I was told by the security guard that someone broke in to a truck a night before there and that It wasn't safe to park there. In their own parking lot

Convenient location in Fontana off of I-10. Only problem was that from desk reception area was under construction and only entrance was through a side door. Not sure when upgrades will be completed.

Regarding the location of the property it’s in a good location. Plenty of parking, nearby eateries and shopping/stores. Hotel is clean and well kept. Full bar and staff is attentive and friendly. The gym was closed due to renovation so I was not able to use it. Only thing i did not like was the room doors closed hard and fast. A total nuisance if you’re trying to get sleep Adjusting the door closer should be the fix. Overall our stay was enjoyable. I do recommend this Hilton.

This property unknown to us was under renovation. The living areas were clean, the entry was under construction, very dusty and noisy. The staff was excellent, and tried to make sure all the guests were comfortable. Luckly there were eating places in the area as there was no free breakfast at this facility. Overall, a good experience.

Properties on this booking site should have to disclose if they are in the middle of a full renovation! The whole first level of the property was torn apart with construction dust everywhere. No lobby and no dining area available for guests, but they still charge full room rates.

My stay wasn’t too bad. Until my daughter found a dead rat floating in the pool. Management refused to fix the situation. Their solution was that they clean the pool often.

The property was under construction. No facilities available. Could not even get water. It was a noisy and dusty construction zone during the day. I regret having stayed there. I believe I should not have paid full price. The staff was apologetic and great.

Our room smelled like urine. We were asked to not sit at any of the tables in the lobby to eat our dinner because the staff had just cleaned them. Condition of hotel was dirty, lacking general maintenance and customer service was not up to the standard of a regular Hilton.

Staff was nice and bed was comfortable. The sink faucet was awkwardly positioned and we could only reach a little bit of water, without our hands hitting the sink. There was also a big roach on the TV table. There was also a rattling noise in the hallway.

Everything was excelente the staff was super polite and friendly... the only thing that i was kind of sad about was that my coffee machine wasn't working i tried and tried to get it going but i couldn't make it work. It wasn't a big deal but other than that it was expended staying at the place. Definitely recommending it to friends and family.

I checked out of the hotel after the first night and after my wife's emergency surgery at Kaiser Medical Center. Later, I found out that I needed to stay an extra night. I spoke with the General Manager, Cynthia, about my problem. Unfortunately, the entire hotel was booked because of the local convention. Cynthia didn't want me to give up hope. She managed to negotiate a prospective guest to give up their room. Don't know what kind of magic she did, but that's what I call Customer Care!!! Thank you Cynthia!!!

When I called down for an extra face towel because there was only 1 in the room when clearly two of us were staying, I was told he was alone at the desk and told me to come down to get it. I refused, so he sent up a security guard. Should have just sent him in the 1st place. I don't work there. I didn't think I'd stay there again, unless I had to. Breakfast was good, although kind of tacky to charge for continental breakfast.

Took over 25 min to check in because staff said they were restarting their computer...twice. Then checks me (and other patrons) on a different computer that didn't need restarting. Very unprofessional because they told other patrons only a few min of wait time even though we had been waiting for 15 min already after she restarted the computer (other patrons ended up waiting 15 min as well). Anyways, I am upset because this staff offered NO apology whatsoever and was joking and laughing with other staff in the area. TV didn't work, ice machine on our floor (1st floor) was broken, very thin walls and can hear the patrons above and next to us throughout the night. Won't be coming back hear even though it was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Unprofessional staff killed it for me, unfortunately.

The parking lot and areas surrounding the property was clean and well kept. The lobby was clean and decorated well and updated. The guest bedrooms & bathroom was large, spacious, and up to date, however the carpet could be changed. The person who came to unclog our toilet was awesome & friendly, more than the person who checked me in, who did not even greet me. Overall, the hotel was close to dining & shopping, albeit in a very busy road.

The rooms are beautiful. But we came for the restaurant. We were not informed on any platform that this hotel was under construction. Very disappointing. The parking is a mess. Felt unsafe outside.

The entire lobby was under renovation without any notification. Very noisy and dusty. Breakfast was served in a room, opening late the morning I decided to check it out, and not very tasty. Lastly, the parking was unsecured, and I found a religious pamphlet on my windshield one morning, which I did not appreciate. Lastly, the rate I was charged upon checkout was not the rate I booked. Shady.

The staff was amazing but the area inside the dining area was a bit dirty as the tables and floor were not cleaned promptly after guests left table, leaving new diners to sit at a dirty table. Bar bathrooms were dirty with no paper towels or soap in dispensers. The outside of entry had trash lying around.

It was very nice to walk into a fresh throughly redecorated Hilton Hotel. Everything was to our satisfaction. Rooms were fresh and clean. Linen clean and inviting. The happy hour meals were very reasonably priced and tasty. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay. Hotel was in an excellent location and close enough to airport.
