Excellentes Hotel in einer Jugendstil Villa. Essen top! Sehr bequeme Betten. Frühstück ist sehr lecker und unfangreich, es fehlt an nichts, Eierspeise, Top Espresso Maschine, Müsli, Joghurt, Schinken, Käse, Torten.. Der Strand muss extra bezahlt werden, kann aber mit dem Fahrrrad bequem erreicht werden (ca 10 Minuten). Anbindung nach Venedig top, Vaporetto Station ca 10 Minuten

We had a good visit here. We came with vehicle and its very close to the ferry. We found easily parking close by on the street. The staff was very friendly. We stayed at the hotel in the garden. The room was large and clean with A/C. There was a sofa bed for our child. It was fairly quiet. The breakfast was excellent with a huge selection. Though it was very busy when you arrive late. The walk to the passenger ferries is about 15/20 minutes. Overall we had a great visit.

The rooms were very spacious and nice. Include breakfast had a large variety and something for everyone's tastes. The staff was very accommodating and helpful when making plans and arranging transportation. We enjoyed the complimentary boat trip to the Murano Glass blowing and to Venice. What an amazing place.

The place is underrated for sure. It has a lot of charm and very quaint. The gardens in front and back are a great place to relax. The view of the sea at it's door step is amazing. The breakfast is huge and everything was delicious! We had a regular room and it was very comfortable for 3 of us.

Hotel is on a great location but the rooms they show that you can see ocean from your window that’s not correct. I booked room thought it’s on ocean and it will be nice to stay on beach but the room they gave us was at the building behind the main hotel inbetween apartments, it’s not on the beach building. For dinning they charge you Euro 5 for cutlery used, which I have never seen anywhere. On top of that they charge you cover charges which is that they set up that table for you. Like every mobement you do in that hotel is chargeable. No doubt their breakfast was excellent.

We were 1km away from the nearest restaurant (walking) and when it was rainy, it would have been nice to have better options for food or better ability to order room service. ......es wird nicht die gebuchte Kategorie übergeben und auf ANfrage und Hinweis dass sogar auf der Homepage des Hotels als auch auf der Hotels.com Seite andere Infos zum Zimmer stehn bekommt man nur fadenscheinige AUsreden. Der durchschnittliche Gast kommt in Venedig eben oft nicht ein zweites Mal in das gebuchte Hotel, daher kann man es ja machen, so dürfte die Meinung in diesem Hotel sein. Villa Mabapa hat offensichtlich auch sehr viele Gruppen. Wir haben ein Superior Zimmer gebucht aber eindeutig ein Standard Zimmer bekommen. Wir bekamen den Hinweis dass das Zimmer einen Balkon hätte!? was so nicht in der Beschreibung steht, es geht hier eindeutig um die Zimmergröße und die Möglichkeit sogar einer Dreierbelegung. Uns ärgert es erst recht, da wir beits im April einen Aufenthalt hier buchten mit wenig Erwartungen, da der Preis sehr niedrig war und dann dachten bei einer höheren Kategorie und einem längeren AUfenthalt wird dem Rechnung getragen, dem war aber nicht so. Wir haben auch von anderen Gästen zur selben Ziet die gleichen Probleme und Vorgehensweisen gehört, also ein weiteres Mal in diesem Hotel wird es nicht geben und wir können nur abraten!!! Tatsächlich ist das Haus auch ziemlich abgewohnt und relativ ungepflegt, sowohl innen als auch außen. Die angebotenen Fahrräder waren schon bei unserem ersten AUfenthalt nicht fahrtüchtig daher sind wir auf Nachfrage diesmal auch mit eigenen angereist, was gut war! Ein nächste Mal,nicht mehr in diesem Hotel.

Pleasant hotel and quiet - away from the crowds! Bathroom however could have done with a refurbishment - the sealant around the toilet base to the floor was ragged and a few cracked tiles on the wall. However, the room and bathroom were clean. The 3 person room was very small. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Lots of choice too. The garden was pleasant and clean. Opera one evening in the garden. Staff very helpful. A fairly long walk to the vaporetto station but pleasant and safe along the waterfront, even late at night.
