Modern and hip hotel right in the middle of a beautiful neighborhood, brimming with restaurants, bars and cafe's. My rear facing room, was quiet with a view of rooftops. Overall, it was a nice experience and i would stay there again

Great location, spacious room, awful towels and pillows. Towels were rough and not quite white. It's not ti much to ask to have different thinkesses for the pillows its really the same cost for the hotel and it's a big difference for the guest.

Stayed 6 nights

We traveled with two children and this was the perfect place to stay. We arrived early and were able to store our luggage. Our room was a great size for the four of us and very clean. Housekeeping does a great job daily. The free laundry located downstairs was really helpful. Its location makes it walkable to many eateries, monuments, parks, etc. The only downside is that the noise from the bar/nightclub down the street can be quite loud, but that’s no fault of Casa Cibeles. They do provide earplugs. Overall, my family had a great stay here and would return next time to visit Mexico City.
