From the staff and management being friendly, treating me and my gf as family. Rooms are clean and huge like a studio. From having your own refrigerator, stove, microwave etc. It’s very convenient, from the highway 99 close to you. All food restaurants and Dutch bros walking distance. If you need emergency gas, theirs 5-6 gas stations also walking distance. As a customer who has travel for a job constantly, this hotel is my favorite.

The bedding was clean as well as the room, but the floor needed mopping.(. Very dirty as my socks were blackish on the bottom! I forgot slippers!?) The Kitchen area was clean and the refrigerator was big. The only issue was the fridge wasn’t working properly and nothing was cold. Besides that I would go again, requiring a different room and see if it was an issue preparing the room in a hurry.?

1. When we arrived at night, there was no one at reception for guests. I called several times and after waiting for about 15 mins in cold with the kids at night, the receptionist returned. 2. Very dirty. 3. SHADY NEIGHBORHOOD- avoid starting here !!!!

I’ve been here over a month and it’s cheaper than rent. Plus the rooms are like a studio apartment, plus it comes with refrigerator, stove and furniture. Honestly California rent control has been out of control. I used to pay between 1,800 to 2,200. Since I moved in to Extended my monthly rent is 1,380. I love it here and not thinking of moving anytime soon.

Bags of trash collecting at the bottom of the stairs. complained that the toilet didn't flush; Engineering said I was the only one who complained...I PEED in it, and it backed up! Needs to be torn down and replaced.

What’s not to like, from staff to management treating you like family. Every amenity is walking distance. For those coffee drinkers Dutch bros to many options of restaurants. Highway 99 near by and 4-5 gas stations. It’s very safe and pet friendly

The hotel was mostly empty due to pending -- much-needed -- renovations. Despite assurance that room was clean there were roaches. Bed used a flimsy metal frame that squeaked whenever you moved. Windows were only movable 1/2 inch for ventilation. Bath fixtures were old and some light switches were installed upside down.

The staff were nice but other than that, this place is pretty much a dump. It is next to a noisy freeway and a homeless encampment was next to the parking lot fence. Pro: Clean bed sheets, Clean fridge, kitchen and bathroom. TV and AC worked. Con: Carpet was almost sticky with grime, shower curtain was not long enough to make it into the bathtub so shower spray covered the bathroom floor. Shower faucet control had no control for hot cold. The ceiling had several large patched areas from leaks. The hotel door had to be slammed shut in order to close. Shampoo only available at the front desk. Breakfast was granola bars and coffee. The facility grounds smelt like trash.

I travel to Bakersfield at least once a month sometime twice a month to visit family and business. I have always stay in this hotel in the past because it was always nice and clean some noise but not bad, it was just the room size I need for my trip but the last 2 times I have come and stay there the rooms have been dirty this time around there was a big stain on the carpet and when I brought it up to the reception personnel she said oh “yes I know about the stain” and that was it I turn around and left very un satisfied .

I got. To the room i paid about $101 and it smelled like straight up smoke and it said smoke free room i lifted the covers i found hair on the sheets it looked like they couldn't vacuum or something shower was leaking water. All night door was like cracked open even tho i closed it and locked it towels were stained like if they just folded them and stocked them i don't know i think i should of just went to hotel 6 would of got the same thing for cheaper

The rooms were nice but Ia didnt sleep. The train next door kept me up. They were doing maintenance on trains at night and it sounded like metal crashing but whatever they did made the whole floor shake.. kept going til 11pm thrn started again at 7am..I was exhausted from a long trip, got no sleep..Also Hotels.com advertised they had break breakfast and they didnt, bummer because thats why I booked there.

Very outdated, would suggest making an effort in cleaning the outdoors and making it look somewhat welcome. We stayed 1-night and that was more than enough, the freeway is right next to it so if you’re planning to get some rest: FORGET IT! Please move on to another hotel.. would NOT recommend!!!

Didn't like anything. Especially that there was no way to plug the bathtub so my wife could take a bath. You had to watch a 30 min video on hotel before you could watch TV

I enjoy every visit the front desk ladies always treat you like your family,very nice and friendly after few times your there it becomes like your part of their family or circle of friends,you feel comfortable and they try and give you best treatment all around,they chat with you if you give them the chance to and you get to know a little bit more about them and treat you better as they did from your first visit,I have found cheaper hotels but I won't change , because it's rare finding good customer service with a smile and they go the extra mile for their customers! Managers are doing great job along with staff,keep it up the good work and see you soon, thanks

It was a last minute trip and the staff made my check-in quick and easy. ESA was located right off fwy exit, which made it convenient accessing fwy. Plenty of places to eat around the area. Great stay!!!!

Clean but not quiet or safe area. Maintenance was deferred all around the building, breakfast was mini myffins and nutragrain bars, and all kitchen supplies had to be requested. I even had to ask for shamoo. They didn't even have in room coffee makers or even coffee that could be requested.
