs, oatmeal, breads, yogurt, juices. Convenient parking. Definitely would stay here again and highly recommend!

Excellent location for shopping. The room and the entire grounds are clean and well kept. Our bed was extremely comfortable and the room was well stocked. Nothing to complain about and we will return when in this are.
