Would I stay there again, no. Booked the room for one night. Room wasn’t cleaned properly there was an eyelash from the pervious guest. “Breakfast” was included only for it to be a days old bread and cereal that has been sitting there for who knows how long. Pool was not open, even though I asked staff and they stated it was. And I was charged an extra 100$ for deposit per the receptionist.

Our room was clean and quiet, a light bulb needed changing and the helper came in less than a minute from our phone call. I appreciated handicapped parking in front of our room, when I hadn't mentioned needing special arrangements.

Ny son almost fell down in hes wheelchair because the sidewalk is not safe..it was rare see all time a usb cordon around of the inside fire alarms, 121 room

Decent place. Remote didn’t work and couldn’t front desk to answer. But not bad place for 1 night stay. May want to get someone to keep guys from hanging out at front entrance

Lack of Security. Some homeless tweaker pounding on my door at 330AM was not hiw i wanted to awaken. Website shows tub/shower combo. I got a handicapped room with a huge shower. Wanted a tub... Horrible gang infested area. Avoid.

Entire place is old and worn out. Everything needs to be updated.

Good hotel, smoking rooms available, big parking, even for trucks. Staff not extremely professional, but still good.

We had to register thru a window ? The room smell to cigarette , blankets old , noise from the upper floor people running, laughing, no breakfast, old food bread no coffee.very bad experience, parking was close to the water sprinklers.

Man. I wish I could get my money back for this stay LOL. First of all the ladies at the front desk were rude upon checking in… couldn’t stop eating while trying to assist me, first red flag. The room itself is very basic, however had a few little surprises for us like dirty hand towels by the sink, toenail clippings besides the bed, a funky musty smell in the restroom, a hole in the wall (which by the way I couldn’t even contact front office about cause oh yeah there phones that they provide for you do not work ) and my personal favorite hair in the microwave AND refrigerator. All that was upon first entering the room. Also don’t be fooled by them having a pool cause it’s just there for show!! Yeah we tried to go swimming twice and front desk told us that only the maintenance guy had the key to open the gate up, didn’t apologize didn’t say they would let us know when he’s back so we could go. Nothin. Also you cannot request more towels until you turn in your dirty towels, which I thought was so bizarre. Anyways I definitely do not recommend this dingey musty smelly ghetto weird ass place ever.

Honestly there was a cockroach trash behind the beds from previous guests we only stayed to sleep didn’t hang in the rooms because everything was pretty dirty we just needed a place to rest our heads.

Bathroom needs more cleaning, specially the tub.

Place scammed me , place has black mold and bed bugs they robbed me workers are lazy whole place is run on a scam , better off going to motel 6 across the street never had no problems there.

Very comfortable clean room they do a nice job outside with the landscaping very grateful for the excellent air conditioning at this time of year would definitely recommend this hotel

Well we had to go to the office twice the tv remote was not in the room, then the office gave us on that don’t work, it was so annoying.

The outside door was squeaky and they didn't have anyone to address this when asked. The TV kept buffering

I'm a Best Western Diamond Select customer, and I guess I expect just a bit better, their breakfast is a minimal offering: a few pieces of fruit, a few pastries, cereal, and couple of coffee pots. The room was large enough, modern enough, clean, enough, and all the fixtures worked well.

AC didn’t work it was hot and muggy the AV kept making noises all night couldn’t sleep cause you could hear everything from the other rooms and outside

One thing I believe can be inproved aboit the rooms is to have more outlets to plug devices into, and I'm pretty sure the batteries for our remote for the TV were on the brink of dying, cause the TV was barely responding to commands.

All was good except for the bed, very hard so didn't get much sleep

Room was very comfortable, spacious, great layout. Loved the full length mirror and dining area. Staff were professional and courteous. Highly recommend.

They wanted a 100.00 deposit in cash. But was not informed of that online when I booked. Then they don’t give the deposit back in cash the refund it to your card on file. They did not accommodate my wife’s wheelchair in a handicapped room even though I asked and the room was free. My wife was having surgery so we needed room near hospital when i informed the person when I checked in all she cared about was the deposit and no compensation. Will never be back or recommend

To start off front desk staff wasn’t very pleasant just seemed like she really hates her job and really shows. Second, a large family with separate reservations was staying and front desk person taking each person and wasn’t in line there reservation when thinking the person in front of me ONE PERSON not three where being assisted before me. Third, the room was very dirty with a lot of patching in ceiling and walls and bathroom was dirty which I have pictures. The area is just not safe and with my 4yr old it just not a family stay.

Breakfast was included on the Hotels.com site but the breakfast area was closed and locked until late morning and nothing was put out, not even coffee. Only had 2 large towels in the room and there was no response from the front desk after repeated attempts to call them or go downstairs to the office to get more. The staff seemed to have left the facility for the night. .

Horrible and slow service. Got to check in around 3:15 pm, waiting in line for a long time, and finished checking in at 4:30pm smh. I had a reservation for a nonsmoking 2 queen beds. They didn’t have my reserved room. According to staff, my room was “under treatment” and ended up staying in a 1 bed room that I was told it was a king be but it was a freaking queen bed!! Never again staying here.

I received a call from the manager while I was on the road to confirm, I was able to get a early check in which was great cause I was really tired from driving. I do not think in all my years that I ever got a call before arrival. I was really impressed by that.

There was a couple arguing the entire night and when the lobby was called they said there were gonna give them a call but they couldn’t do nothing else.People were outside of our door making noise and laughing about luggage being tossed down the stairs. The front desk didn’t pick up any of the calls throughout the night or the next morning. The bedroom reeked of cigarettes, the bathroom still had soap bars left in the shower from prior usage, and the coffee maker had an old, moldy, coffee packet. The breakfast bar was completely empty except for 2 muffins and half a jug of decaf coffee at 8 AM. Overall, service was horrible.

The bed was very hard and the air conditioner was very loud, but we were able to get a downstairs room, close to Kaiser Hospital which is what we came for.

This is a great property everything is close and is a safe area

Perfect for what I needed. Close to everything I needed. Only draw back, no electric outlets by the bed. Poor water pressure in sink. Pot lighting around sink. Still, I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was very helpful as I had screwed up my reservation. Place was clean and location was right off the 10 freeway.

Would never stay there again. Breakfast was crap. Hot water took 10 minutes in the morning. Did not get new sheets or towels. Shower head sucked.

The room had a musty/moldy smell. We had to purchase Lysol air freshener to minimize the odor. For the rate they are asking, there were minimal amenities. The bath towels were 1/2-sized and the TV was way off-centered from the bed.The continental breakfast was non-existent with more than an hour to spare before the listed available finish time. There was only a bowl's worth of dry cereal, no juice, no milk, no pastries, no settings and no coffee. Apparently it's first come, first serve, and whatever is put out at the beginning is it.

The hotel was clean and quiet for the most part. The continental breakfast was a real disappointment though.

Great room size, out of coffee in the dining room and no continental breakfast only some sweets no drinks or hot water for tea
