The hotel has an indoor pool which we enjoyed with grandchildren. It has sound buffers in the hallway so your room was quiet. Comfortable beds, great pillows. The breakfast buffet had lots of variety. Staff were always kind and willing to help with anything we needed.

This is a dated facility. There is only one elevator that at times I thought was not going to open. The floor I stayed on was not quiet and had difficulty sleeping in after a long night working due to other guests and the cleaning staff in the hallways. The staff at the front desk were wonderful and very kind. Breakfast was ok. The eggs were watery and the sausage was only lukewarm. There was a waffle maker but everything else were cold items. Overall it was just ok.

No communication about the elevator being broken, we were given a room on the 3rd floor with a 12 month old baby, and the girl that check us in didnt really care about it. She just check us in and starr helping another customer

Great Jacuzzi - very clean - quiet - and Pizza Hut is in walking distance! The pool was also very clean - and there is an outside area to catch sun since the pool is indoors.

The property was great ... friendly staff ... clean rooms ... indoor pool. Only complaint would be the limited breakfast options but its still better than a basic continental. Must get the deluxe suite with that in room whirlpool hot tub. Soooo perfect.

There was mold growing in the shower, shower head was loose and spraying everywhere. Beds were spring mattresses, felt like they were the original ones when the hotel was built. Hallways reeked of cigars and weed.

Overall my stay was very nice. Clean comfortable bed and spacious room. I traveled with my toddler and had plenty of room to set up her Pack n Play. The room also had a nice tub with spa jets which was very nice and relaxing. My only small complaint is there was a dirty hand towel left in the shower (left behind from when the room was previously cleaned?) But, still, overall I had a very nice stay.

The room is nice. However I am very very big on cleanliness. I had to go buy my own cleaning supplies for the jet tub because there was hair in the tub before arrival. As much as I paid for the room, and the fact that they hold a security deposit incase of “damages”but the room isn’t clean is beyond me. Overall I enjoyed my stay. It just makes me wonder if they are really cleaning these rooms like they are supposed to. Or just wiping stuff down.

Nice place, convenient location wonderful staff. However the bed was torture. My bed had a dip so deep I filled it with a pillow to keep from rolling in the hole. My roommate said her bed was very lumpy. Two nights and impossible to sleep

Our TV didn’t work. We came in late so we didn’t asked to have it fixed. I asked for credit for the room receptionist said no. We were also told breakfast was from 6:00 to 9:30. We showed up at 9:15 and we were told breakfast ends at 9:00 so me missed it

We stayed here last minute since we had kid sports nearby. I felt safe, there was tons of parking, we had a great free breakfast in the morning, and the beds were so comfortable! Even my kids said they were the most comfy beds they have slept in at a hotel!

We found the bed and pillows very comfortable and no problem sleeping. The room was clean and comfortable with a very good A/C ! Over all we had a very pleasant stay. We would recommend this hotel and will use them again!

The whole night I heard neighbors from all sides talking, walking, playing music, etc. The walls are paper thin and the beds were incredibly small.

I have been to this location in the past and never encountered a problem like this. The front desk gave me my key to a room with a couple already occupied in it. My children were frightened it was the worst experience then to make it worse the front desk employee acted nonchalantly about the matter and told me she meant to give me room 322. Me and my kids go back up and the keys dont work. We have to go back down and the employee acts nonchalantly again. My children were tired from carrying everything up and down I was exhausted and it did not feel accommodating at all. The employee obviously is not trained enough in hospitality. The pool area was pleasant. The whole property is clean. The beds in the room are not the most comfortable I've experienced but manageable. Starbucks and pizza hut are in the same parking lot. Its a nice hotel but the employee was the main issure this visit.

They did not honor the rates at which I booked my hotel. Also for the first time in my life, the hotel charged me up front for hotel. Which voids the whole idea of the deposit given to hotel. Didn’t make any sense for them to collect a deposit if I payed for hotel up front. Worst staff and hotel I have stayed at in a long while .

I won’t recommend this hotel even to my worst enemy because the staff treated me like her staff . I insured my stay to protect my booking and the staff gave my room to other clients . She was scolding me for not coming on time. That’s why I insured it and explained to her that it’s part of my policy that I can come whithin 2 days reserved I paid for . She said I just lost my money . I asked for her manager and she said there are no managers.

The area surrounding the Comfort Inn is a closed down restaurant that is boarded up, they share a parking lot. We felt a bit uneasy when we drove up.

We have stayed here a few times and it seems to get worse each time. I think this will be the last time. The hot tub had so much chlorine that it burned your eyes just sitting there. The front desk staff was curt and bordering on rude when they were at the desk. Breakfast was yuck. The eggs and sausage were gross. We didn’t bother going there after the first day. The A/C had a smell. The noise through out the night in the halls and above us woke all of us up multiple times. It is a shame, cause it is conveniently located for visiting family.
